Just got tires from these Guys & alredy losing air pressure. I was told it was my TPMS. I'm having to stop and air up my front driver tir constantly. I don't think anyone really tried to help. Then charged me $10.00 for checking to see if tire had nail or something. I just bought these tires on a Thursday and I went back on a Friday. Buyers beware.

Excellent Service!! The Best service I ve received from here within the year or 2 I ve been going.I needed a new tire and a crack in my rim fixed. Mike kept me updated on everything and it was a quick turn around (1day) and I was back rolling .. Thank god for the New Management!!

(I have pics) Please read this and DO NOT buy from this place, I brought my car up there for a very nice new set of rims, they damaged my old rims and damaged the new rims on install, also my pressure sensors were not on the right wheels and they did not want to fix it. Because I was In a hurry bc they took more than a hour in cold weather I had left to get warm. When I was there, constantly people came back complaining about them not installing tires right so air always came out. They over pressured my tires at 70, 64, psi, I'm a hard working full time working and college student, they got me, and they don't care. I now have to find and pay someone else to do a repair. Tires had to be rebalanced by another shop. They had 900 on a rim too. Thanks Ali at tire king, business is GREAT.

Went to King Tire Thursday 9-28-23 had my daughters car towed, come to find out the rim was cracked I don t know what to do , but here where it get a good MIKE showed up with all the answers gives me a loaner at no charge get my rim repaired for a great price and a replacement tire by 9-30-23and repairs my spare , I was so grateful to meet Mike, he truly mad a difference and the service .

Their timing is bad. You can be the only one there needing one tire and it will still take them 45 minutes. No proper care when working. Also, i was expecting them to open at 8 since I needed a tire before work and they were still closed by 8:45. So I guess they open whenever they feel like it and not by their professional times on google.

Like the rest of the reviews. They are not very educated regarding wheels and tires from my experience. They never balance the wheels after mounting a different tire. They think leaving water in a tires is OK to mount on a wheel. If you have any other option even if may cost a little more go there first. This is a last resort and you will not be pleased with the service if you are some what knowledgeable about what your going there for.

Well where do I start. Let's just say $1700.00 later and my truck still is not fixed. After spending 5 hours there. Had to bring it back because it was still doing the same thing. and then I was told there was not a mechanic there today so I have to take it back tomorrow. Not happy about all of this. This place is a joke. The men here treat the lady's like they are nothing. And when as a lady you try to talk to them they over talk you. Wrong thing to do when you are in customer service and someone is spending $1700.00 with your business. Last I checked if it was not for customers they would not have a job. I have been up here 3 days in a row to get my truck taken care of since Saturday. And they want to be rude and not professional. I will never come back to this place. They are a rip off. And to me that is a form of sealing. When you tell someone they need parts and then come to find out that alot of the parts you don't need. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. Just because I am a lady does not give them the right to run over me.

AJ the owners son purposely misled me Into buying wheels that were previously broken and too big for my car and now refuses to refund. Left car at shop police were called. Car is now unsafe to drive. Will post AJ texts responses onto a link and as many public platforms as possible. Thieves At Tire King . Beware.

Needed a few non-standard wheel studs for our van. Another shop recommended Tire King. One of the guys there matched up all needed and put them on. Very reasonable price and great work. Thank you for everything.

Every time I come up here its something. First he told me I could get my rims and tires for $1000 but wrote the invoice for $1200 saying the lending company charged interest. So fast forward to them actually putting them on which took them over an hour to do. Of course them being tire professionals didn't balance my tires. So I come back and the "balance" them but my car is still shaking. So after the 3rd time of coming back its finally fixed. I had a blowout so I came back to purchase the same rim. He ordered my rim and he messed up my tire so he made me buy a new one at full price. I come back to get everything and he knew it was the wrong rim and still put in on my car and the wrong sized tire. He only cares about his dollar not about the customers. I will never buy anything else from him again nor will i recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY.

Went in today to look at rims today and had my 15 month old with me. No one came inside to help or answer questions for about 20 minutes. When someone finally did some in he answered 1 question then had to go back outside... go somewhere else with better customer service unless you have time to waste.

HORRIBLE !!!! Bought a brand new Tire on Thursday. The next day I had to travel to Louisiana, it needed to be filled up with air. I did not drive at all until Sunday when I was heading back to Dallas. Before I left I had to fill it up with air again! I didn t make it 30 miles before I Had to pull over because the tire was deflated. There was no hole no nothing just a bad tire! When I took it back Monday they did not take ownership and tried to blame the tire being flat on me! They would not replace Tire or give me my money back! DO NOT GO HERE !!! Lady got mad because I raised my voice and called the Police! On top of all that the flat cracked my 26 in Rims.

