What an amazing experience we had at Mac Haik. Sammy Yanes is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. I have bought a lot of cars in my life time, but this dealer/dealership went above and beyond. Sammy is extremely professional and patiently helped us navigate every aspect of this buying experience. Service department not very friendly to customers and he comes across as irritated. Needed have keys replaced for old Toyota. He informed me it was cost over $300, 2 hours wait, bring proof of ownership (title), could not be done on weekends. So did my own research. Went to Ebay for key & fobs, cost less than $40, and took to ET Locksmith in Santa Fe, TX. Great service, knowledgeable young man, cost $50 for cut & programming and wait time 15 minutes.

We are very pleased with great customer service of this dealership. They're very friendly and understanding of our financial status and helped us get the vehicle that we want seamlessly. I would highly recommend the sales specialist, Nick Tieu, and his assistant, Tom Huynh in your visit to Mac Haik Toyota in League City. The finance person was awesome too. I'm giving them 4 stars because it would have been perfect if I got the price I wanted but I'm happy with the offer. Thanks!

Raul Ruiz was my sales person and he was amazing! This was my very first time getting a brand new car from a dealership and I can honestly say Raul made my experience an easy one. I had an idea of what kind of car I wanted Raul showed me all the options that they had and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to help me get the exact car that I wanted and had fell in love with online they even had the color and interior that I wanted. Raul was able to work with me and I was able to walk away from the dealership with a car note that was in my price range. Thank you to everyone involved at Mac Haik Toyota and making my first car buying experience a good one!

Mac Haik Toyota was quick to get my Highlander in to get looked at. Daniel in Service and the receptionist in Collision were both friendly, courteous, and helpful. . The dealership further North on Gulf Freeway kept giving me the run around for this paint recall issue. We will use Mac Haik for all of our Toyota needs from now on! Everyone here was great, from start to finish.

I purchased my last 3 Toyotas from dealerships in Houston, thinking I would need to a metropolitan area to find better deals/service...boy was I wrong.Working with Vidal was a wonderful experience. He patiently explained all of the bells & whistles in my car, helped me garner a great deal for all parties, while maintaining a professional demeanor (no sweaty, fast talking car salesman vibe). The sales managers were top-notch & professional as well.I would also like to thank Harvey. He made sure my car was spotless...not a spot when I was ready to drive away.Thanks to all!

Great Experience!! My husband and I worked with Raul Ruiz. He helped us get our new 2024 Grand Highlander. We had to wait a few weeks for the vehicle to come in but Raul was great, he gave us updates every week. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. I never really thought I'd end up in a Tacoma since everyone had mark-ups or didn't have the color/options/trim I wanted, but these guys came through and got me my unicorn truck!My salesman Nick Tieu was the first guy I dealt with, and he worked his tail off to get me the truck I wanted. There was non-stop contact between Nick and I the whole time, and he never made me feel like I was forgotten.Once things started rolling with my allocation, the new car sales manager Lawrence Asmus kept me informed on the status of delivery, adjusted my truck's add-ons to my preference, and even gave me a great deal on some Toyota accessories like the TRD lift kit. He never lost patience with me (although I called a hundred times lol), and he treated my wife and I like family. Both Nick and Lawrence were my saving graces for getting the truck I wanted, and I highly recommend dealing with them for your new vehicle purchase.Lastly, Mr. Rick Broussard in finance had sealed the deal on our '23 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. He was very thorough with everything during the signing, got us an amazing rate with Toyota Motor Credit, and did all he could to save us money while getting the best service plan to fit our needs. Never once did he lose patience with our many questions, and he was a pleasure to converse with.On a side note, Daniel Tucker in the service department was one of the best advisors I've had the pleasure of dealing with in all my years of buying vehicles, so I definitely didn't want to leave him out. He kept in constant contact to provide updates, handled my concerns, and got me rolling in no time. I even got a free shuttle to get me back and forth to the dealership while it was being worked on, so that made the whole experience much easier.Overall this is one of the best dealerships I've ever dealt with, and that's a good thing since a vehicle is a big investment. We weren't just a number at Mac Haik, we were John and Jessica with the lime green Tacoma lol. So if you're looking for a great deal, good service, and friendly people, Mac Haik Toyota is the place to go!

