I ve been using Big 5 Tire & Auto for 18 years now! I ve always been impressed by their knowledge and the way they would explain everything in detail on why something had failed on my vehicle. Also, very impressed on the integrity on not charging me for additional things/fees that could have easily been done to anyone who isn t mechanically inclined. Highly recommended to conduct your business there at BIG 5 TIRE & AUTO!!!

Robin was very fair and honest with the price. I really appreciate Big 5 taking care of my struts and sway bar links. The only complaint I have is when the people who check you in go to lunch, the ones covering lose track of your vehicle. My vehicle was ready. I was waiting visiting the nearby stores. When I went in to check on it, the man at the counter thought it was on a test drive. I had to tell him my vehicle was parked out front. This occurred last time too. But overall Big 5 does me right when it comes to service.

My wife broke down on a trip. Pickup was leaking water. It was a difficult diagnosis and they got it wrong the first time. She had to turn around and take it back. They got right on it and found the problem, fix it, and corrected the labor cost. These people treat you like good neighbors should. Too bad they re not in Alvarado so I could depend on them more. I can t thank you enough for your service and understanding.

Nice and courteous folks. Went to get car when called. Car had several alarms on dash like check engine, etc. This happened from changing brakes. Ended up having to leave car longer to get everything reset.

Always come here for oil change and we buy our tires from them . I really like how they do a free tire rotation when you purchase your tires from them. Great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. I only have one complaint and that s always having to clean the grease off my doors and seats and console. I have ask them prior to please come clean it and they did . I just wish I didn t have to ask . But I really enjoy doing business with them. We have been doing business with them for years because of the great service. Thank you .

First I must say the crew at Big5 are always courteous and helpful. I bought used tires this trip for a truck, and they helped pick just the right set. They also adjusted the alignment and the price was really good. They also do the work on our company vehicle and I am always happy to recommend them.

Came to get the tires rotated and balanced, but he informed me the tires on the back where to old to even be on the road so he wouldn't rotate any of them. Instead he charged me a rack fee that hadn't been mentioned prior.

10 stars! Absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend! Everyone was so nice. My service was done quick, even though I went on a Saturday & they were clearly busy. Once I was driving, I could immediately tell the issue was fixed! They were also very informative. Extra bonus, they did NOT try selling me a bunch of extra services that were not needed, like everywhere else does. I very much appreciate these guys so much!

Not only did they lose my lock nut but now I'm am having to replace nuts due to stripping. Unacceptable.My last name is Stewart-Howard. Took my vehicle to the dealership and have paid over $800 for parts so far. That includes 2 new tires.Edit: Here is the whole story, I took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation off the loop. I found out later that y'all lost my lock lug nut on my tire. Y'all replaced them. I took it to the dealership for I wouldn't be back to your shop and the posts for the lug nuts were stripped so now I have to replace them!! I went to a dealership in a different city before moving here and your company was the only one that has touched it since. That is a lot of money and I will be getting the old parts as proof for I should not have to eat y'all's mistakes. Further action will be taken.

This is a very bad place they charge me $1,400 for something that it was all messed up they couldn't fix it they leave it worse and I still have to pay over $1,400 didn't have professional qualified people to work they lie too much

Went in for an alignment, they told me my ball joints and tie rods were shot and recommended replacement. I gave the green-light and wound up getting all new control arms+alignment+diff service for just over $2k, and they had it all done in less than 5 hours. Very quick and professional, would recommend to anyone

We brought my girlfriends car in for an alignment and turned out to be two front tires were bad. The staff there was very helpful and honest. They took us to show the damage to the tires and guided us in the right direction. I would 100% recommend this shop. We left as happy customers!
