No visible entrance parked outside the doors asked if they were open. 2 guys were talking to each other and completely ignored me. I asked free times service may be good, but customer service needs a lot of work

I travel the country pulling a fifth wheel. I ve had an oil change at places all over. This was the best experience I ve had.Honesty, friendliness, professionalism. I could go on forever.Couldn t recommend them any higher.

I go way, way out of my way to Swift! It is absolutely worth the excellent service! Go through a car wash then on to Swift. They do the BEST job on windows. You can trust the guys at SwiftService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Stopped in for an oil change while passing through town, this place was great!! Super fast service, kind staff, and a complimentary drink and window cleaning for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

No waiting when I arrived. Great group of people. You can get your inspection done at the same time as your oil change. Top class business.

Great service! Courteous employees! Use to take my all my vehicles to take 5!!! Always had issues ! Uggh! They're very knowledgeable about any questions or concerns i have! I will never take any of my cars to anyone else but them! Oh and the service is very quick was done with my oil change in about 10 minutes! Give them a try! You definitely won't leave there disappointed! Great bunch of guys for sure! Just wanted to Thank yall I appreciate you!

I'm truly impressed with this place. I haven't been this happy with an oil change since Bolton's was bought out and I haven't even left the garage yet. They're so helpful and friendly and really reasonably priced! Fantastic!! Robert and his crew are very professional, courteous and hard working! If you loved the old Boltons, this is where the crew moved. Great service and attention to detail. This is a local business, not a chain. Started with 3 guys and now up to 6 employees. They have my business now!!

Awesome service! Super friendly. They were very knowledgeable about my wife's subaru. The last oil change place (master lube) drained her transmission fluid and had to tow it to the dealer. These folks are true professionals! Tire pressure check, free beverages, and a smile. Always wonderful service local business, I believe they are Latin owned? If not they do employee a lot of Latino men. Which I always love to help and support my brothers. Extra courteous all the time super respectful and professional and wonderful wonderful price!!! I went there on a Friday around 11am. I pulled up to one of two closed overhead doors and waited around 5 minutes. I backed so as to ring the air hose bell to alert the people inside again. I waited another minute or so and decided to leave. I am not sure they might be closed or just didn't care to let a paying customer know that they will attend to me as soon as possible.

Still probably the best place to get your oil changed around Lubbock but definitely not the friendly service and faces that started the company. Time to get back to your roots guys.
