Always great service. I work on RV's myself. I am a mobile repair service. They have a good selection of parts. They are the only shop I recommend to my customers when they have something they need done that can't be done on site or something I don't do.

First of all, don't judge my review by my photo.My grandson created it and assured me that folkswould take notice of my postings.Well, it could be good or bad; the jury is still out on that one.However, I can honestly say the good folks at Joel West RV parts & Supply Store are top notchin both their repair services and customer relations. The young man that owns the businesslearned from his dad (who was the original owner) and he was a real nice guy.We were talking about my 1991 HI-LO that I brought in. I needed a sway bar put on , so he showed me the modelsavailable and advised me of the one he'd get if he had a HI-LO. He didn't try to sell me one madefor towing GODZILLA ,he was honest and he and the shop fellas did a fine job with the install.The ladies in the sales office made me feel at home while I waited the sway bar installation.They were cheerful and friendly.There was a small parts supply room to browse through, butit was well stocked with all sorts of r/v needs and cool little "thingamabobs" for your r/v.And lastly, but most importantly their prices for sales AND services are VERY REASONABLE.

I would give NO stars if there was an option!I was quoted $800 for a stair motor actual cost is $110. Quoted: 1k to fix my heater actual cost was $12 it was a relay switch. Quoted $1800 to fix my break line.I dropped it off September 1. My brake line leaked. ( class A) I called September 15 Pete said my brakes were fixed and is working on the emergency brake. It s October 1 went on property and my RV still sitting in the same place. Stepped on the Brake peddle went to thefloor. NO BRAKES! Never touched it. LIED! Pete lied twice over the phone feeding me BS! I m female ex military I am not stupid. YOU treat your customers like they are idiots!KEEP AWAY FROM HERE! Ripeoffs & LIERS!
