2 hours for an oil change. I finally reached out to a supervisor and asked have they even started draining the oil yet. I was watching them the whole time. Talking and not in any hurry. Never again

Just spent 2.5 hours here waiting on an oil change it was checked in immediately & then 2.5 hours later they let me know they couldn t get the oil filter off. Don t waste your time or money here trust me.

Here to get an oil change it's 7:17am and the these worthless technicians still haven't opened happens everytime I come here worse place in lubbock tx it says they open at 7am trash employees

Won t go back for anything automotive. Tried to get tires. Waited in line inside then told to wait in line in the car at the service bay. Then told they didn t have the tires I picked out or any others that would fit the truck. This was after 2 other attempts at 2 other wal marts in town. One didn t have a working air compressor and after going back a month later they still didn t have a working air compressor. Absolute joke. They obviously don t want to do this type of business so I recommend going elsewhere.

Went in to get tire repaired. Didn't have to wait long, tech was awesome. Notice in the photo how he marked the tire and wheel so that when he put tire back on the rim, it was in same location. Don't forget to tip the tech for great service!

They said the lugnuts was swollen and couldn't get it off but then tell me it's walmart equipment and I'm sure I could go somewhere else with no problem after I wait 2 hours. I go somewhere else and yes they are able to replace the tired but tell me that my lugnuts were stripped previously. Worst experience everService: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

At first, this was about to be a bad experience because I blew a tire on the highway at 6:15, so of course right close to closing time. By the time we d got the donut on and headed into town and on the phone with the auto center it was 6:45. Well, the associate there answered and then instantly put me on hold and I was on hold until 6:58 when we pulled up. From the moment I got out of the car to the moment we left, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Damien and Ricky instantly took care of us, despite the late time and my heated attitude from being left on hold, and got us a new tire so we could get home. Thank you so much to those two wonderful associates for ALL of their help.Service: Tires

Second time I've been there for my road hazard warranty. Second time they have told me they have to replace the tire pro rated. Both tires were 6 weeks old and they rated each one at 50% tread wear and wanted 30 for the new tires. What is the road hazard for if after a month your already paying half price for a new tire. Never again.

I have yesterday 4brand new tire replaced but looks like two was not brand new I asked they said it's in that room that's why but it's new. I am not happy at all . They mess up my tire pressure sensor and saying oh sorry don't have in stock . After changing my brand new tires now I have sign permanent that 0 tire in back driver tire. When I call others too change sensor it's about 4 to 500 to change all sensor. For me I will never go to Walmart tire center. Really bad experience.

I own a 2001 2500HD and went to get 2 brand new tires with less than 100 miles on them and they said they couldn't do it because, in the service manual, it recommends a specific size. I have 245/75 R16 on it and was going to put 285/75 R16 on it. If you know tires, they are the same exact tire, just one is slightly higher. They considered this an oversized tire and would not put them on. Walmart is a freaking JOKE!!!!

If I could give them a zero, they would get one. They are constantly understaffed and treat customers poorly. I will never come Barack here and I hope no one else comes because you d just be wasting your time

Full synthetic oil changes.They forgot to reset my mileage and time reminder, but I figured it out and reset it 112 miles later.

Great price for an oil change and filter. Only down side is we had an employee wear dirty boots and leave an oil stain and sunflower seeds on the car carpet.

Another issue with tires I originally bought from Walmart(on my wife's car). But I refuse to put myself through anymore torture with them even though I paid for their warranty!
