I got a set of tires for my wife s Murano and a set for my truck. Also got an alignment for the Murano and an oil change for the truck.Josh, Matt, and Brandon were excellent. All the people there were kind and willing to help, these were just the names that I remembered.They had a challenge with my truck tires but stayed after closing to make sure things were 100% correct! You just don t get this type of service any more.Highly recommend!!I ll certainly be back in the future!Thanks for taking good care of us!

They always do an amazing job. This is the only place i will take my tires and wheels to be mounted.Brandon is very helpful every time we go.Definitely recommend Mavis.

This was my first time to use Mavis Tire. I stopped in quickly because my low tire indicator light was on. I would usually go to my dealership but did not have time. They quickly got me in and was able to patch my tire.Three other women were getting their vehicles serviced and a couple of business owners dropped off their company cars while I was there. I thought this was a good sign that they were trustworthy. They treated everyone the same. This was huge in my book. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Many thanks to Josh and the the rest of the Mavis Tires and Brakes CREW!!! I can always count on them to go above and beyond. Came In last minute due to my check engine light coming on and flashing.Everyone worked together as a team to help diagnose and fix my car. They were all very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They showed outstanding customer service. I ve been a repeat customer and will continue yo use them in the future. I highly recommend you give them a chance.

Brandon Fleshman and Joshua Davis went above and beyond while getting my car serviced there. Quick and super friendly customer service. I was in and out quicker than any other shop I ve been to. I DEFINITELY will be back!! Clean and comfortable waiting room too!!

I will always come here for my car needs . Came in for a rotation and they had me in and out . Always such a great experience .

Don't let the name fool you... They do so much more. They go above and beyond to give you the best service available. I took my car in to get new tires. During the installation/ inspection, they found a bad ball joint. The crew was extremely polite and Josh did a great job explaining what I needed and getting it done promptly. I was very impressed and will be going back here anytime I need tires.

This company is amazing! I purchased new tires online and took them to Mavis to have them mounted and installed and because it took them a little longer than expected, they did not charge me. That s what you call real customer service, and Brandon was amazing to deal with. Please if you re needing tires or any kind of auto work done take it by Mavis. I will definitely be back.

Excellent service!Mathew and Josh made my day!I had a 2 hour drive and noticed the low air pressure indicator light came on. I called MT&B, an hour before closing, and they took great care of my service needs. These guys are professional and quick.I will be using them again!Thanks guys

The guys here are super nice and very attentive to customers needs. This group have taken care of me and my wife s vehicle since before they changed to Mavis. I recently bought tires at a big # store just down the loop because they had a deal going on. They told me my vehicle was in need of repairs to the front end totaling over $3000. I thought that sounded weird because there was no noticeable driving issues. I left the big # tire place and drove the half mile down the loop to Mavis where they lifted my vehicle on the rack and looked it over. They assured me that there was nothing wrong with the front end other than needing an alignment. They aligned the front end and saved me over $3k in waisted money. The guys at Mavis are honest and I trust them!!

I come here for all my work and personal vehicles! Great service and they will make sure it's done right! Woke to a flat tire this morning due to a nail, so I booked a 10am appointment online with Mavis. I got there at 9:45 only to realize I actually booked an 11am appointment. The gentleman said it was no problem even though it was very apparent that they were busy. They fixed my flat quickly and were extremely kind and professional. The waiting area was clean and spacious and even with constant customers in and out. I will be using Mavis from now on for my brakes and tires. I highly recommend this place!

I will definitely return to Mavis if the need arises again. You are able to make an appointment online ( even after hours) and they were ready at your appointment time. I did not have to wait for them to start working on my vehicle! They even found some other issues and took care of them as well. The employee's are knowledgeable and nice.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced. You can just walk in. You don't have to have an appointment. They get it done same day. The employees are very knowledge and honest. Their prices don't seem too elevated. I will be using them again.

A reminder that fantastic customer service still exists. I went in late afternoon on a Saturday for a minor issue. Nevertheless, I really needed the repair to a rear defroster on my truck since I was heading out of town the next. These gentlemen are super awesome and accommodating. I explained my urgency and they did not hesitate to help.. Come to think of it, this is the second time they pulled me out of a bind at the least opportune moment.. Excellent auto tech service. Best in longview, no doubt

I had a lawn mower tire that needed to be mounted and called about having them put it on and they said that they could do it. They put it on and they had found a hole in the actual wheel they where able to come up with a fast on the fly solution to be able to repair the problem. To be able to repair my wheel and install the tire all within a fast manner with great customer service, I recommend this location and automotive repair and maintenance

I needed tires, brakes, wipers, and serpentine belt replaced. Worked with Josh on multiple vehicles over the years. He scheduled me in and knocked it all out. Great prices and customer service. I will be back!

I had a great experience from these guy's . They check my brakes and told me there was no problem with them. I had then to do a tire rotation they these guy's are the beat in Longview highly recommended.

Great shop , great folks come in for tires alone on truck , had an issue on rotors and brakes and next day turn around fix to be good to go next week . Josh is the man down here runs a really tight shop and I travel from Carthage just to see him about our fleets repairs

The store manager Joshua was awesome!! Two hours from home and had a flat on my corvette!! Took me in and fixed it up immediately!! Great guy!! Definitely recommend this tire shop for this area!!

I needed a wheel hub assy and after checking around found Mavis to be 25% cheaper than Automotive Superfluous Center. I was glad to discover this because I have used Mavis for tires and oil changes recently and they were outstanding in every way. As I sat in their waiting room I Routinely witnessed staff brainstorm how to save customers money. On my ticket and almost all other customers buying multiple services they voluntarily handed out discounts where they could to ease the financial burden. I left with a list of things they identified could use work on my 230k mile truck but was not pressured at any time to get any additional repairs I wasn't ready to pay for. It's nice to have a mechanic shoot you straight, show you the trouble spots and then level with you about what is urgent and what can wait!
