I ve used Whitakers Auto Body & Paint twice now. Both times they have left my truck looking new again. All panels were carefully aligned with a level of quality that has held up over the years! After a week of having my vehicle, Larry Whitaker himself called to make sure I was still satisfied with the work they performed! Thanks to Michael Torres for the amazing work!!!

Whitakers did such a great job on my vehicle. They were way faster than expected, the work was flawless and they even detailed my car after they finished the body work. Amazing service, I am very happy with the experience. Excellent shop!

Second repair of our front end bumper by Whitakers Auto Body and Paint...outstanding job just like the first repair. Our car looks like brand new. Whitakers is great at scheduling the repair and completing the work on time. Our car was clean as new inside and out when we picked it up. Our daughter had her car repaired at Whitakers before we knew about them a few years back. Staff is friendly as can be. We highly recommend Whitakers for any body repairs.

After getting several estimates for a bumper repair, we decided to go with Whitaker's. It was a great decision. They were less than the others, were faster to get us in and were very helpful all along the way.Shop around, but make sure you get an estimate from Whitaker's. You will be glad you did.

I used Whitacker s to do repairs on my car. They were prompt in scheduling an estimate and got me in for repairs within days! They worked well with the insurance company, accepted the insurance amount, and did an outstanding job. Perfect match on color and the fit and finish was flawless. It was a totally stress free experience. I wouldn t go anywhere else for body work.

Whitakers did a beautiful job restoring my Lexus RX350 bumper to like-new condition in the time frame they estimated. They worked with the other owner s insurance company, and facilitated my rental car arrangement. Would definitely bring my baby back to them just hope I don t have to!

Whitakers Auto Body & Paint did an amazing job of handling a recent repair on my Lexus. Within a week of contacting them, the part was ordered and my vehicle was repaired like new! I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service, from check-in to check-out. They got me in much quicker than my insurance company's preferred provider would have and they did excellent work - my car looks brand new. Friendly and competent staff kept us updated the whole time.

Best automotive collision repair experience!! Jose worked with me on a non-insurance repair and was able to repair the damage above my expectations. So impressed with Whitakers! I damaged my side mirror backing out of the garage and they not only salvaged what they could of the mirror, saving me $200, but they also got the work done 2 days earlier than estimated and I think they even washed my car for me, it was a lot cleaner looking when I got it back! 10/10 recommend.

I clipped a post at a gas station and wiped out the side of my truck. I was referred to Whitakers Auto Body and Paint. The work they did was amazing! I was super impressed with not only their work but how professional and helpful they were. They went above and beyond to keep me posted as to what they were fixing on my car. About two weeks after I got my truck back, I got a follow up call from the owner himself making sure that I was satisfied with the job they did. I told them I couldn't be happier. My truck is my baby and they fixed her perfectly. The truck looked almost brand new when I went to pick it up. I highly recommend using them if you have any body work that needs repair. If anything should ever happen to my truck again I will definitely be coming to this place. Five stars all the way. Here is a pic below to show what a wonderful job they did!!!

Owner refused to stand behind his work. Arrogant and pompous.If you are senior or female do not use them.Owner stated go ahead and take me to court as I will destroy you.

This is the second time we have used Whitakers. The first time was flawless and they did a great job. This time, not so much.First off when they reinstalled the bumper, it was not aligned/attached correctly. We noticed it when we went to pick it up. No QA prior to calling us? Second, they removed the PPF from another portion of the vehicle and told us that they did not. When I reiterated that the entire front of the vehicle had PPF they called me a liar and said they did not remove. Why would we only do a portion of the front bumper/fascia? I told them I could prove to them the area had PPF and they said they didn't care and that they did not remove. While mistakes happen, I am more upset that they called me a liar vs. stating they made a mistake and would fix it.

We ve been residents in the Lake Travis area well over a decade. Unfortunately, my family has had our share of fender benders/hail damage/deer run-ins and Whitaker s has been the right choice to take care of our car repairs. I like the professionalism of the crew and their cost transparency. Most importantly, I m satisfied with their quality work and follow up.An extra bonus ..the Enterprise car rental is close by and you can drop off the rental at Whitaker s! I appreciate the superior quality service I received at Whitakers Auto Body & Paint. I have used them on 2 separate occasions and they were consistently excellent both times. These guys are professionals who work quickly and do the work correctly. I appreciate their eye for the little details too. The customer service is very professional as well. Jose is extremely knowledgeable and congenial. He was on top of the project from start to finish and consistently kept me informed. Having to have your vehicles repaired after an accident is never desirable, but Whitakers made the process smooth and worry free. Thanks to Larry and his terrific staff.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
