I encountered a situation where I experienced a flat tire, and to compound the issue, my jack malfunctioned. In my moment of need, I reached out for assistance, and the individual promptly traveled a distance of approximately 15 miles to provide aid. He successfully replaced my flat tire with a spare donut tire. Unfortunately, they did not have the appropriate rim size tire available, but the donut tire sufficed to get me to the Mercedes dealership. The service I received at this repairshop was exceptional. Although I do not recall the name of the young gentleman who assisted me, I must commend his outstanding and personable demeanor. Additionally, he went above and beyond by contacting other tire shops in the vicinity on my behalf to check for tire availability. In conclusion, I highly recommend their services, as they exhibited professionalism and dedication during this automotive ordeal.

Wonderful Service! I m so glad I had a conversation with the mechanic-super nice guy who loves his work and makes sure it s done perfectly-office manager worked to get the best price possible and Rob and crew treated me like family! I brought my BMW in to have some repairs done. James and the entire crew were super friendly and helpful. I saved thousands by coming to these guys. The repairs needed were not even what BMW was telling me I urgently need. Top notch shop and I will certainly be back if I need anymore work done while I m here.

The guys at Hometown auto are very upfront about cost and, when something came up that would make the cost higher, they called me before they did the work. They did extensive front end work to my vehicle and I was very pleased with the whole experience and will be taking my other vehicles there.

Wow! I called 3 pm on Monday, scheduled me for 8 am on Tuesday and fixed 3 different issues by 8:44 for $60!!! Call James he s awesome. I ll be coming back here for everything I need for my car!

I had my break caliper wear out and lost the ability to use my breaks. Called and spoke with James, who helped me get a tow and diagnosed my issue. He was very helpful and got my truck fixed the same day. Would recommend to anyone needing help with their vehicle.

I highly recommend Hometown auto repair! I recently brought my car in for a engine noise I could not figure out! They diagnosed it and helped me with a few other issues the car was having they replaced belt tensioner, oil pump drive,lifters,valve cover gaskets ,spark plugs and wires, thermostat. They went the extra mile and completely honest which is rare these days. They stand behind there work 100 percent. I used them on 2 other occasions and Everytime great service. The main thing is you can trust them. I'm extremely happy and will always recommend and use Hometown Auto.They care about the customer!

DO NOT GO HERE! What a nightmare, tried over charging me for the work I asked for.. after talking to them turns out the front desk didn t even know what I was having done just charging whatever the computer told them. NOW having truck worked on elsewhere and they just called saying that one of my break calipers was JB welded back together.. terrible shop with terrible work, shop around there s a lot better out there.

Had a great history with them before but this time i was let down a bit.Had an alternator replaced. Was told it was going to be $420. Day of payment it was a $100 more. Also the belt was partially off and rubbing against nut after they replaced alternator . When I went to pick up the vehicle it didn t start then they said battery was not good after testing it when it was time to pick up the truck. Just figured they would have tested it before they tried to hand the vehicle back over. So I had to charge the truck before Ieaving the machine shop. Now I have to but a new battery. Very disappointed.

Took my 03 chevy in for reduced engine power code I couldn't fix. They found the issue and fixed it within a week! A little pricey but worth it for the great mechanic they have!

I came here and got a catalytic converter put on.They fixed my car, it was running fine. Then 6 months later the pipe connecting to my catalytic converter is breaking. 3x of bringing it up there, they finally "fixed it" and turns out they rigged the pipe together with clamps and claim there is no where to put a bracket. 6 months later, here we are, their rigged job is falling apart again...now I have to take somewhere else to get it welded since I can't trust they will fix it correctly.

I tried them out when one of my tail lights went out and stuck with them because of good service. Recently a mouse/rat chewed some wiring that was important to the ignition system. He suggested to rework the wiring instead of charging me for a whole new wiring harness with parts and labor is 2000. I paid only 10 percent (200 dollars)of what I had to and my car is just fine. He saved me a lot of money

Our car had been pulling to the right, so we stopped in and got Hometown to check it out. They found we had a bent tire rod, which we didn t know. It was expensive to fix but they were the cheapest in town. They have always been friendly and do great work. I just moved to town and was concerned since I didnt know anyone or who to ask about where to take my truck. Honestly from the first time I spoke with Stephen I felt at ease. Hometown Auto took care of me and did awesome work on my truck. I made an appointment for them to check my brakes and a front end alignment to see if I needed those services upon him checking it he charged me $53 just to look at it and then tell me it would be $850 for the front brakes, the back brakes and oil change that is extremely high. I was not satisfied with the results I received.

I had a bad experience with these people they charge me for something it wasn't even wrong with my car. And then at the end they tried to tell me my car was stalling and they didn't connect a hose. My husband had to go and connect it for them. They just took my money and made me waste my time. The next day I went to another mechanic and was told that the piece that was working by these people wasn't working they took the piece off put on a new piece and made the car work. I don't recommend going here to fix your car unless you want to waste your money. Most of the people here just take their car to get fixed and don't know much about what's under the hood so people like this take a vantage of you and told you whatever they want and say somethings wrong with it and it's not even that.
