I have been a Discount Tire customer for over a decade before moving to East Texas. I was given an estimate to replace the factory tires on my vehicle at another shop and I wanted a second opinion. Ben got me in fast, gave me great options, and was easy to work with. I was out in less than an hour (this may not be the norm if you don't have an appointment).I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend them.

I shop here often. They have great service, and when you get a flat, they fix it quickly. They have a great selection of brands and price ranges to choose from and the sales staff are very knowledgeable. They have never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want. They provide you the options and let you choose, while also giving recommendations based on their expertise and experience.Great job crew.

Took my tires to get changed and i was surprised but not disappointed at all to meet Gigi who was a very nice, hard working, determined, & professional young lady, working on my car, that kept communication with me on everything. She was inside the store selling tires & outside changing tires! I love to see a woman doing anything she sets her mind to. She shows she has such a passion for what she does, I recommend to anyone to trust her with their vehicle, & I plan on seeing her for my next set of tires!

The guys at Discount Tire are so kind and helpful. Ben, Edgar, Rene, and another guy whose name I didn t get, all worked with me. I was there a long time while their workers kept trying to resolve an issue with my tire sensors. They kept me informed and talked to my husband on the phone multiple times about the issue. The workers fixed the issue, and they were very apologetic that it took so long and gave me a discount as a result. I ll definitely continue to give them our business.

These guys will try to sell you anything they can but they are pretty good guys and will get you in and out. It looks like my tire is unserviceable so they are looking for a used tire for me. Hmmm... we will see! Ben worked out a reasonable solution. Great job Ben. Thank you.

Completely hassle free. I bought my tires online. Made an appointment for the same day. Got in, got out and done. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite.

If you ever get a flat tire, pray it's near Discount Tire in Lufkin, TX!My husband and I were visiting my family in Louisiana from Ireland and were flying out from Austin, TX. A big bolt punctured our tire right as we came into Lufkin and rather immediately made it flat. When we made it over the next day, Jose and Cason helped us out and were so kind and efficient.All the staff were so welcoming and professional and the location was really clean and comfortable.Although they were super busy, we must've been there less than an hour before they fixed up our tire with a patch and we were on the road again. Thank you again so much!And yes, they do patch tires for free!

I had run over a spike, totally destroyed the tire. Not being from here, I went to Discount Tire. Service was great. They had the tire I needed and had it on the truck in about 30 minutes. Checked my air in the other tires, rehung my spare and sent back to my camp. Great place.

I am a single mom w a strict budget. I had already spent an unexpected 400.00 on my truck when I came out of work and seen I had a nail in my back tire , it was FLAT. Ben was extremely polite and understood, I was tapped out for this paycheck. So instead of saying "sorry for ya, " He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and OFFERED a new tire and i could pay him when i got payed next week! I was floored at the exceptional customer service and humanity of this business . I will forever be a customer FOR LIFE!

Only thing is having to buy tires online first before go have them mounted to get same price before this setup change. But thats life I guess. Just NOTE: you get better price if you buy online instead of in person or location buy. Least with tires i get for ride I drive.

Had a nail in the tire today..... after bringing my truck in to get it fixed for free I was wrong. Even after purchasing insurance when I bought the tires new, I still had to pay $40. I know discount could have done better but simply chose to make a quick buck by selling me the replacement tired warranty. Little upset but still love the service there.

I ve been a repeat customer since they setup shop in Lufkin. Their customer service is excellent and they always do quality work. The best part of buying tires here is free rotation/balance and in the event of a nail or puncture it s free.. plus they re all over the USA, so if you re traveling and something comes up, you re covered. I ve never had to wait more than an hour for any of my visits. Lastly they ve got free coffee, bottled water, and the lobby is always clean with plenty of places to sit and relax.

Friendly, prompt and honest! Didn t try to sell me something just to make a buck, shared with me what they found wrong and offered options to solve the issue (trailer tire kept going flat because of old rusted wheel). Much respect to the staff and crews working hard in-this 100+ heat

Arrived with one low tire. Courteous customer service checked the low tire and it was noticeable that the tire had to be replaced and all four were nearing the low tread zone so I was given a view of the available tires on a monitor. The prices quoted was very satisfactory. The service represent moved the vehicle in and within 45 minutes I was back on the road to my destination. Thanks for the royal treatment to a traveler. I have located a Discount Tire store 40 miles from my home which I will use in the future. Great place to do business

Husband and I had loose lugnuts on a new tire that we started feeling 5 minutes out from the Livingston store on the way home to Houston. Edgar, usually works this Lufkin store, actually helped us this day and was so friendly and understanding at the end of a long day just trying to get us home. We were in and out in under an hour and we got information for what to do in the future if this ever happens again. 10/10 would get stuck with Edgar helping us out again.

I have shopped and purchased here many times in the past 10 years. Today I had a upbeat, professional and very satisfying purchase of some High-end Nitto Tires. My sales person was Ezekiel (Zeke) who is a stand-up, honest individual. I so enjoyed his candor, his opinion, and his complete expertise in helping me pick out the Tires that I was comfortable with. "Hats-off" and a "salute" to ZEKE, HE cared about us. We all know in this day and time, how hard it is to find good employees. Thank you Discount Tires for hiring and training special people like Zeke. There are many, many places to purchase tires. Long time happy customer here, who keeps coming back for this great service.
