Thank you so much. I really appreciate the prompt response and repair services , and very reasonable price of repairs provided byME AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP. KYLE , TX.I didn t have to wait several days or weeks for an appointment , even tho I sent the message describing the issues with my car after hours on the weekend and requested an appointment, I was notified promptly on a Sunday, that an appointment would be arranged during business hours, & early Monday morning , I was appointed the day that was available for service. Keep up the Excellent customer service.I already recommended them to my family members and friends.

We have been using ME auto repair in Kyle for years now.We had to have a water pump replaced in our Ford flex.I called around several shops in Kyle their prices were the same or more expensive. Having used ME auto for so long I know they do great work and they get your car back to you in a timely manner.Highly recommend ME auto

Top notch all the way..... I like that they catch things before something else happens instead of just taking your money. If you didn't know that something was wrong with your car you will find out at this place. Please keep on doing great work, because the people will always come back. I have seen this business several times on my way home. I stopped today for a vehicle inspection. You could not find friendlier folks anywhere! The service was great. They have made a new customer.

Took about 45 minutes to do an oil change and recommended I come back in 1,500 miles. My car is year 2022, 14,000 miles, and it is common sense to wait at least 5,000 miles before you get another oil change with synthetic oil. I saw it as a way to make another quick buck off a young woman. Would not recommend.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been taking my vehicles, my children s vehicles to M&E Automotive for many, many years- ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST- being a woman- the technicians always explain the systems- the logic behind what is happening with the vehicle- and repairs needed- courtesy and knowledge guiding me through - what at times - feels like a huge obstacle to overcome- yet- each time- vehicle is repaired- I am more informed of routine maintenance that I need to be doing on my end- to keep my vehicle running efficiently and safely- that kind of service is hard to find and with the cost of parts on the rise- I am satisfied with the service I receive- the technicians go beyond any other shop I have encountered- thank you for what you all do - keeping our vehicles on the road!! The exemplary service that is continually provided!!! Cheers!! Yet again- starter issues- the shop handled the warranty end of the part- repaired it in hours- and my son can return to work- ME is always professional, honest- and informative!! Moved to the area not too long ago and have been looking for a place to get my car serviced. Being a woman walking into a car space, it s important to me to feel comfortable and have a place I can trust. If those things are important to you to, then you ve come to the right place!I ve gotten my car inspected and also had an oil change here - all these services were very easy to schedule with reasonable prices that I feel good about. These guys were great! They installed my new Magnaflow exhaust on my truck and went the extra mile to make sure it looked and sounded great. They even did a drive by so I could hear how it sounds! I can't recommend these guys enough. They were also very fair on their pricing.

Fast, friendly, AND local. Shop cat was cute, and they offered a military discount.My girlfriend and I are going on a beach vacation this weekend so a check up was a must. We can travel with the peace of mind and safety with a fresh oil change, tire rotations, and correct air pressure!The 'other' place we stopped by this morning was a 30 min wait just to be seen AND we had to stay with the car the entire time. No thanks.With ME we were able to pickup a few things from downtown Kyle and came back right as they finished up. This will be our go-to spot.

ME Automotive has serviced 3 of my vehicles since 2016 and they have always been able to get me scheduled within the week and does quality work with fair pricing. I visited this location in a hurry to have my car oil changed and to have inspection done on my car+motorcycle. The speed of service was great, the staff was very friendly and professional, the prices were very reasonable, and they have super friendly and adorable cats in the lobby! Dropped my car off after calling the day before. They diagnosed my car, fixed the issue, and let me know of a few things I need to change in the near future. They were incredibly friendly and helpful!! Also, very affordable!! If you need a car shop, don't overlook this one, they're great!

Took my Acura in because I had a few concerning codes pop up indicating my breaks where bad. Turns out it wasn't my breaks. My wheel baring was basically in the worse shape possible. Josh, fixed my car up and had it back to me the same day. Prices were very fair and Josh helped explain everything! Needed a place to get state inspection done and found ME automotive in a search. Blessing! They were quick, professional and helpful. They do so much more than inspections thankfully. I will be back. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. As a bonus to us animal lovers...they have the sweetest office cat that snuggled next to me and let me love in it the whole time.

I took my car to ME in Kyle and I had an amazing experience. I had to leave it for a couple of hours and didn t have a ride back home and they were so kind to give me a Lyft. Also Josh and Felipe were very helpful, friendly and caring. They take excellent care of your vehicle and the costumer serviste is 5 stars. It s the most clean shop I ever been.
