Awesome customer service. A special shout out to Maria who worked magic to get my car in to get fixed and for giving me ride home and driving through torrential rain storm to come get me when my car was ready!!truly awesome and I so appreciate the skilled mechanics who fixed my car. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!!!!

My car was sitting at the Nissan dealership for over 3 months! We got it home after paying over $500 for a new computer which wasn t even programmed for the fact we put the old one in and it functions properly!! Didn t even try to put the old one back in. Kept trying to sell us another vehicle as well! MY Husband and I are in our early 20s paying off wedding loans I m working two jobs! We could have used that money yet somehow we had to pay for a new computer and it wasn t the issue! This is absolutely insane! DO NOT recommend

Don't waste your time there. My car has been sitting there for over 4 months waiting for repairs that weren't done correctly the first time. They went through several service managers and had insufficient staff to take care of my car or even answer phone calls. I drove there several times because I couldn't get someone on the phone or a return phone call to check on it. Also, there were numerous occasions when they said it would be ready in a few days, by the end of the week, and so on. One of the service managers even told me the parts were on the way when the warranty work hadn't even been approved yet. I would have paid another deductible and taken it somewhere else if they would have said it would be this long to repair or would have just been honest and said they didn't have the staff to do it in a reasonable amount of time.

I had an ignition button fall back into dash. I drove up to Service. They has it fixed in 15 minutes. No waiting, no charge. I will be back for future service.
