Dalton is the only person I trust to work on my truck. He came out and replaced my injector on the same evening my truck went down. If you live Buda to San Marcos there is no better diesel mechanic.

22 hours away from home and had some truck issues, i called everyone on google listings and many stood me up with no call- no shows. After 7.5 hours I was fortunate enough to find Chandlers number. He took his time with me on the phone while I tried to explain the issues at hand. 30 minutes later he was on site and had his hands under the hood in minutes, he was personable and kept me inform every step of the way. ( he even let me hold the flash light.) After about 40 minutes he said he fixed the issue and it was time for a test drive. He hopped in the passenger seat and guided me through the busy city of Austin. It didn't require a lot of drive time to realize the issue was resolved. Thanks to Chandler for making a stressful situation much easier. He didn't have to pick up his phone to answer my ohio number, but he did and I'll be forever grateful. You run a great business and the city of Austin and surroundings are lucky to have you in their back yard.

Dalton was very helpful and knowledgeable about my DEF situation. My DEF pump system was faulty and he replaced the unit in 3 hours and cleared my codes. Truck is running with no issues. Started at 5:30 picked up by 9:pm. He is the first guy I met that turned a gas Expedition to a 4x4 diesel. And ran like a top!Thanks Dalton!

Dalton answered our call on Sunday morning to somewhat of a diesel emergency. He responded quickly and got us back on the road. His prices were very fair and his expertise is exceptional! Sunday morning, My teen and her friend were stuck 4 hours away from home due to a bad alternator. Dalton was a savior. Sunday evening emergency oil leak with our box truck and he was able to get us up and running in no time. Then went the extra mile to help us get our lift gate working again! Will never go to another diesel mechanic again. Best in town!

I am extremely happy with the level of service received from Chandler. He is a very knowledgeable individual when it comes to heavy duty diesel engines. I was stranded and he came and literally looked at the truck and found the issue immediately. I was back up and running in under an hour and made my drop on time. He is a very fair and honest guy and he will keep you laughing especially like me if you re completely stressed out he s more than a mechanic, lol he won t baby you trust that, but he is a easy fella to talk to I ll say that. By far the best diesel mechanic in the Kyle area. Quick to respond and came out in no time. Dalton was able to fix what another shopped messed up and got me back on the road in no time. He was even able to diagnose something else on my truck saving me from replacing my Cummins motor like I was I needed. I called and the VM said to text, so i did. He responded within a couple of hours saying he could change the fuel filters in my motorhome the next morning. That evening i txt him asking for an eta. he indicated he would be there early. The next morning at 9:00 I sent another txt asking for an eta? I never heard from him. I moved on to another mechanic in the area who was very willing to help me.

Dalton is very knowledgeable and very resourceful. He fixed my problem in less than an hour on a Sunday morning when no one else could. Other shops were either closed, not willing, or not able to do so in one day. Dalton secured the parts and gave me a permanent fix at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend Chandler's Diesel Repair to anyone with any type of vehicle.

I sent a message early on New Year's day explaining my situation which was crank no start. Im pretty capable when it comes to working on my own truck but I was stumped and couldn't afford a tow truck. He arrived at my location an hour or so after I messaged him and in less than an hour he had my truck running. He knowledgeably answered every question I had about my fuel system and his process of diagnosing the problem so that I could better understand my truck. This guy is definitely experienced. Aside from being a great mechanic he's also fair on price and mobile, so I saved a tow fee too. Will definitely call this guy again if my truck isn't happy.

They were fantastic. A bolt broke when I was changing my wheel stud and brakes out, and they were more than happy to take me on a Sunday evening. I had transmission issues with my semi truck. I took it to Kyrish international in South Austin were they told me the transmission clutch needed adjustment. Charged me about $600 bucks and sentme on my way just so I could drive almost home 20 miles away for the truck to be having the same issue. I called Chandler's Diesel Repair bc Kyrish would. Ot answer there phone. Chandler came out inspected and told me my transmission clutch was bad. He replaced it in two days in the parking lot like a boss. I highly recommend Chandler. Thank you.

Dalton was great! Called him on the SundaY of Labor Day weekend. Needed a part no other auto parts store had, he had it in stock and came to our rescue. Less than 10 mins after he arrived, he had us back on the road. Thanks Dalton, much appreciated.

Great service! I was broken down and he came right out to help me. I was hesitant at first because of his rates, $100 to show up and $50 an hour plus parts :\. But after all the time he spent working on it and fixing it the right way, it was totally worth it. He showed me what was wrong and why, asked me before he made any major repairs, and even gave me options with possible outcomes for each option. He was polite, clean and showed up right away. With his normal rates, I would have had to pay $400 in labor plus parts $200 ish and he only charged me $350 total . I couldn't believe it. I haven't had any more problems with my car, and I will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend using him. He's young, but extremely knowledgeable professional and surplisingly clean. Plus he gives a personal warranty on all parts and labor he performs or replaces. I don't normally write reviews, but he mentioned he was just starting his business, and trying to get his name out there, so I thought I would try to help him like he helped me.

I called Chandlers at 8:30pm on Monday night because my daughter s vehicle was making a strange noise. They called and kept me updated on when they would arrive. They immediately diagnosed that it was the front brakes that were the issue. They went into Austin from Buda, got parts, and promptly went to work on the vehicle. They gave me a price that was extremely reasonable. They words matched their actions and I would call and use them again without hesitation.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Mr. Chandler has done all and any work I needed done on my 2003 SUV. Chevy Z-71. From replacing the radiator, fan, quarter panel and hood (damaged from a front-end collision) to rebuilding and installing the transmission, wiring cluster, fan belt, wheel bearings, brakes, etc...when he gets on the job he takes care of business. He has gone above and beyond what I asked for. Thank you Mr. Chandler. I hope I don't have to call you for awhile but if I need a mechanic, I've got you on quick dial!

I had the pleasure of meeting Allie under unfortunate circumstances. I was traveling from Port O'Connor back to San Marcos. I hit a pot hole in Cuero and made it to Gonzales when my TPMS light came on so I stopped and put air in my tires. When I got to Lulling and Martindale it was instant replay, I had to get air again but in Martindale it was flat. I refilled the tire and made it to San Marcos. I stopped at Valero and their air pump was not working. Allie introduced herself to me and told me she worked for Chandlers. Allie asked me if I needed assistance which I did. She proceeded to change my tire. And also taught me at the same time. She was a joy to be around. I recommend anyone needing assistance to call Chandler's. Discount tire manager was so impressed when I told him about my ordeal that he is going to refer people who need road side assistance. Thank you Allie you were my Angel last night.
