One of the techs who drove my car doing an inspection was so aggressive with speeding up and slamming on the brakes I said, what the hell were you trying to do? Give me a heart attack? After the inspection, I was informed by the manager because I said that, I wasn t ever allowed to come back!! That was fine by me!! The place down the road a little bit is better and cheaper! I will never go back to Lube Works and I tell everyone I know to boycott them.That place needs a new manager!

Used to like this place. Since COVID, they've gone downhill, like many businesses. Went there last week for an oil change. Got there just before they were supposed to open. Sat there for 15 minutes until I realized they weren't going to open. Found out they decided to close on Saturdays. Aside from the stupidity of an auto shop closing on a Saturday, they didn't update the closure online.

Went in for an oil change and got in line behind another car in front of the bay. Was motioned by one of the staff to move and park on the left. Did that and waited in the car. They then proceed to put 3 other cars that came after me in line for oil changes without even asking what I came there for. That's simply beyond ridiculous!Left, went to another location and got done in 20 mins.

Came here on a recommendation from Foster at OReileys Auto Parts. The staff is hard-working, friendly, and courteous. I have to give extra credit to the manager, Doug. A great crew is a reflection of a great manager. All my fluids were checked and topped off and my inspection was thorough and professionally done. Worth the trip if you live in the city to get awesome service.

These guys are a bunch of crooks. Do not have your inspection done by them! They will fail for no good reason and still charge you. I will be contacting the state about this.

I used this place for so many years I can't remember when we started. They had a great and friendly crew. Something has changed lately and It was noticed by several customers waiting. The "Assistant Manager" will drive off many customers with his attitude. I asked for Mobil One oil (it is a Mobil One branded oil change location after all). When the attendant started stacking quarts in front of my car I noticed it was not Mobil One so I asked about it. The Asst Mgr said don't worry about it as the oil was just as good. When I said I had asked for Mobile One, he became belligerent and got in my face. I then went inside to speak with the so-called Mgr with my concern about the oil and the unprofessional behavior of his Asst. He said it was a whole new crew he'd hired after firing all the old guys. He said he appreciated his new Asst for being "aggressive". Wow what an attitude! I won't ever bring any of my 5 cars back to this place. I assume a new owner is in place with a whole new crew. Well, you'll never get another penny of my money at Lube Works. I pride my self and go out of my way to buy "local' even it costs a little more, but in this instance I'll take my oil change business elsewhereService: Oil change

In & out for a vehicle inspection! Weird that this is the ONLY place I ve ever gone for an inspection where they actually drive the vehicle twice through one of the bays

Super nice guys working there! Manager is great and helpful! I've been using them for a long time now and usually wait 5-10 min max. Love how fast they are and how they don't try to sell me something everytime or tell me my vehicle needs something. Will use them for my oil changes. . I arrived with 2 cars in front of me. They opened promptly at 8. I got an oil change and inspection and drove off at 8:20. While there, each and every employee greeted and spoke to me with friendliness and professionalism. They will continue to have my business, and thanks for a job well done on a freezing day.

Besides oil changes, I get my annual Texas vehicle inspection there also. No hassles, they quick about getting you in and out. Have been going there 10 plus years with no issues. Being a small town, never wait long for service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Not cool... supervisor just told kid to work off the clock. 'I told you to do xyz before you went to lunch. Now you can eat while you write up the ticket"... pretty sure that is illegal.... service was good but the goatee wearing, bullying guy is unacceptable....Also, praise in public; reprimand in private.... so embarrassed for that young man. I've been there.Clerk misspelled my name even though it's on the insurance card....I knew I should just go to the dealership.Then, goatee man got nasty with me. He asked for my insurance card. The boy says the insurance expiration and I thought that was all goatee man needed so I didn't respond. He says, ' and ma'am I WAS talking to YOU. Do you have the card?"Of course I did... then he complained about how they should only accept paper cards and he couldn't trust what the boy said because he had already messed up. I said he could make it the store policy to require paper cards and I checked online before I came for just such a requirement. After I told him he needed to stop bullying and 'tone it down.' He told me I could get my inspections elsewhere from now on.... I suppose I will.As I was leaving the parking lot, goatee man was yelling and gesticulating.. I rolled down my window to see if something was forgotten. He just yelled, "have a nice day." I said thank you and went onUgh...

Terrible customer service. Was told they don t use motor craft when talking to the manager they carry motor craft. Then when trying to figure out what oil to use he makes a ridiculous remark. I would definitely take my business elsewhere

Just pulled up with a car full of kids to get an oil change. We were allowed to hang out in the car (any parent out there knows how difficult getting kids in and out of the car can be, especially if it s only for a ten minute stop). Everyone working there was super friendly and the speed at which they worked was incredibly quick. Go to them for all your light car maintenance needs!Service: Oil change

Our family comes to Lube Works for our vehicle services and inspections and we have never had anything less than a stellar experience. The service is fast and professional. They make getting an oil change a breeze and they get you back on the road with a smile. Much better than the big chain competition. Great service!

This place has always been the best to my vehicles. I will travel out of my way to get my oil changes and inspections here. The girls in the office aren't always the nicest as they always change but the guys out there are great
