Great customer service. Darlene was awesome throughout the whole process! She was engaged with us and made us feel very comfortable. After a bad experience at a neighboring dealer, she definitely made us feel like we were making the right choice. We were able to walk out with the vehicle we wanted without any issues. The fact that she had the same name as me made it even better.

By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had from start to finish! Andre was engaging, honest, sincere, helpful, and calming during every phase of the buying process. He listened to what I wanted, asked clarifying questions and represented me in the very best way. He won my confidence and respect. I got a great deal, the exact car I wanted, and was treated with kindness and respect. Truly, a rare experience in many cases, but not at Classic Honda of Midland.I will come back again when needing another vehicle and will refer friends and family here as they have certainly earned my trust.Thank you Andre and Classic Honda!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Honda from the Honda Car Dealership of Midland, and I have to say the customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of amazing.I would like to give a special shoutout to Clint Alford, the Sales Consultant who assisted me throughout the process. Clint was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the Honda models and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He never tried to oversell me on anything and helped me find the perfect car that suited my requirements. His professionalism and expertise were truly impressive.I also want to express my gratitude to David Clark, the Dealership Finance Representative. David took the time to explain the contract in great detail, ensuring that I fully understood all the terms and conditions. Darlene Gonzales helped me purchase a used Scion TC that I had found online. Coming from Denver to Texas to pick this car up, she made the whole process simple and easy and was always available if I had questions. Coming from out of state, she also helped facilitate the whole process and work out logistics so I could fly in, get my car, and head home as quickly as possible. She even picked me up to take me to the dealership!She was always very up front about the condition of the vehicle and willing to check on things for me if I needed. I was very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend her services. Ask for Darlene if you come in.

Had a great experience with this dealership. Their process was straight forward and transparent. Worked the deal primarily through phone and it could not have been any simpler. Tom was great to work with and even stayed late when I missed my flight. Would have no problem recommending this dealer.

I had such a great experience with this dealership. Sydney, Trevor and everyone that had part of my buying experience were amazing especially with the issues I had with the previous dealership. The Service Department at Midland Classic Honda dealership truly deserves 5 stars! Customer service Manager, Jason, keeps his staff well trained to serve you with utmost respect, professionalism in a super efficient and friendly manner. Yesterday was not a good day for me due to personal matters, but it all started turning around when Jason himself took over as one of his attendant's was in training. It was nice to see that he jumps in to help with the counter instead of making the clients wait. He could see all of my car's previous issues and that helped a lot, instead of me having to repeat the previous issues again to him. (I had previously taken it to Tall City Collision and instead of fixing it, they had caused major damage to my brand new Honda 2022 )Classic Honda resolved all issues last year and again today; as a result, my day changed. My personal problems were resolved on it's own as my state of mind changed.Thank you Jason! You made my day with your calm and friendly manner! When I buy a car what matters most is their Service Department. You want to make sure that you can trust them to always be friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My next car will be a Honda from Classic Honda in Midland because I know I will be able to count on their friendly customer Service Deparyment!

This was the easiest vehicle purchase of my life! I am from El Paso, TX. I called the dealership to ask about a used Honda Pilot. Everyone was super helpful. I was able to take care of all paperwork on-line. The car was delivered to me within 3 days. Sydney called me to set up a delivery time and drove out 2 days later to deliver the car. Everyone was professional and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Today I stopped into Classic Honda for an oil change with out making a prior appointment. The service advisor, Rochelle, greeted me upon arrival and scheduled my service. Not only did she help get my car back to be serviced but she also treated me as her number one priority the entire time I was there. An example is when she saw me standing in the waiting room and noticed that all of the chairs were taken by others, or others belongings that they were unwilling to move, she graciously offered to go get me a chair from another area of the building. She was very kind, attentive, and provided excellent customer service!

Andrade with classic is great to work with strait forward and very helpful after we had some issues with a car that was in for service. The service dept failed my expectations which is why we end up getting the new car. But one bad experience has not changed our minds I would still recommend if your looking for a new car.

I bought my 2017 Ridgeline at Classic Honda in Midland Texas. I had an issue with the horn randomly honking at all hours of the day/night for some time, without resolution. It was past the warranty period. But, they ve worked with me to get it resolved and even helped with the cost.The Service Dept has been great. The Sales Team are very helpful. We are now looking to buy a new pilot. You can t go wrong with the Team at Classic Honda
