Been coming here for my oil change and State inspection for 5 years now and I haven't had any problems with the service here. There is a pet cat here so that may be a concern for any one with allergic to cats! She is friendly and never attacks and keep to herself as many times as I've been here. I'm usually one of the first ones here and it's a quick in and out. It's does get packed pretty quickly so do expect to have 30 minutes or so when there a lot of customers.

I have been getting my oil changed and inspection done here ever since my first car. The service is always great, from the friendliness of the employees, to the speed, and the quality of work. They take the time to explain the issue with my car and how it could further affect it. At this point I don t feel comfortable taking my car anywhere else. I very much recommend this to anyone who needs fast a good services!

I was a customer for over three the only good thing I can say is fast service but bad customer service. They love to try to sell you things you don't need and didn't come for every visit. Latest visit came in for inspection about a year. Failed car due to so call 2 bad tires. I replaced all four tired less then eight months ago. They got my money for three years due to location only but after today I will not be returning.

Pedro made sure I understood all that was being done to my vehicle and was patient with me. He made sure my vehicle was safe and fully functional before I left. I have always came here for an oil change and this is one of the main reasons I return. The friendliness and atmosphere of family. Oh and the good prices :) Thank you Pedro for taking care of me a my vehicle.

This was my first time here and I was very satisfied. As soon as I pulled up they got me into a bay. The men were very friendly and funny at times. They were informative about my filters needing changed, showing me the difference between a clean and dirty oil and air filter. I definitely was not expecting to pay $140 for an oil change and 2 filters but I feel better just knowing my car is ready to hit the road. They offer alot more services than 10 minute oil changes and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I'm sure I will return again. Keep up the good work guys.

I was having this weird noise in the bottom of my car and I went here and they helped me it wasnt something that I needed to change but just a less than 5 min thing and after that my car was back to normal I am happy they helped me with this problem because once my car was on and I was near my neighborhood neighbors will know it was me coming now they dont hear me but anyways thank you guys for helping me out I really appreciate the help

Came here for an oil change and Pedro was very kind and helpful. They even checked other things to make sure my car was in a good condition. Left satisfied and feeling welcomed!

My go to place for car services, oil, air filters, wind wipers etc for the past 4 years. Even other more complex services they will do it so long as they have the tools and material to do it. Pedro was really helpful on my most recent visit, really inspecting my truck to the fullest when coming for an oil change. They dont just try to sell you things to sell but because they really notice things up with your vehicle. Anyways will keep coming here so long as im in the area!

I came in with a very nasty oil leak. They not only changed my oil, but corrected the leak issue and cleaned up the mess. Hats off to Pedro and his crew. Thank you for sending me off with piece of mind.

Rude and unprofessionalAttempt to cheat me by using old recycled oil and when I pointed it out guy just walked awayNot to mention price is just as high as the dealership so you might as well let the pros do NOT THE JUNK YARD MAN

They aren t the friendliest, wouldn t help me when all i needed was air for a tire. Told me they were only accepting cash and i know it s not true. I won t spend any more money with these guys ever again

Do not take your car to this place! I got my brakes done here. While leaving the place my Anti-Brake Light began coming on and off. When I brought it back just to inquire if they could check it they wanted to charge me 49.00 for diagnostic fee. This place does not care about it's customers and their work reflects this. I will never do business here again!

My services was not satisfactory. They make it a point to try and sale you something that you did not come up there for. I go for a inspection and they did not pass it because he said one tire was bad and then try to sell me a used tire to put on my vehicle. If I need to get tires soon tell me that. Do not, not pass an inspection to sell me another used tire.

I had my oil changed at this location and was told by Miguel that I had to ask to use their restroom. Please take note that I spent a total of $113.62, which is expensive for an oil change. But to be told I couldn't use the only working rest room was a total shock. I used their rest room anyway and asked to speak with the manager and was told he's not available. I have used this location in the past for all of my vehicles, but after this non customer service experience, I will never come back here. If I could give less than one star, I would. Use this location at your own risk. I wish Miguel would have stepped to me before they started working on my vehicle, and I promise I would have spent my money somewhere else! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PLACE. I DON'T TRUST THEY EVEN CHANGED THE OIL. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don't take my word. Just read all the reviews.

They don't honor the 29.99 oil change price. They will tell you it's 129.99... if you ask to speak to a manager you will plan on be told there is not one on duty.

I felt extremely taken advantage of.1. Pressured me to pay without telling me what is wrong.2. Lack of customer service skills3. Lack of empathy4. Wanted to charge $200 for one shock.5. While I was there, another lady wanted an inspection they told her that her car s computer was working. She went to another shop and found out that they LIED to herPlease don t take your vehicle to them. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
