I got a 18 Nissan Titan and these guys put alot of man hours into this truck. I trusted them to do suspension components. Steering components. And all my fluids. Very professional and they guarantee their work in a timely manner. Big thank you to RJ and Josh for working with me.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Paid to have it looked at, they didn t fix anything? Still paid $65 out of pocket for them to say they don t know what s wrong with the ignition.. unbelievable what kind of auto shop can t figure out a small problem like this but still charge for an inspection. Very rude behavior from everyone I dealt with here as well.

Talking to others in the waiting area, everyone was a returning customer. All felt work was done timely and fairly. We were pleased with our first experience, so we'll return, at least for an estimate. Really nice group of guys.Only suggestion for improvement: perhaps the TV facing the waiting area could have something other than car stuff on it.

ASC has done a terrific job for me. It's the only place I will take my truck from now on. Very professional, friendly honest staff. You know what you're gonna owe before they ever start the work, not some estimate that changes when you go to pick up the vehicle. I highly recommend these guys!

Very impressive facility. Traveling out of state Leaking cooling system. Able to diagnose and get parts and repair and get us back on the road. Moved us ahead of repairs in the shop. Josh and the crew at Automotive Super Center were great! AC on our Durango had quit blowing properly. Ran complete diagnostics and found an animal had made a nest on top of the cabin filter. Also had a check engine light on due to a computer upgrade that needed to be done. The guys got us in and out in one day! Fixed everything! Super helpful, friendly, very professional place, you won t be disappointed with their service. Really busy repair shop means this place is NOT the spot for a quick repair. Fair prices, and nice staff. They will stand behind their work and do what it takes to keep things 'right' with their customers.

I went in for an alignment right after fixing a couple of things in my suspension, they said I needed upper and bottom ball joints, I said how much they said 1,400 I thought that was too high, and declined, the next day I went to pick it up the guy said I owed hin 65 dollars which I told them I was not going pay, to which the guy responded very rude and aggressive.In my opinion 1,400 is way too much money for ball joints, and if they charge anything for just looking at your vehicle the client should be informed beforehand, thats just my opinion I hope it helps.

The best customer service! RJ was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. He called to let me know what was wrong with the two vehicles I brought in without me having to call and ask for an update. The prices were very reasonable and they had our trucks in and out in a days time. I will definitely be back ! Highly recommend!!!

The team at Automotive Supercenter not only service my personal cars but my company s cars & my husband s company now! I send everyone I know to them professionally and personally!!!!RJ & JOSH are always helpful and going ABOVE and BEYOND to get things right. Even when they are slammed busy they are ALWAYS respectful of my time & make me feel important!They have fixed issues that another local shop caused my vehicle. I recommend those guys and their team to EVERYONE! Josh and the whole team at Automotive Supercenter on Eastman Rd did a great job installing a new leveling kit and new tires on my truck. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on leveling kit and tire recommendations. I received updates throughout the whole process. The customer service was the best I ve experienced! Highly recommend this business due to honesty and ability to trust their word. I am 7 hours from home and stranded. RJ drove to where my truck was, during shop hours, and diagnosed the issue. He opened a bay specifically for my vehicle, and got it fixed as soon as he and his crew could. Appreciation is an understatement. I am now back on the road thanks to these folks. There are to many shops that are out for your money, and I trust that Automotive super center is not one of them.

Professional and amazing work, they saved me every penny they could with the price to have our vehicle fixed. And even went the extra mile to pick us up from home to come and get our car since it was the only vehicle we had. Highly recommended, we will always use them as our mechanic.

I brought my vehicle in for an AC repair. They were able to quickly fix it but while fixing it another pet broke. They called me to let me know and they estimated it would take a couple days to get the part in and let me know this. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me a couple hours later to let me know both problems were fixed and I could come get my vehicle. They were very helpful and worked hard to get my vehicle back quickly with the work done correctly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used Automotive Super Center for all my auto maintenance for the past 15 years. They have always treated me with respect; they give me a detailed explanation of necessary work to be performed; their prices are fair and competent; from auto inspection for tag renewal to substantial mechanical repairs, I trust them implicitly. Also, their mechanics are polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The only service I wish they offered is auto detailing. I d like to start by saying RJ IS ROCKSTAR and he always treats us like family, never ceasing to amaze us with his top tier knowledge and customer service! He and the team at the Eastman Rd Center are great! We have refused to go anywhere else for our automotive needs for over 4 years now. Caitlyn was very friendly and made sure to communicate with me the whole time my vehicle was there to keep me updated. She provided by far the best customer service I have received when going to get my car checked. Made me feel comfortable and like my vehicle was being taken care of properly!

Amazing customer service, very friendly and trustworthy with repairs. Flexible and willing to work with the customer to best accommodate them. Each time I ve taken my car in I was able to pick it up within a couple days and they took the time to fully explain what was wrong with it and why they needed to replace certain parts. Would definitely recommend taking your car there!Service: Battery

This morning when I dropped car off he was not available and a very nice young lady named Caitlyn took care of me.