The wheel alignment man Charged me $70 for a wheel alignment that he didn't do on Tuesday, he just told me I need inner tie rods changed and Camber press kit changed and to go to my primary shop to get it put on and then come back to him and he'll do the wheel alignment for free. So I got my tie rods put on and the J&M tires said they don't put Camber press kits in, the shop that do wheel alignments does that. So I drove all the way back to Tire king kin I told them exactly what J&M tires & mufflers told me and he said they'll do it for 60 and I told him that's too much, then he went down to $25 then changed it to $50. So I let him do for $50 which doesn't sounds legit cuz he kept changing prices on putting the kit on.But the short Arabic guy that does Wheel alignments asked me why they can't change it, it's easy, and I told him that they don't do wheel alignment work you soppose to. And he liked to his co-worker that's a tall Arabic that changes tires that he did my wheel alignment on Tuesday and he'll have to charge me again when he had me pay in advance just to tell me he can't do the wheel alignment until I change my tie rods and Camber press kit

Had a flat and got an emergency replacement on a Monday for $45, just to hold me over until I could get to my shop on Weds and use my Road hazard warranty; Turns out there was a nail in the sidewall of TireKing s tire. I drove less than 10miles on it and it was not a new nail.They ve taken care of me a couple times in the past - didn t deliver this time.

Tire King is GREAT! They are very helpful, GREAT pricing on tires and fast/quality repair work. I've taken my work truck several times to have nails removed from the tires due to running over nails on the construction sites. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for new tires or repairs! THANK YOU TIRE KING!

The service was ok, but the price!!hummm was not the best price for 2 tires , for price comparison,, so I'll say this if your in a rush and everything is closed on a Saturday at 7pm and since they stay open at 8pm I guess that's where the mark up is ..

Do not recommend. Tire went flat so I pulled in for a used tire. Put the wrong tire size was put on, the lady at the register was told the total for the job ($40 total) by the guy and then I check my receipt and the description says "laser alignment" and the charge is $44 base plus tax totalling $47....so wrong tire size and overcharged.....save your money and time and continue to another shop...

They told me they had my tire then preceded to keep me waiting for about 15 mins. I saw them pointing and talking to each other about the wrong tire so I asked 'Do you have my tire?' He said 'No we don't but we'll just put a different size on and switch it to the back.' I let him know I didn't want that and to put MY tire back on so I guess the guy in charge came out to say they'll find my size and give me an extra $10 off. No thanks. I'd rather not do business with you because had I not said anything you would have given me what you wanted me to have and sent me on my way without saying a thing.

Sold me set of used tires one burst first day another in a week wouldn't replace them a third burst. Guy named Ali owner lied said he would replace them I get up there he has no recollection.

Please Please people, beware of this establishment, they know nothing about tires, I took my Mercedes for new rims, Owner Ali assured me the performance of my car would be the same....it was NOT, 1ST set of rims didn't fit, they put spacers on, that was a really bumpy ride, a month later after Ali said he would replace tires and rims, once they arrived, after they were put on, IT STILL DRIVES LIKE A JEEP. Please don't waste your time AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

Needed a tire replaced on February 6, 2015 so I found this place. Guy replaced the tire and 10 minutes later on my trip home my low tire pressure light came on. Stopped on the highway and the sidewall had a hole in it. Save yourself some time and go to a reputable shop. They obviously aren't professionals and do not care for your safety .

Beware they overcharge you especially if you use the 90-day payment option they offer. Price of tires jumped almost an extra 100 dollars. They have no respect for customers and to get 2 front tires took 2 hours. If you use their progressive leasing watch the price double by the time you are finished. Total scam . Total ripoff. And they know they are doing it. It's funny how everyone takes advantage of people. They are Muslim and the Quran speaks of honesty being a trait of a Muslim. What good is your prayers I'd you Don't act in the will of God in between you prayers.

I bought used tires there, that next week tire had a slow leak, went back to them, the guy that put tire on my rim , I asked if he would check tire pressure, he told me, No Comprenda, Well I asked the guy that was next to me, he said he speaks English, so I said I was told you speak English, besides that , you waited on me last week, he walked off from me speaking Spanish , so I asked that how you treat customers, I said I won't come back again, guy worked on tire told me he will put on another tire, I got home looked at tire, you know what he did, he had plugged the tire and put it back on my car, I had to buy another tire , I went somewhere else. DO NOT SHOP HERE, Rude, and liars!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had read all the reviews, My Car Shook More Also after I got to 60mp.

I have gotten a tire here 3 different times. Each time, after a day or two, I have to put air in the tire. I didn t realize the pattern until it happened the third time. I don t know if they are selling bad tires purposely, but I will not be getting tires from here anymore. It is a huge hassle to have to constantly air up tires that I literally just bought days before.

Alignment not done right at all both set of tires an rims an literally needed new back tires 2 months later or less went up there an bro was telling me I race to much when u can clearly see my left tire was completely gone smooth while the other had a bit of grip

Went here to purchase Tires Only they talked me into some rims that was too big for my car then did not want to exchange talked me into a lease program told me that my payments going to be one thing and they was twice as much. They tried to sell me used rims for the price of brand new rims. After I decided I did not want the rims nor the ties his attitude changed toward me. If you going to get a flat fix it's okay but other than that stay away from this place.

Staff was great! I am a single mother who feels a little uncomfortable going 2 Mom and Pop tire shops do to mistreatment in the pass, they made me feel very comfortable. #trustworthy
