This is absolute best and most helpful place I ve gone to. They have the sweetest people. I had gone to several places before I went there and being 19 with no co-signer everyone else kept giving me the run around but Mr . Herman and stuck with me and got me approved for my dream car. He was so sweet and patient and did everything he could for me. I will never go anywhere else but crossroads now.

I love buying my vehicles here. They take good care of their customer s. The best thing that I love is that I guess you can say that I have a relationship with my salesman,Herman. He is the best and will help you any way possible. He is an honest person and he truly loves his customers and looks after them. I would never buy a vehicle from another person

All the issues with my truck were fixed to satisfaction. Stacy went over everything I wished to get checked and tuned, and before service was approved, an email was sent to me to approve service. Very easy. The only issue I had was the time it took for parts to come in. Not an issue for the dealership, but it did delay my truck to be turned back over to me.

Cody Jenkins definitely hooked us up with the sickest half ton in all of Liberty County! The Black Widow is a beautiful beast The dealership experience went so smooth. Brandon was very helpful. He took his time finding us a great vehicle within our price range. He even went to far as to staying after closing time due to an issue with our insurance. We will defiantly be going back to him for our next vehicle. Over all great experience.

Had a great experience at Crossroads thanks to Herman. He went out of his way to help me drop off my rental 45 minutes away while also making sure I got the vehicle I had my eyes on for months. Drove 3 hours to get this deal and I d do it again in a heartbeat for customer service like this.

Drew Langston (sales man) was awesome to deal with while truck shopping. We told him what we were looking for and pointed us to the vehicles they had on the lot, also if they didn't have it we could order one to the exact spec we wanted. Drew was super knowledgeable about the product they sell and makes you feel right at home with a friend. Now onto the financing department. We weren't happy with the payment but we all know it's a numbers game. They didn't pressure us, told us to think about it and we split ways. Roughly an hour later we got a call and numbers were right along with what we wanted to pay and everything was smooth from there. We were SUPER happy with the while process from Crossroads and them working with us to get the truck my wife wanted.

My husband and I made the decision to add another vehicle to our lives and after searching for what feels like forever, we found this beauty! Ryan Downs was our sales rep and he made everything an easy, breezy process. Very polite and overall a friendly guy, definitely not a pushy salesman just trying to make another sale. He set an appointment with us and did not try to waver us at any point into looking at anything other than what we wanted. We will definitely consider purchasing through Crossroads Liberty when needing another vehicle down the road!

If y all are looking in getting a new vehicle, y all need to ask for Cameron he will give you the best deal and help you save a lot of money. I went this last Saturday and I walked out with a brand new 2022 Ram 1500 Limited for a really good price because Cameron helped me out with a good monthly payment and low apr. Long story short y all should most definitely ask for Cameron if you plan to get a new or used vehicle from here. 5 star rating because they were quick and got straight to the point I only had to stay about 2 hours doing paper work and etc, rather than 4-6 hours at another dealership

I bought a vehicle there that was a certified pre-owned. This was supposed to mean it had an extended powertrain warranty (7-year/ 100k mile). Two years after purchase I visited another dealership and they confirmed that this warranty had never been set up with MOPAR. So I called and they said they would get it set up. Fast forward to having a head gasket leak. This deal still didn t set up the extended warranty and now I m out of pocket for the repair. I would never buy anything from them again.

You can t find a better dealership anywhere!!!! They are friendly, honest & care about their customers!!!! Our salesman Blake was absolutely amazing!!!! Kept us informed every step of the way as we looked at trucks & when we choose our truck & got the paperwork done!!! Great group of people & Blake made our whole experience quick & easy!!!!!!

Buying a vehicle from an online dealership takes tremendous trust for the customer and the dealer.I found my customer experience with my dealer very trusting. From the initial contact all the way through to the final paper work, delivery and payment.I did not have the opportunity to visit the dealership to receive a test drive or up-close look.I ask my sales person, Michael Batts, numerous questions and guidance on my purchase of a Cadillac Escalade EXT. Michael even arranged a Skype/FaceTime overview of the vehicle. He made a point to not over-sell me. He was cordial and polite.I highly recommend this dealership including all the personnel that help make purchasing a vehicle a true pleasure.Thank youAl Caniff

I worked with Colton and was extremely pleased with the process and outcome. I traveled from Dallas to purchase the truck. Colton picked me up at the Houston airport. The truck was exactly as he described it would be. Everyone was friendly. The process was fast and easy. The finance manager was fantastic... never did I feel I was being pressured or pushed to buy something I didn't want / need. I rarely write reviews but felt Colton and the team at Crossroads deserved a 5 star review.

They were awesome and friendly and did everything possible to get me into somerhing i love, my only sadness is its beem almost a month and still waiting for the things.promiised, nr2w tires, oil change and a few.minor things plus angreat detailing!!!!!!
