LADIES DO NOT GO HERE! In December of 2022 I had to get my spark plugs changed. Fast forward to April of 2024, good year auto service said they didn t even touch them. They took my $350 and ran.

My mother took her perfectly working car to get an inspection and right after it was handed back to her it would not start. My mom didn t even say a thing to the man before he said oh it s gonna be the battery for sure and handed her a business card saying he could replace it?!? How am I supposed to see this idk if they messed with anything but theirs no way a perfectly good car would just turn off one day to another.

I called and asked if he could change 22 inch tires. He said yes over the phone. When arrived he quoted me $20 per tire($60). I agreed to that price. After removing 2 of my wheels and while he's removing a bad tire from the wheel he then quotes me $35 per tire($105). I reluctantly agreed. At that point I didn't have much of a choice. After the job was completed he then tells me I will need to pay $10 a tire for the old tires to stay with him. Keep in mind we are surrounded by old tires that make walls for his business. I just wish he was upfront about the cost so I could have gone somewhere else. No complaints about the quality of work but if you have 22 inch wheels or bigger go somewhere else or pay a premium like I did. Also didn t seal my tire value on one tire. Now I have a flat tire!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! One of the mechanics told my dad his boss was trying to charge him $8k to change out a water pump on his truck and then came out saying he could do it for $3k on the side?! It was still too much when he first told us he could do the job for 800. Then when my dad decided not to move forward with repairs and asked for his truck back they returned it with missing screws and parts. I m glad he didn t give them anything and decided to go elsewhere. Sad to see how they ve gotten away with ripping innocent people off. DO NOT GO HERE!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

UPDATE: went to get my car inspected. Second time I've gone there for this service. Always super fast and only cost $7. Make sure you have cash because if you have to use a credit card you have to pay a minimum of $10.I have been to Reyes Auto three times now. The first two times for a tire repair. This time for a check engine light and inspection. Each time they provide service immediately and with a smile. I was nervous about taking it there for the check engine light but they did not scam me at all and told me it was just a quick fix that only cost me $45. They are very honest which is hard to find in mechanics. I definitely recommend them!

Will never go back extremely rude. Called on Friday at 4pm and asked if they did alignments. The man told me yes so I told him I was on my way, he said no because it was already to late I said I though you closed at 7 and said yes but it s still to late and try Monday. So I went on Monday and spoke to the older guy and said I m here for alignment, he started speaking Spanish to some employee and than told me we don t do alignment. So I told him I called on Friday and they told me you do and to come back on Monday. He than said oh okay, so he looked at my truck and said you will need new tires first so I asked him how much. He told me a price for used tires That where not even the right size. I told them I don t want used tires and that I came there for an alignment how much is just the alignment? He told me $200 and I told him that s okay but thank you and as he was storming off he said than you can just go to Firestone. He was extremely rude. And will not even be taking my vehicle for inspections there anymore.

Went in for a new set of tires. They stripped 2 of my lugnuts .. asked me to come back the next say since they couldn't get 1 old tire off to put new one on. They were closing. Dropped my car off very next day at 9 am. After 3 calls I go back at 5 pm to pick up my car. Was charged an additional 90 bucks for there mess up. They cut both lug nuts off and both studs. Replaced only 1. As well as damaged my rim. Now I am out more money my rim needs ro be replaced I need a new stud. Will never use or recommend them

I called ahead of showing up at the shop to make sure they had time for me. Quick to service my vehicle, knowledgeable, and will accommodate when possible. No frills and they don't try to up-sell but they do let you know of any issues you might want to get fixed in the future. Will definitely continue coming here for years to come. (Multiple times I've been serviced from: simple oil change, state inspection, to maintenence as well)

Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, the best part of coming here is that u don't feel out of place or unwanted,the treat u like family and are welcoming,if I could give a 10 star rating I would! They sold my 2 terrible tires, I was towed to them. And I dint really understand about what tire good and what not and trusted them. And then when I got to my mechanic who I trust he said that it was very bad tires and needed to be changed immediately, and just to be fair a double checked at 2 more tire shops and they said that those tires wasn t save to drive at all. And they charged me 70 per tire. Don t come here. You ll regret it.

Son in law shared the info on this place. Everything good.I've been going there for my vehicle inspections and have not been disappointed Wyeth their service. Cinco Estrellas!I asked the gent oil change price and surprisingly competitive if not better than my regular place. Gonna set up for oil changes here.I have been pleasantly received with professional courtesy as well as business professionalism.

Sold me tires they had to know was bad. A week into driving on them they started to deform. I take new tires back and they act like I was bothering them to replace my tires. No customer service. No help. Not a worry about selling me tires that could ve popped and caused an accident. Wouldn t recommend to my enemy.

J Reyes Auto LLC Body shop I had never heard of, but I will be back for sure. I needed to have my vehicle inspected to get my registration and I had went to 5 yes 5 different places earlier and either they didn't do them anymore, there guy was out sick, the guy doesn't work there anymore were what I was told. I was told that there was a place over by Science Hall Elementary School called Reyes Auto. So I looked them up to see if they were open and "YES!!!" they were. So I stopped by and was told that the lady will be right with me she's out doing a inspection. I waited for about 10min as she was completing her last inspection. I was a happy camper to come across this establishment. The young lady was very nice, very thorough and Professional. This was a diamond in the rough. I'm glad I went. Thank you so much.

I was told it was $7 charge for the inspection, but they charged me $10 when I paid. I didn't find out they had charged me more until I checked my account to balance. I was never told it was $10

I got a state inspection here and it was quick and easy. Most places just try to scam me out of new car pieces because I have an older car, but at this place they want what is best for you. I appreciate them so much and will 100% be returning. Thank you!

Terrible service. They took two days to replace lower balljoints, broke one of my lower control arms, didn t put a grease book on the lower joint. Beat my aftermarket upper control arm with a hammer as well as my king shocks. Put the lower shock bolt in backwards. Just garbage work. This place got my state inspection done quickly. I went to 4 other places on a Tuesday, and they were so busy (2 hour wait) or didn't have anyone doing inspections.
