Wow! What a great company to do business with! Very honest, keeps you in the know of every step / suggestion of recommended service issues that may or may not need to be handled at the same time.Connie oversaw my repair issues with my vehicle from day one when I called Eagle to have it towed to their shop. Connie kept me up to date with every step of the repair with recommendations for things that may or may not need to be addressed at the time of repair, keeping my budget in mind.I would highly recommend Eagle Automotive & Transmission Repair Lavon! Very honest, strait to the point with no B/S! Connie & Heath were the best to deal with! No pressure at all!

I had taken my vehicle to have the brakes changed. The shop that did the repairs only made things worse. I had my vehicle towed to Eagle who I m glad to say was able to get me back on the road. The staff was so informative and above all friendly. Will definitely return

The team here is excellent. They worked very quickly, but were also willing to set aside time while I had to procure additional parts for my car. Bonnie worked with me every step of the way and gave me a comprehensive breakdown of the billing, allowing me to choose options based on my direct needs and budgeting. Their pricing is also pretty competitive, which is always a plus. The owner, Heath, even reached out to me after everything was said and done to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Needless to say, these will be my go to mechanics going forward.

Great service from heath, Matt and the team there. I needed new brakes, roters, an oil change and inspection done in the same day. They worked with me and got it all done with a great attitude. Recommend them for sure.

Stopped in at the salon to have my hair done(located inside-also 5 star) while I was there, I asked him if they could squeeze me and to change up my windshield wipers and change the headlight housing, They took me on a walking basis with no questions asked. Charged a very fair rate to change those items out for me. Highly recommend, affordable, and honest shop.

I took my car to Eagle Automotive & Transmission to diagnose and repair an issue that I had been having with my car for quite some time. I had taken it to several other repair shops, including the dealership. All other shops were unable to diagnose the issue! Eagle Automotive & Transmission was able to diagnose and repair it! I have been involved the automotive industry since I was a teenager. Got out of it roughly 10 years ago, so almost 3 decades in the industry. I have done everything from crew chief/engineer/team manager for a major manufacturer in professional sportscar racing, a mechanic first then running the front end in both private and corporate owned repair shops, to being a service manager then warranty administrator for a manufacturer in a large dealership group in DFW.We took our Tahoe into Eagle Transmission in Lavon when the transmission decided to not work after a mile of driving. I knew it would be a full rebuild and pretty much knew what to expect both labor and price wise going in.Bonny and the rest of the team did a great job, much better than most repair facilities do, at keeping us informed of what they found in the transmission, parts delivery expectation and cost expectations. It all went great. Got the truck back, drove for two and a half months when suddenly no drive again.Got the truck back to the shop and they jumped on it right away. Code showed a switch failure, but when they got the pan off to replace the switch, they found it had come apart again. They immediately started pulling it out to get it apart to find what went wrong. As before they kept us informed of the progress and in addition, wanted to make sure that whatever caused this to happen was solved.Long story short We picked up last night and we are back in business after finding the issue, testing the new rebuild for a few days on their end. Already had a text this morning asking how things were.So why did I have to mention my automotive experience in the opening? Being in the industry as long as I was, I had seen changes- for the worst- happen industry wide. It is the reason I left it. Get a minimum amount per RO no matter what. Hire parts changers and not experienced techs. Don't worry about diagnostics, just get the folks 'running', even if it s a band-aid and out the door with little confirmation of repairs. Worry about it IF they bring it back. Then from a warranty aspect- figure out how to wiggle out of taking responsibility, even on part failures.The folks at Eagle Transmission Lavon, from my experience, still do their mechanical service and their customer service, in what I call the old school way . Something that is missing in many repair shops today. They care about the product they put out. They don t just throw parts at it hoping this time it sticks . They don t want you to come back to continue chasing the same problem. They take the time to explain things, which is awesome for people who are not as aware of how vehicles work. Plus, they will answer any of your questions that you ask.I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with these folks. Rock on - I hope many years of continued success.I promise, I will fix my oil leaks

I brought in a Ford van that had not been started in many years. I knew this was not going to be a quick repair as we didn't know what all the van needed, and it was old so parts could be iffy. It need quite a few parts and a lot of cleaning. Heath and his team did a great job staying in budget and fixing the most important systems versus the easiest systems. Heath's team is super professional and very talented!I trust them with my vehicles and recommend the in the highest degree. Ya can't go wrong with them!!

