First time renting a U-Haul and got pushed to a run down bldg that looked shady to get the trailer. If you rent out trailers they need to be at your location . Now have to look for a trailer to rent. My suggestion to everyone is NEVER rent a U-Haul from here. Glad I will never have to deal with them again!! If I could put a zero I would have....

Quick and easy for inspection. Was out in ~20 minutes even though the place was very busy.

Straight forward, reasonable and speedy service. I have trusted 3 different vehicles in their care over the years and have never felt they were taking to long or that I was being overcharged. A great thing about FSB is they let you bring you own parts (without warranty) which is great!

I visited this business after being recommended by the owner of another local business that I frequent in the area . I have an extended history of mechanic shops covering the many years that I ve owned domestic and foreign vehicles. My biggest challenge has been locating an honest and trustworthy business to patronize . My first visit at this shop I was so impressed with how thorough and customer service oriented Boana on the service desk is . No matter how large are small the task- she offers a complete evaluation-followed up by a quote and quality repairs . She is wonderful in also making recommendations to best suit the client and her level of knowledge is amazing . I have found my MECHANIC for life !!!!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have complete faith in the work they do. We have been going there for years. It is rare that you can find talented mechanics that are honest. They definitely are that. No I am not related, just know that they are on my side. They are so good they are on my pecan list.

From outside the area and picked the place because of the reviews on Google. They diagnosed and repaired my A/C in a timely and professional manner. Pricing was reasonable. My only negative observation is that it was hard to tell if they were open or closed from the road as it looked to be an overflow lot. Whenever I am in the area and need something worked on, will definitely re-visit.Service: A/C installation & repair

This lady was the biggest help in poor moving "adventure". Or misadventure as it started out. Movers we'd contacted didn't show. FSB gave us the name of another who worked out great! Also, FSB furnished rental blankets and a trailer as our moving needs continued to expand. Very pleased with the friendly, professional service!

I called FSB today at 215 knowing they closed at 3 and asked if they were able to do a inspection today and they said yes come on in. I got there at 230 and was leaving within 10 minutes. Very fast and courteous service. This is the second time I have been there and the first time was just as good as the second. I would recommend this place.

Update: I've gone over 15,000 miles since repair without any issuesIt looks like the 6 recent negative reviews are from a group of people that know each other and are trying to ruin a business's reputation. Their only two reviews are for here and Dennys lol. It's not even about the car shop. Don't let that influence you.I had a great experience here. I moved here in January and needed to find a local car mechanic. My evaporator core in my car had a pretty big leak during the middle of summer. while all of the other shops were booked for at least a week, FSB took me in the next day. Changing out the evaporator core is a pretty labor-intensive job, but they had it changed out as well as the heater core, and a new cabin air filter in 2 days. They didn't charge for any extra labor. Everything combined was still less than half of what the Toyota dealers would have charged. On top of this, I didn't have a ride to get to and from the shop. They went out of their way and offered to pick me up and drop me off while my car was in the shop. Since then, I've got about 4,000 miles with no issues. I still have 8000 miles left under warranty, if a problem does arise.

My family has been taking our vehicles here for over 8 years and they have always produced quality work, provided excellent customer service, and work with us for a fair price. I will say that they do go above and beyond to help their clients.We will continue to take our vehicles here.

Honest loyal and reasonably priced. I take all my vehicles here. I would reccomend them to anyone. Bona is very friendly and honest. If she gets an attitude it's because you gave her one first. I know Bona she is nice but she does not tolerate rudeness. So, if she is rude then you gave her a reason. This business is run by a family of good hard working people

Boana and her husband are uneducated and don t know how to talk and treat the customer. I would suggest everybody that if somebody is looking for a nice, reliable and clean house without any problem please do not go through them, go through a professional real estate. There house are old and have many problems.We gave her the deposit and ever money she was asking for we gave her, the day before we were gonna move there, we called her for the check list and we came waited for 2 hours , when she arrived we went in and all the things were still not fixed and it s like real plumbing problems. We started showing her she got mad turned off the lights and told us to go away and we will do it tommrow. Started disrespecting my family and then left. We have seen there houses they are old and have some real problem which they are not willing to fix but are asking for way extra money.

Great place. Within a matter of hours they figured out what was wrong with my van that 3 previous mechanics couldn't figure out and actually had charged me for. WOW! Go here they are GREAT!

I took my car here years ago to have the AC fixed and they fixed it for a fraction of the price that dealer was going to charge us. So we decided to use them for all our auto needs. Well I took my element in to have the brakes done and they didn't do them right. A month later my fans and signal went out so I got this fixed. Then a few weeks later my started went out by then my brakes were showing signs of not being done right so they said they would redo them and of course they wanted to do the started but I didn't want them touching my car after having something break in it every month after being in their shop. Well now it's 3 months down the road and my brakes are squealing. So now I am going to take it somewhere else and pay for a service I just paid for from FSB. Do not trust them. They seem nice but their work is shoddy. I am not sure if they are the type of people that would ruin something in our car to have you to keep coming back to get it fixed but I felt it was suspicious to have all that stuff break in my car month after month.

Excellent customer service. I've taken my truck to this facility many of times. I've never had a problem, their prices are very reasonable compared to other mechanics in the area. I recommend this mechanic shop and its service

In regards to Uhaul services: Placed my pick up time for 6:00am, arrived at 5:45am to check in and give 24/7 pick up a try. FSB Auto Shop isn't open until 8:30am and the "location services" is undetermined for contactless pick up. Now my move is 2 hours behind because Uhaul gave to option to pick up at an earlier time which isn't even available. What a joke, I do not reccomend using Uhaul services at this establishment.

Worst place ever. Very rude, said one price and charged me totally different. They want to sit there and argue and tell you that everything is wrong with your vehicle. $250 for a $25 exhaust tip. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
