Straight up. These guys turned an extremely bad day into a good one. We towed our car to this location after breaking down and ended up with a long list of fixes. They explained the "why" behind everything, and even told us which fixes could wait to spare our pocketbooks. Two weeks later, our car broke down again. I took it back, and these folks immediately helped me out. They took care of our vehicle at a more than fair price with care and compassion. They were incredibly kind and I can't tell you how appreciative I am of Brian and his team. 100% recommend and will continue going back. They are kind, respectful, and informative.Today's life lesson: just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean someone can't turn it around. Christian Brothers Lakeway for life.

I came to Christian Brothers with concerns about my brakes and they found several other issues with my 6 year old car that needed to be addressed. Although I wasn't happy to have so much work that needed done, I acknowledged the need for the work. I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service and personal attention. They were quick and thorough and my car is driving so much better. I feel more confident on the road and will be using Christian Brothers for all my repairs and inspections in the future.

Cant say enough good things . I got a terrible puncture in my motorcycle rear tire today and luckily they were the next turning . They got me fixed up in minutes and didnt even charge me as they were more concerned that i was safe and could get home . The manager was super nice and the the tech (who is also a rider) was fantastic and wasted no time in getting me in the road . Thanks chaps . There are still good people in this world .

Being the first time I took my vehicle for a complete under hood and under carriage inspection at Christian Brothers Automotive - Lakeway TX. I am very impressed with the detailed process that the master mechanics did on my vehicle. Outlined all safety repairs needed, and recommendations. They are very helpful also with providing a free shuttle service as well. This auto service location is worthwhile for repeat business.

The service start to completion was excellent! They were able to come pick up and drop off my van, which was a huge help having three little ones at home. They text you easy links while your vehicle is being serviced with updates about your car which was awesome. And every single person I connected with was friendly and kind. Yes, I highly recommend servicing your car at Christian Brothers Automotive!

We have brought our cars to the Lakeway Christian Brothers for 4 years now and have been super happy with the service we have received, every time. Have never had an issue. They are very ethical and have never suggested unnecessary work. And as a bonus, they are very friendly! Great service all the way around!

Excellent custom service, and great service on my vehicle in an efficient amount of time! They aim to please and get the job done. So nice to have them so close to home and know they do have a shuttle if needed. Will be using Christian Brothers for all my service on my car!

These guys have it figured out. Friendly service by knowledgeable staff and the convenience of seeing photos and descriptions of the recommended repairs via text!They did a great job of evaluating the entire car and making recommendations without being pushy about the upsell.It was also nice that the required work was done very quickly (same day). They even offered shuttle service to take the edge off of pick up and drop off.I am surprised that more repair shops aren't copying their processes. I will definitely be coming back!

I've been a loyal customer since my first visit. The team is great - courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their approach is always professional. They do a thorough inspection and diagnosis before they do any work, and they document everything along the way in writing and photos. Dead battery. Lives under passenger seat! Not an easy do-it-yourself fix. The new regime at Lakeway CBA location is even more responsive, thorough and pleasantly communicative than with previous crew. Painless & expedient results. Always love the shuttle convenience too!

They kept in touch with me via text and they have a shuttle to take me home and pick me up! Super convenient! I ve never been to a non-dealer shop that will give rides home and back. Their warranty is 3 years and 36 months which ever comes LAST! I was very impressed with all of the information they gave me concerning the repairs and upcoming maintenance needed for my vehicle, so I have a clear understanding of what I need to be prepared for.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Great customer service, honest, fair, terrific communication, they stand behind their work, and do what they say! We used to take our cars to another local shop for years but when a big repair came up we got a 2nd opinion from Christian Brothers and glad we did! Saved thousands, got better service, and a better warranty!

Christian Brothers has been where I ve brought my cars for the past 10 yrs. Always great customer service. Just moved to Bee Cave and the Lakeway team didn t disappoint! They took care of my car and answered all my questions putting my families needs first. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to find someone to trust with their cars.

Awesome, incredible, excellent beyond Five Star customer service!! This is without a doubt the best car repair experience I have ever had!(and I have had many!) The whole team treated me with such kindness and respect.They went above and beyond to make sure I was clear on the diagnostics and gave me options to consider. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured or not heard. It was obvious that they were not seeing me as a project but as a person that they cared about. The new owner and his team have created a culture that indicates they are committed to serving the Lakeway community for years to come. I highly recommend them to all!! I have been going to Christian brothers for 7 years for my car(s) service in 3 states total. They are always courteous, but since the ownership change at this location, the customer service has gone downhill. The owner doesnt have time to reach out to the customer after several calls to address a request and the front staff can only relay the information- without understanding what the issue is. As a bonus, they have also hiked up the prices. Sorry, wont be returning to this location.

Such a pleasant experience. I took my Kia Carnival in for an oil change, first time doing it outside of Kia. Easily made an appointment online for next day. Took them less than 45 minutes to have the service complete. They quickly realized my Kia did not like their nicer non-factory filter:/A situation that could ve become very frustrating was handle with such grace. They instantly took full responsibility and said they have a Kia filter on its way. I was offered a ride in there shuttle home. I was worried the car wouldn t be done by the time I needed to pick my kids up from school. I was reassured that if they were running behind the shuttle would be at my disposal so I could pickup my kids. They had the car ready just in time and delivered it to me to save time. Thank you for taking such good care of me. More companies should have such wonderful standards.

I have been to many CBA's and this one BY FAR had the best customer service from the time I walked in to the time they dropped my car off at my house. Extremely friendly staff, affordable prices, and timely with their service.

Christian Brothers has their act together!From the on time check in, stellar customer service, master auto mechanic who describes all work, competitive prices, 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty (whichever occurs first), to their personal friendly company shuttle service to and from home, they can t be beat!Refreshing to have 5 Star auto service right here in Lakeway!

This was the first time I had gone there and it was for the 30,000 mile check up. I especially appreciated the itemized printout of the results of all the checks run, and also the shuttle service so I could get some work done at home while waiting. The service was great and the communication also.

Do not recommend unless you want to overpay for general services and be deceived on actual services your vehicle needs.They charged $160 to have the check engine code scanned, which is a basic service and this device is only $20 on Amazon.Not to mention, Sun Auto offers free engine code diagnostics right next door.After this I was told my engine oil needed to be replaced. However, CBA changed my engine oil with full synthetic and only put the next change 3,000 miles out. When in reality full synthetic oil lasts beyond 6,000 miles.A money grab for basic services.

Had the timing chain and rack and pinion replaced on my Honda with just a 2 day turn around. The 3 year warranty can t be beat. They also delivered my vehicle to my house when it was done!
