Alyssa was definitely amazing. I have been turned down several times at different dealerships. Well let s just say that Alyssa and her team made it possible when I was just about ready to give up on looking for a better vehicle. I have obtained an experience to never forget. Christie McGaha showed me many trucks and had my wife and I compare them together. We started off with a GMC Sierra and ended up with a Dodge Limited 1500 4x4. The Manager was very helpful and helped in every way possible to ensure we was satisfied with the purchase. Had my vehicle in for battery replacement at Kramer Chevrolet had to take it back 4 times never ran right after that, took to another dealership they fixed a wiring issue after I told them it was the problem. Runs like new now, bad diagnosis said was transmission ,they kept charging me and never fixed it .LOST MY BUSINESS

I went looking for a used vehicle, just looking around, wasn't really expecting to be able to get one. Tye helped me out and put me in a better vehicle than I would have ever expected. He was very friendly and explained everything to me by breaking it down in every aspect. If I forgot anything or even needed air he was there. It was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. I took my fathers vehicle to the service department at the Jeep store as he had a very complicated issue with his infotainment/speaker system that a few other dealers could not diagnose correctly in the Houston market. The owner Chuck, put me in touch with Derrick in service who had his team figure out the issue and order the correct parts. We brought the Jeep back when the parts were in and we could not be more happy with the level of service from everyone we encountered. Don't hesitate to make the short drive to go see them if you are out of the area. Customer services actually still exists here.

Update:An owner contacted us and made an attempt to make things right. Which they did. My vehicle was recoated and detailed while a representative from the coating company was overseeing the application. Amber and the gm are as nice as can be and oversaw the operation and met us at the door from drop off to pick up. They reached out to make things right which is appreciated. Some of the fees were a flaw that we needed to ask about but didn t and is now handled.ask for Amber or Ronny. They will get everything right. If you deal with Rob, well don t he s a d***.Original:Do not buy a used vehicle from this place! They hit you with a nonnegotiable 1600$ fee for LoJack and ceramic protection. Every vehicle has satellite location now days so you don t need a LoJack. The ceramic coating is poorly applied. There was bugs on the car when I bought it and after it got detailed and coated. Sales tactics are high and the sales manager was extremely rude. Finance sold a service plan we did not know about and tacked it on to the total cost of vehicle. Not to mention we were told extended warranty was included in the sales price. That was not the case as 5000 dollars was added on to the sales price during signing of financial papers total they got about 7000 dollars of up sell and sneaky charges

We found the particular model and trim we wanted through their online inventory, which unlike many other dealers is very accurate. Mike Johnson was our sales contact person and was thoroughly professional and also personable. We were very pleased with the entire process, from test drive to signing on the dotted line; all very easy going and straightforward. We will definitely keep this dealer in mind for future purchases.

If you re looking for a no hassle quality experience to take the stress out of your next vehicle transaction . Go see Mike Johnson . I would recommend him to my friends & family in a minute. Very Happy with the deal I made on a Certified Pre Owned Silverado with only 20,000 miles on it . Everyone that sees it tells me what an awesome truck it is . It s as close as you ll get to brand new without the high price

Bought a gmc AT4 3 MONTHS ago and they still wont send paper work to my county tax collector so i can get my tags !!! So now i will be hit with a 20% late fee ! The finance person Jody even return my call ,salesman mike keeps saying it s in the mail . Guess because i am out of state they don t care. Now i have to spend money on attorney just to get my tags !!??

Kramer autoplex has stuck me with the bill for a warranty issue and a service contract issue.First one was about a year ago. We were out to town and I had pulled the 36 ft camper with me. The diesel engine burns a lot of DEF when towing. I was adding DEF to the truck and my wife said something is pouring all over the ground. I crawled under the truck and saw that my DEF line was leaking and had a whole in it. I took it to a dealership while out of town and they said it would be 3 days before they could fix the truck. They said I could cut the line and put a tube in it and use clamps for a makeshift fix.When I returned to Livingston Tx I took my trucks to then Premier Autoplex and they said it wasn t covered under warranty. I later received and email from service writer saying it was after I paid approx 600 out of pocket for the expense. I went the premier autoplex and spoke to service manager who said he would help me. 3 months later I went back and he said the hose has been damaged and they would warranty it. I had to do a makeshift repair just to add DEF to the truck to get home.Second incident, took truck in to have oil changed. I have 6 years free oil changes. They told me since I didn t buy the truck there that I would have to pay the additional cost of oil change which was 110.00. I called the dealership where I purchased the truck and they said they honor all service contracts whether it s theirs or another dealership. Kramer Autoplex ought to be ashamed of themselves for not offering the same courtesy.
