Frankie, the driver, is amazing. Super helpful. Brittany E and the bald gentleman with sunken eyes, who doesn't wear a name tag, are dismissive until it suits them. I'll go across the street from now on. But Frankie... Thank you for all your help!

Very thankful for the Hispanic gentleman working at the front tonight (2/5/24). He noticed that the part I purchased was incorrect and he educated me on what I needed. Really appreciated him!

These people are there to help. Everytime I need help they get right to it even showing me photos and explaining the process. Very helpful very pleased

Funny that one person complained that Autozone didn't change their battery. I went to pick up parts and was left standing at the counter for about 10 minutes because one of their associates was outside helping a guy change his battery. I know some people need assistance doing that but they are a parts store not a repair shop. Some manufactures make replacing their car's battery a really tricky situation; sadly. But that isn't Autozone's fault. I left for two other stores to get my parts; not really happy about it.

Nancy, the store manager, was incredible. Best customer service I've every received. She went above and beyond helping me get my battery seated securely. Truly amazing! I would give her more than 5 stars if possible!

Will never go there again they say they will change your battery they won't. Now I'm broke down outside their store cause u didn't have the right tools to change it myself sense they refuse to do it. It's okay though called walmart they said they'd do it and it was over 60 dollars cheaper. So thank you autozone for the false advertising, hope you go out of business for your lazy employees

I don't think that this employee cared too much about helping the customers. I walked up to the counter as he was walking towards the end of the counters, which ended up being okay because I forgot something. After returning to the counter, he was still at the end of the counter (I assume he was on his phone or something because he wasn't like the other employees that had been helping as soon as someone walked up). After standing there a couple of moments he finally decided to come assist since no one else was in the store. I noticed that they still had a deal from the prior day, but I didn't want to have to go home, get those parts, bring it back, return it, and then purchase again just to get the deal. I asked if there was other options than doing that and he told me no, it had to be bought together. I had the receipt from yesterday and he still was not willing to help. Most stores have the ability to override a sale or would have at least come up with something that didn't require a customer to spend 30 minutes driving home and back to get a deal. I ended up leaving and going to O'Reilly to get the part. This just reminded me why I don't like AutoZone. Thanks for reminding me never to return.

Asked for help picking up a air filter, cabin filter and a battery terminal cleaner. There was no other customers. He could have helped me, instead to busy talk to coworker. Took business my business across the street to advance. Was told they hear complaints all day long. Sorry customer service and price much higher.

Ramone was extremely helpful and saved me a trip to a mechanic. I recommend Auto Zone retaining this guy. He tried hard to help me and my son solve our car issue.

These guys are awesome. I went to another auto parts store and they wanted $200 for what I needed, when it was wrong info and it only cost $7. These guys, especially Ethan, were the best, great customer service and really smart and quick. Thanks for being awesome

If I could give no stars I would Went to this autozone to have my battery checked as my car would not start. Guy working there sighed a huge sigh then continued with us outside. Checked the battery said it was partway charged, checked the alternator said it was fine. Guy working there stated we must have left a light on, I insisted that I did not (as I don t ever use the inside lights) He continued to say we must have left a light on. And that was that Take it to a shop as it would not start later that day it s the battery.I believe we could have saved money getting it from autozone if we had better help.

Close early? Yes. Close the register and pull it early? Yes. Rude and throwing, white power "OK" while handing you your receipt, YES. Manager hides in the back, yes.Edit. Corporate is reached out and emailed me and the area manager is also called in regards to my post. They attempted to resolve this matter. And for that alone I am raising the review. The store was well-stocked and clean.

Very fast service! I was in and out and Bobby helped me get my car fixed up for a good price after the dealership I went to tried to scam me. As a student l, it s a breath of fresh air to get service so great in a place far from home. I will definitely be coming back!

Most have the time I have no issues but on December 19th I stopped in to get a few things and the gentleman that helped me was very kind and he helped me put antifreeze in my car and said that I needed gas treatment which I got. so I got on the road to Killeen to see my daughter and about day 3 I had a lot of smoke coming from under my hood when I open the hood my overflow tank cap was lying on the frame. I was not a happy camper

Waited for ever in line and then wouldn't give me my point on rewards card unless I got the fuel treatment special so he could give 10% discount. Do not use the brand he was offering and when declined he never even asked for my # had to make him put it in. Horrible and was a manager wearing a gray shirt.

The sales staff is always helpful; willing to come look at your vehicle if needed to make sure you're getting the right part and even install if it's a quick fix (Like wiper blades). I noticed sometimes the male staff members don't always take my word for what I need. This doesn't happen when I tell my Husband to ask for whatever part I need. So be prepared for a little sexism with your southern hospitality.

They no longer help. I'm a disabled women and I needed a brake light changed and not only could they not advise me how to do it, they wouldn't even answer a question. I'll use O'REILLY'S from now on where they help an old lady on a walker.

The employees were very kind and helpful. They did their best to help me find everything that I needed. They didn't have one item I was looking for and they did the research for me. They helped me locate it even though it became necessary for me to go to a competitor. I would still go back and recommend them.

Line can get long at times but overall, good group of guys. Took some spark plugs in once that were damaged out of the box to return, they gave me a new set without any questions.

Went into the store to have my car battery tested. The man at the counter snickered and said, Sorry, battery tester is broken . I asked if he had any suggestions for me and he said I guess you can go over to our competitors across the street . In the past, if one Auto Zone couldn t help me, the person at the counter would call the closest store and see if they could help. I m very very disappointed! He just blew me off. I will NOT be back. Your competitor across the street tested my battery and replaced it. Money that could have been in your pocket instead of theirs. But they were kind and helpful. Your guy only laughed when I told him he wasn t very helpful.

I am amazed with the service and behavior of their personnels. They let me take their jump starter to my garage and I was able bring my car to them for battery replacement. I very much appreciate Augustine for his kind support.
