Got an alignment. Had to schedule to recieve the service. I waited while they comprehensive the job and it did not take nearly as long as the estimated wait time. Overall pleased with the service.

Drove 13 hrs for X-mas and was told my vehicle would be ready by 4PM on Friday 12-22. I told them I was coming from FT Worth but would get back in time. Arrived at his shop by 2:45 but doors were closed and lights turned off. Tried to call his number but it just rang.. They are closed Sat and I have to drive 13 hrs on Tuesday morning to get back home but now I have to wait til 8 on Tuesday morning . At least call me if you are closing earlier than the time you quoted me so I could have made arrangements to get my vehicle out of your shop.

I went to check on my brakes and found out my brake was fine, but my front end was in much needed repair or replaced in my case. Thank you for everything, I went ahead a got new tires while I was there. Love my new tires.

I can't say enough great things about Hank's! They treated me well and even took the time to explain what the issue was - never treating me like I was incapable of understanding like so many other places did. They even made it a point to do the repairs in the cheapest way possible. Which, again, is more than other shops did. They are a family owned and operated business, clearly care about their customers, and I truly felt like they treat each customer like they would a member of their family. Well I didn't exactly have a car to fix but my bike has a motor... Which happened to stop abruptly when my throttle cable broke. Not only did they let me diagnose the problem but they let me work on my bike in one of the bays by the door until they were ready to leave for the day. Not only did they offer assistance as needed ,if needed. The shop is very clean and well taken care of and they were very nice and very attentive and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them just on those factors alone.

We had a confirmed appointment to have some work done on our RV, telling us it would be done same day. After 6 hours of sitting around due to us not having our home, we called and they said it'd be 3 days and no parts had even been ordered. Then we tell them we just need to get our vehicle and get on the road, kindly asked them to put the wheels back on and it took them 3 hours to simply put them back on the RV. We will never do business with this establishment again, their word is not to be trusted and their simple lack of communication was frustrating and bad business.

I had a bad pull on my 2008 GMC Sierra. someone recommended me to Hanks Frame & Wheel. I asked for an alignment job but I knew it needed a frame job from a bad accident i had. I drop the truck off, then I got called from them explaining what it needs. They communication was on point. Told me what they were going to do and told me a price which I thought it was Fair price! Zack work on mine truck and he s a cool guy! Explain to me what he did and what he had to do! & also he warranty his work which I thought was freakin awesome because most places won t warranty their work and they will charge you more for something they did which doesn t make any sense to me? ...but Anyways, these guys are real cool They keep it 100 & these guys are trustworthy, I would recommend anyone to Hanks Frame & Wheels!

They were very friendly and professional the did inner tie rods and four wheel alignment my Lexus never drove so good and the price was only like 245.00 parts and all oh and they finished putting my brake pads on for me turned one front and one rear rotor and installed the pads included

If you're looking for old fashioned customer service where you feel like you're the only customer and you can sense the honesty from the time you enter then don't go anywhere else...period.

They are an experienced front end alignment shop. At a tire shop, you may not get the best alignment because you don't know how new the guy is. They also seem honest, and did not say parts are worn out when they are not. Which I believe is common in the front end alignment business. I will use them again.

I was sent there to fix someone s mistake. What a great bunch of folks. Their honesty was what impressed me so much. I watched them not take advantage of 3 customers. They told them what was wrong, cost, and results if any. No pressure to do work that was optional. I don t see that very often these days. I ll be back

Took new vehicle to see if needed an alignment as I had hit some potholes. (Thank you Harrison County.) Was told engine cradle was bent and they could straighten for $450. Husband thought that suspicious and so did I when I read another review that was exact same situation (new car needing engine cradle straightening for $450). Like the other reviewer I got second opinion and I too only needed an alignment.

It's hard to find mechanics that won't lie to you or tell you something needs to be replaced just to make a buck. I've never had that problem with Hank's. Hank's Frame and Wheel is the real deal. I trust them with my car and my wallet.

Every person there was eager to wait on me. Service was great and in a timely order. Prices are always in line with what I've heard from others. Never had any thing but excellent results from repairs. They did a great job on my Dodge Ram and got done fast. Great shop and good guys they definitely know what their doing!