The customer service at Mac Haik Toyota League City is beyond exceptional. Sandra Flores service advisor at this location is a golden . She is very friendly and compassionate. She is very professional. She communicates and does her best to provide customer satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the service I received at this location compared to AutoNation gulf freeway.

I recently visited Mac Haik League City Toyota for a factory recall on my Tacoma, and I must say, their service was outstanding. From the moment I stepped in, the staff were welcoming and highly professional. They handled my vehicle s recall issue with exceptional efficiency and expertise. It s rare to find a dealership that combines great customer service with technical proficiency, but they nailed it. My Tacoma is running better than ever, thanks to their skilled team. A big thumbs up to Mac Haik League City Toyota for their top-notch service. Highly recommended for any Toyota owner!

Raul Ruiz is the MAN! After a prior horrible sales experience with Honda of Clear Lake, I was on edge walking into every dealer we visited during the shopping process. We tried Big Star Honda and looked at the CR-V Touring, but found it to be a bit boring and lacking, particularly for the price. We re simply not fans of Honda s newest design choices and just had a meh feeling throughout. A Jeep Grand Cherokee was too busy, we didn t trust the reliability and the gas mileage was terrible. Toyota had exactly what we needed. We went to try to Corolla Cross Hybrid, but fell in love with the Toyota Crown. Raul was fantastic, easily the best salesman I ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, actually knowledgeable about the products he sells, overall amazing dude to deal with. We wanted a specific vehicle - A gray Toyota Crown Limited with black interior and the Technology Package. Only 5 existed in the country, none anywhere close by and Raul had one of them at the dealership ready for us in two days. Insane.Ray Almasi in the finance department was equally enjoyable to work with, zero pressure to upsell (and unlike other dealerships, the additional warranties sold here are offered and backed by Toyota vs an addon that s through the dealership itself only).Highly, highly recommend buying any prospective Toyota here. Do yourself a favor and ask for Raul.

Excellent service! Appointment for 2:30 and was checked in at 2:31. 10000 mile service multi point inspection, tire rotation and oil change took 45 minutes. Professional, courteous and almost like a nascar pit crew!

Matt Carl was our sales person and he was awesome! Took us straight to the car we were there to see and didn t try to push other cars.Rick from the financial paperwork side nearly cost them our business. After we declined the extended warranty, he was a different person. Then, he insisted that our outside lender send them a blank check where they write in the amount and funds are deposited immediately. Well that s not what he wanted. What he wanted was dealer distribution, not a check. We had to resubmit our loan several times because he didn t know what his employer wanted.Matt - I highly recommendRick - if you re not buying the extended warranty or have outside funding, wait for the next guy.

Ralph Accardo is an excellent service adviser. Always courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent with the automotive maintenance requirements of both my Toyota vehicles. To be honest he's a 10 out of 5.He tells me exactly what I need and he doesn't make me feel like he s over selling me on something I don't need. Awesome service advisor!

Had my Tacoma taken to the Collision Center to replace my bumper that was damaged while driving during the freeze. Duran Martinez, Estimator, and the crew did a great job in shorter time than expected. Also, took my truck to the service center for tire rotation, filled a chip in the windshield and even cleaned the vehicle inside and out! Wow! That was above and beyond professional service! Love this place! Show before and after photos.

I bought a 2018 truck and was told the truck would get cleaned up. When I went to pick the truck up the truck was filthy. The floors were full of sand. The chrome was dull, and look like crap full of water spots. The salesman, Cisco was his name look like it was a little high on something had big holes in his ears where he had stobs in them!!! Not a very professional look for a salesman. Have bought a new truck from them and the experience was a little better, not much. If you re in the market for a used Toyota, do not use this dealer, they barely have a little over a two rating Not friendly, not professional, not a good place to do your business!! And if I could give them less score than one star, I would give them a -5 stars!!!

The service center is always accommodating. They are busy but try their best to communicate expected wait times. They give accurate estimates and are good about updating you on your vehicles progress. I consistently have good experiences with the service center. Would recommend to others.
