Of all of the auto repair or service interactions that I have had in years of driving, NONE have been better that my experience with Crash Collision Repair in Lago Vista. Hail storm beat the truck up pretty badly and I brought it to them for repair. Estimate was very competitive. Repair was great. People were exceptional. Actual cost was dead on the estimate (actually just a bit less). Follow up was outstanding. My body work list now has only one entry - Crash Collision Repair.

I can't recommend Crash Collision enough. After my car was keyed they were so amazing in helping me navigate the process of insurance claims and were able to get me in promptly to get the damage repaired. They communicated with me all week during the repair and made this inconvenient event so much more bearable.

Crash Collision Repair did an excellent job fixing up my Jaguar F-Type R after it was hit into. They were extremely friendly and courteous the entire time, and was completed very fast!

Lago Vista is so fortunate to have in the city crash collision. They did an excellent job on my Toyota Tundra after I did something stupid in it. Will always use these people so nice and up front about everything.

I had Kevin repaint my rocker panels on my Camaro and they came out fine. I had Kevin repaint my bumper on my Camaro and it came out bad. I didn't notice anything at his shop, but when I got it home and looked at it close I noticed tiny specks everywhere. Upon closer inspection these specks turned out to be tiny gas bubbles trapped in the paint and they were everywhere. Paint was ruined. Waste of 500, I had to go to a different body shop, buy a completely new bumper.

We broke the back window on our tundra and the shop our insurance company wanted us to use was 3 weeks out just for estimate! So I called Kevin at crash collision here in Lago. He informed me their shop doesn't do glass but he has a shop he works with Josh Salazar from glass X, sorry if I spelled that incorrectly. From the time we first spoke to job done was only eight days! Josh did awesome job! So happy with the service,friendliness, and easy of process. Matter of fact so happy we went back two days later to ask Kevin to fix trunk latch!Service: Body & Trim

Kevin worked overtime to fix my car after a collision, kept in constant contact with me via phone on any updates to my car. I had an A/C runoff that I thought might be related (ended up being a factory issue) and Kevin took a look at it again to try to find the issue at no cost. Transparent business practices, and an honest opinion without trying to up-sell me. Rare that you can find a mechanic you trust, I'll drive the 20 minutes out to Lago Vista any day.

These guys are the best! They are honest, affordable, have repairs done in a timely manner and really care about the work they put in on your vehicle. I dont live in Lago but I will definitely be bringing my car for any further repairs and will be telling everyone about this shop.

No worries here! They took care of Betsy (F150 Lariat) in lickity split time and repairs were done at a reasonable rate that didn't empty my pocketbook. Betsy is back on the road, and I'm smiling again! Thanks for taking care of me and my sweet Betsy.

I accidentally took the front bumper off my car and Kevin took me in immediately and reattached it for me. This was so helpful as I had afternoon appointments to get to. I am so grateful for Crash Collision.