My wife was told by the local Jeep dealer that she need a full replacement of her brakes, immediately....We took it to Eagle and were told she had at least a year of brakes left. We just took it back in a year later and the front brakes still have life and they replaced the rear brakes and headlamp that was out. If you're looking for honest work at fair pricing, this is the place to go.

Have used Eagle Transmission 3 times now. For a BMW and A Toyota hybrid. Great experiences all 3 times. Super responsive, fast, knowledgeable, I couldn t be more pleased

After we had our jeep at the dealership for 4+ weeks and not all issues were resolved we came here per several friends recommendations. Bonnie who works the front was very helpful to communicate with us often to keep us in the loop. She made many phone calls to work with an insurance payout. Both Bonnie and Heath checked in with us after about a week to make sure things were still working properly. I was down at the shop several times and each time either Heath or Bonnie made sure my concerns were being addressed. They were honest about what was going on, great communicators, and worked hard to figure out the issues. its nice to find a trusted shop that feels like home.

This place is great! Heath and his team have helped me on multiple occasions on a daily driver 2014 Pathfinder and a 1992 Land Cruiser. Each time they were very helpful, they don t try and throw a band-aid or try and fix something that isn t broken. It s a truly honest business being run that are usually hard to find. Had transmission issues.. they got me hooked up.. kept me informed and were transparent with all aspects of fixing my transmission. I don t really leave a lot of reviews, but I had a genuinely good experience at Eagle Automotive. Found them on Google after a family member had a catastrophic transmission failure. A large franchise shop did some very minimal diagnostics and quoted an unreal cost for transmission replacement. I contacted Eagle and Heath and his team just completely took care of it. They had the car picked up late on a Friday and the transmission was rebuilt and good to go in less than a week. They were easy to talk to and very communicative through the entire process. It was a night a day difference from most other shops I ve dealt with, and took so much stress out of the situation. They did fantastic work and very cost effective. Very highly recommend!Service: Transmission replacement

I was referred to Eagle Automotive & Transmission Repair in April when my check engine light came on. I was assured this was "the best place to go for transmission repairs" and I strongly agree. Heath and his team were the absolute best - answering questions, providing options, making sure I understood everything before moving forward, and applied no pressure!!! My dad went to the shop with me initially and felt comfortable with them doing the work. Women are often targets for shops looking to take advantage. There's nothing better than finding good, honest people that do great work. It was cool to see Heath at the front desk (not in an office or in pictures on the wall), he shared his story, pointed out his wife's attached salon. It's a vibe...a good vibe!!! I've had no problems with my car since and highly recommend them if you're looking for trustworthy people that do quality work!

Wow! Heath and Bonnie are finally what I d been looking for. Honesty. Here were my bids to replace a transmission $6800, rebuild $4600. They checked it and cleaned the throttle body and we re back in business. Bonnie kept me in the loop all along the way via calls and texts. Heath followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was still good. They are the owners. I ve been to shops for various car ailments for almost 30 years. No one has ever followed up. What a nice touch to the 5 out of 5 star service. Also - shout out to Mike for the assist. . You know who you are.Service: Transmission

While traveling out of town. My Transmission went out on my 06 Chevy suburban. I called Eagle Transmission, and they said being it over. I had the suburban towed over late in the afternoon. By the second day they took apart the transmission, and walked me step by step what needed to be done. By the end of the week, I had the suburban back and a rebuilt transmission. The price was very reasonable and it runs like a champ. I highly recommended. Eagle Transmission.Service: Transmission repair

Check with your dealership 1st. I got a $6000 quote for just my transmission. Dealership was way better.
