Matt and his crew are second to none. My wife and I have been using their services for the last 5 years. They can tackle almost any job you have. From basic maintenance, to installing lift kits, wheel / tire combos, etc.Prices are always fair and service is quick and backed up every time.I had all of my gaskets on my old truck replaced, due to consistent oil leaks, and my oil pan / gasket, too. As I was pulling it off the lot, we noticed a little bit of oil was underneath the truck.I left my truck at the shop, as it was EOB that day. I was promised the leak would be found and fixed by EOB the next day. Matt called me at 10 p.m, to let me know they had fixed the problem and it would be ready first thing in the morning. I was in awe, because Matt and his mechanic stayed late into the night, in order to figure out where the oil had come from. The issue was fixed and I never had another issue with it. That is customer dedication that most places can't and won't match. Incredible owner + incredible staff = incredible service. Wish I could add more stars for this place!

Amazing customer service. Had a low tire thought needed flat repair he found the screw in my tire took it out and there was no leak. Aired up my tire checked the other 3 no charge and sent me on my way.

I have been to 3 tire shops after installing my brand near tires at this place and the last tire shop I went to had to take the tire off the rim because it had water in the tire I would not recommend this place to anyone PLEASE DONT GO HERE

For 7yrs I have always come here to have them work on my Jeep since day one all the back in 2016..they're reliable and will go the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied. If you're looking for great service at dependable prices and a staff that won't overcharge you, then come here to A-1. They will not disappoint you!

Matt Sullivan and his staff at A-1 Tire and Auto Center are wonderful! The customer service is above and beyond. We took my Yukon to Matt to see what service it might need. He was 100% honest and I was completely impressed with their service and recommendations. You don t find this personal service and trust much any more. Thank you! I absolutely recommend this store for all of your auto needs.

I cannot say enough how great A-1 Tires is. They fixed issues I had which was from large competitor who could not get my tires on my car balanced. A-1 has my car riding like a dream. Going down the road is so smooth and no more vibration which I had been experiencing for a while. The staff is customer focused wanting to meet your needs and expectations. They even dropped me off at one of my businesses while they worked on my car. No one else does that. So next time you need front end alignment, tires balanced , oil changed or even a new tire and rim make sure you by and let them take care of you. You will be glad you did. I rate them the max 5 Stars. Thanks A-1, again Great job

They are the most honest and genuine shop you can take your car to in Longview. Educated me on what was going on and showed me the old parts that they took out and why they had to be replaced before it caused further damage. Great people to have work on your car!

Matt operates the most courteous, efficient, competitively priced and expeditious tire and auto service center in East Texas. The shop is maticulously clean and well staffed. The tires are new manufactured and never pulled from an out of date stock from Dallas. I ve dealt with this location for over 30 years and never been disappointed. Update, Matt now has the latest state of the art Hawkeye alignment equipment. Don t waste your time and money at expensive dealerships. Call Matt to see if he can handle it first. He s a certified auto mechanic.

These guys are great! They have helped me out so much in the past year. They are easy to work with and talk to. IF Y'ALL NEED SOME WORK DONE ON YOU VEHICLE GO SEE THEM! To me they need more than 5 stars!

Always have had the best experience here for years. Literally never a bad one. They know much more about tires than discount tire i can guarantee that. I bought tires at discount because of the multiple locations but when i webt to adler for a rotation and told him about some shaking he did a balance but said the tire sidewall they had suggested was the wrong one for my car. Turns out he was right. This is just one example of how good he is.

I work at a great business and have a great boss man this work place is wonderful the staff is nice and well kept up the shop is clean and i will never go to any other place Matthew Sullivan and Rick hitt are the two best bosses to work for if you need any work done to your car bring it to a 1 tire and auto center th3y will treat you very well

Do not go here! Worst customer service.. Yelled at me for questioning why they couldn't mount my tire.. This is a tire shop but they are obviously not trained to put tires on rims... Asked about mounting some 18" rims that even Wal-Mart can do.. But they couldn't.. Don't own a tire shop if you can't mount a tire.

I had a tire repaired they fixed it showed me the problem they were very professional and quick the process was done less than 20 minutes very good I recommend them to anyone who needs a tire fixed.
