Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped me diagnose a radiator leak and gave great advice on how to DIY repair the issue. Ordered the part and it came promptly. I will be coming back here for all of my vehicles as long as I live in Austin. Thanks guys!

Discovered this store after my gas cap failed an inspection, minutes later I found one here. A week later a wheel stud broke during a rotation and they had one delivered to the store within hours. Awesome to have this establishment close by, with a cool staff.

I didn t have a receipt for my battery replacement and, after a lots of searching, they were able to locate it for me and replaced my battery under warranty. Great service!

I bought new wipers for my daughter's Volvo. I tried to put them on but no luck the gentleman behind the counter actually came out and put them on for me. These guys and service are awsome!

A real deal parts house with OEM parts like Motorcraft and AC/DELCO.Update Sept. 2023:I've just read through some of the reviews here and beg to differ with those that state that A line is pricey. I just purchased a starter for my 89 Chevy Cheyenne here and although it was not on hand when I called at around 11:30 am, I was able to pick it up at 3 the same day as promised and it was $10-20 less than what was offered by the competition.TRADE HERE!

Bought a replacement battery from these guys. Ken was very helpful, as was his partner at the counter. They let me use their tools to replace my old battery in the parking lot. When I took the tools back in with the core, before I could even ask Ken told me I was welcome to use the sink to wash my hands and clean up. Great customer focus and customer service!

Nice guys - rip off part price. Was told on the phone they had a 14.00 headlight for my car. Not sure why I was told this - I had given them the make model and year of my vehicle over the phone. Got there, a guy came out, saw my headlight, and said "You need a such and such headlight (can't remember the name)" . Go back in, he looks it up - it's about 85.00. What? He told "our pricing is good for this part". Dumb me bought the light (over 90.00! after taxes). Get home, look it up online - so much cheaper for the same light! Ebay, Amazon - all cheaper than this place - some starting at 28.00!! People - don't be dumb like me. Always look up your part online FIRST - it will almost always be cheaper to buy online. I was totally ripped off here.

This place is 2 min from our house, so we went there to save time as we were working for the 1st time on my car for replacing a wheel bearing and it was taking forever. The ratchet set we got here was more expensive than a better quality one with lifetime warranty from Autozone. We were shocked to see the difference, we stopped going here after that.

Great. Nathan helped me order a 14 mm thin wall socket to get the spark plugs out of my Honda Civic. I have already tried to buy 2 online but they mailed me the wrong ones.

Walked in for a car battery and the employee behind the counter (wish i remembered his name!) walked out to my truck to make sure he sold me the right one. Great service. Highly recommended.

PATRONIZINGMy husband sent me to this location to get Freon for my car. I am somewhat familiar with car parts and I selected what I thought we needed. Turns out, we needed a canister with the gauge. My husband went back to the store today to exchange it for the proper one and the employee said something to the effect of "women don't know enough and can be lost in places like this, I don't know why she didn't get the one with the gauge". First, why are you insulting me to my husband. Second, if you knew at the time I selected the wrong one, why didn't you tell me? If I'm too "dumb" wouldn't you want to educate me so I'm more likely to come back? We will never use this place ever again.

Small shop but they had exactly what I wanted. Its a little hard to see from the road and not an easy left turn on a curve in the road. Staff seems nice and no nonsense. My kind of people. I will return

My go-to parts store. The guys in there are really friendly and helpful. If they don't have what I am looking for, they can usually have it there the next morning, sometimes that afternoon. They sure have saved me running around town a few times.

It's okay. My only real issue is that their prices seem to be consistently higher than most other auto parts stores. I go as a matter of convenience since they are on beaten path.

Reviewing on Jan 26, 2021...posted hours are incorrect. They close at 5:30 weekdays. Google and their storefront say 6 but they waved me off at 5:45.

I went in to get an oil filter. I went home to change the oil - drained it, took off the old filter to find they gave me the wrong one. I am not going back to a place that cannot do such a simple task.

The man said he might or might not have the part I needed..it was a fuse. It was pouring rain he said take it out of ur car & bring it in or take it to a shop..it's a FUSE !!!!!
