The owners and employees of CPR are the best. They are both professional and personable. They take care of customers to the max and go over and above to get your repairs done. Thank you Karla for what you did to get my repairs done. You are the best.

We had a great experience at CPR. They had our vehicle in and out in less than a week. Carla was excellent communicating status updates with me. I highly recommend them!

they were nice when I went up there to get my brothers truck looked at but once we got an estimate they gave my brother the run around and ignored him. He went up there one morning and they pretty much told him they ignored him for ridiculous reasons and asked him multiple times why he chose to bring his truck to them. It was weirdl.

I dreaded having to put my vehicle in the shop, but they made the process as easy as possible. Karla was great and made everything go smooth. I definitely recommend them!

I would be giving zero stars, since I had a good first impression, Carla was kind when I first made my appointment but the day of everything changed and went downhill. I have had an appointment set up for 2-4 weeks.(she said 2 weeks but I m sure it was 3, either way it doesn t matter th exacts to me, she s says it makes her mad that I m saying 3 weeks instead of 2) I was told it was going to take 3 weeks possibly a little longer so I call up there before I go and I m asking question to make sure I have all the correct info bc this is important work. I made sure that I could pay part of it now and some in a week whatever but it would be payed before pick up. I always prefer to pay for my service before the day of, due to anxiety. Someone told me I could do that, and I said that to her.. I didn t know if it was her or my insurance that said that, thought it was her, well that ticked her off. She disagrees with that then re agreeed and said I could pay 200$ when I drop it off then the rest at pick up along with the insurance check. Not sure what changed her mind.. Then we talk about the insurance company&xar rentals, how every 3 days or so you have to get the rental updated after 2 weeks of work to make sure insurance covers it still if the car isn t done basically to extend the rental and she said she didn t say that, which she deff did say something similar bc I remember thinking wow that s kinda long.( if she said a different ammount of time I m not sure why it matters that I didn t have the dates exactly correct) and basically in the end she says I m all over the place asking to many questions and she isn t going to work with me.. that I m not ready to send my car, all because I m making sure I have everything correct or trying to remember the way it all works bc getting your car fixed thru insurance is hell and a lot goes into it, especially if it s my first time doing it alone. Very much bully vibes.And before she hangs up I swear she said fu(k you and really my feelings are hurt, being treated like that. It may sound sensitive but I m also going thru something very difficult in my personal life so I guess that s why I shed tears over how unprofessional this was. She even said I know you have been nice about all this, but you are saying I said things I didn t say and it s making me very mad like WHAT?! I m sorry I don t do this every day and I don t know the protocalls off the top of my head. Calling me all over the place and whatnot when I m just asking and trying to be reassured of everything I was wondering about..so I say that to say, when working with them you wanna make sure you have no questions to ask bc if you do she may fire you as a client yes I m a little scatter brained person, but it s her job to help me get things done and not get so triggered and angry when I don t have every piece of info right. Maybe she is just having a bad day . To me is seems she was looking for a reason bc they prolly over booked for holidays smh just my idea, if u made it to the end thank u, please choose a different company bc they don t want your business if your difficult Carla, I will be praying for you, bc you don t know how to treat kind hearted good clients. I have used them once before and didn t have these issues.Service: Body & Trim

This place is very welcoming and has very great customer service!! I took my 2023 Tundra here to get it fixed after a car hit the front of my truck, and Ms.Karla was very nice and kept updating me on how my truck was doing!! It took about a week to get my truck fixed and it looked brand new once I picked it up!! I highly recommend this place if anyone that wants to get their vehicle fixed!. Five stars for me!! Thank you CPR!!

I dropped my vehicle off for repairs after an accident. They handled every aspect of the repairs and dealings with the insurance company. They gave me updates on my vehicle and it s progress. I dealt with John. Everyone involved w was very polite and professional, except the Allstate adjuster of coarse!! I would highly recommend CPR for any and all paint and body work that you may need on your vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The level of professionalism and exceptional customer service is unmatched. Karla assisted me through the entire process making sure that I was taken care of. Both of my vehicles I ve taken in are foreign, and both times they did an excellent job. Thank you to Karla and all of the team at CPR for making this process a breeze.

This place is an awesome place to get your car repaired. They really make the process easy and take care of a lot of the details for you. This was my first accident and so I didn't know what to do but Karla and the rest of the people here took care of me.

I actually hate that I've used them enough to be able to give a review, but thats life sometimes. They do excellent work i have never had to take a vehicle back for anything ever in 10 years so I'd say thats a pretty good track record.Ms Karla always takes good care of me and my family members when the need arises.

I took my wife's car to CPR and from the very beginning their customer service was top notch! There was a small and unusual delay with one of their vendors, but they kept me updated every step of the way and made me feel as if my questions and concerns were their top priority. When it was all said and done, their product quality and work was unmatched, they even paid for my lunch, which was COMPLETELY unexpected, but highly appreciated. Over all, this has been a very pleasant experience and I will most definitely be taking all my vehicles here in the future.

Every time I've had my truck in for repair, the job done has been pristine. Tony and Carla run a fabulous business and work tirelessly to make sure the customer is happy. Their employees are good representatives of the company and I refuse to do business anywhere else.

Most helpful, friendly place I checked out after wrecking my car. These guys rock! And they were cheaper than most.Update: I liked them so much the review came before I picked up my car. Not only could you never tell it was in the accident, it looked better than before!! ----better than I'd imagined. Top notch all around. Randy was extremely helpful!

Although I didn't get a full repair done here, I did try another leading body shop in the area who tried a hard-sell tactic to have me drop $2100 on a very minor roof dent and crack in my paint. These guys were honest and put clear seal on it and told me it should be just fine and it'd be very difficult to notice anyway. Seems like a first-class organization with very nice facilities.

CPR Paint and Body is top notch. Karla is great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. They completed the work on time and my car looks practically new. We have used other body shops in the past and by far this is the best shop in the Longview area. Thanks CPR for a job well done!

Took my 2018 Toyota C-HR in for repair. These folks were honest and excellent to work with. I hopefully won't ever need their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to use them again.

CPR is a very professional, customer service oriented collision repair shop (and a whole lot more) that provided us excellent service and final product. Our 2010 Tundra had an unfortunate run in with a trailer. CPR was able to get the parts, match the paint, work with our insurance in a seamless process from estimate through delivery. We would not hesitate to use them again!!

We just picked up our truck and the work is amazing. They did a fantastic job. I would definetly use CPR again and highly recommend them. The staff is very friendly and were happy to answer all our questions
