Danny, Lonnie, Skyler, Richard.. you guys went above n beyond what you had to do to get my truck back on the road.. the suspension was in horrible shape when I brought it to you so it took a lil time but that s to be expected.. I will definitely return if needed and I will recommend y all to anyone.. not to forget the nice lady running the show in the office but I don t remember your name but you re awesome

Would give zero stars if I could! This place just wants your money!We brought our bus here. It is an old bus and not many places will work on it, so we explicitly asked if they would work on it (they were recommended by another shop that told us they didn't want to work on it). They said they would, and they said it would be $125 to hook it up to the computer for diagnostics. They did that and then said they would not do any work on the bus. They would not touch anything on the bus; my husband has to remove any coverings and is the only one who touched the vehicle at all other than the computer hook up.The shop then proceeded to charge us for the computer hook up PLUS AN HOUR OF LABOR. Absolutely no labor was done, and I believe they never intended to do any work. When I tried to dispute the charge, they said they do not usually work on these vehicles. How are you going to tell us you will work on our vehicle, do a diagnostic test, and then tell us you will not work on it and then charge us for LABOR THAT YOU REFUSED TO DO?Do not support this shop, they are grifters who prey on people in a tough spot!

I purchased an older model trailer 20ft long 10ft tall enclosed cargo trailer and I have been using it for about five months and I blew a hub. Got a good price on the trailer but after blowing that hub and getting stranded on the side of the road I felt the need to have the whole thing inspected top to bottom!! From start to finish from office to mechanic everyone was great! Communicating well with me the entire time and the trailer was only in for a few days. They fix the flooring that was coming up, they fix the door springs and cables, brand new coupler, brand new tires, replace all the old outdated brake lines and more. They did a very thorough job and I couldn t be happier from service to price the amount of work to get done that quick was amazing! Top-notch! I will be bringing my vehicles and trailers to them from now on and nobody else! Thanks again guys amazing work!!!Services: Tires, Gates, General repairs & modifications, General repairs, Brakes

Had a blowout 10 min before their closing time. They still took me in, gave me a few different options, and were fair with pricing. Even though it was after hours the entire staff were very nice and professional. I felt comfortable being there as I could tell it was a fair place to do business rather then a place that would take advantage of my circumstances.

This business really took care of my family while on the road. We called multiple places trying to get parts and a repair done for an older Airstream. We knew one shock was bad and had leaked hydraulic fluid so we decided to get them all replaced. The shocks are very specific Gabriel brand horizontal shocks. Apparently car shocks of the same size and weight specifications will suffice but that is hotly debated on multiple AirStream forums (vertical vs horizontal). We were able to buy them from another RV place (an authorized Airstream dealer) down the road and carry them with us until we could find someone else to complete the repair. The place we bought them from and many other places were booked up with repairs and had 2 weeks of other work at a minimum ahead of them. This is not ideal for a weeklong trip covering 3,000+ miles. Fortunately, AR & W fit us in and charged us reasonable price and got it taken care of in one day. We were able to continue or trip confidently. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Kudos to Allen Waddell and his team for some great repairs. I pulled in late Tuesday with several problems (wiring and trailer break issues) on a travel trailer. Richard Carter, their excellent diagnostician, figured it all out and worked until 8:00 PM to get me back on the road. I had to return the next day for another minor issue, and Richard figured out one of the tires was rubbing and got that fixed. Another great mechanic, Troy, helped out immensely, as well. I highly recommend this business for any trailer repairs.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

This place just a Rip off after when you saw your bill, Never go i never recommended this shop. Please call around and find a better and sincere people to repair or fix your truck or trailer. Just repair a trailer Excell spendal 6000 dollars plus 500 service call. even not touch the trailer during call.

Even though they were short staffed because of a couple of call-outs was still able to get in get fuel filters done and computer diagnostic to check out some of the other codes on the engine and not too expensive

Danny showed up in about 20 minutes after placing the request for roadside service. His work was excellent and very quick and he went above and beyond to figure out the source of the problem and fix that as well to prevent future issues.

Staff is nice but why not when charging $645.00 for 2 sets of brakes shoes to be changed... that's labor only.... Not to mention half day I missed on something should taken couple hours at most... said it took so long cause they checked slack adjusters, anyone that knows a little bit knows that takes seconds. Should of read past reviews.

Hired this company to do a full inspection on a truck that we wanted to purchase online. It was time sensitive because the truck was selling at a near by bid house. I was told by the manager that they do these type of inspections all the time. That they ll send someone out right away and I ll have it by days end. I specifically told the manager it needed to be done ASAP and Mecanic needed to go over EVERYTHING. Not only did I get the inspection sheet a day later but it was horrible. It seemed like the Mecanic went there, stood there for like 15 minutes and just left. Couldn t pin point details and wasn t able to explain the codes that came up in the computer. I was charged $495 for a service that didn t help me at all. We ended up not moving forward with the bid because the manager said she ll speak with the Mecanic and get me a better inspection sheet. Bid already ended and I m still waiting for her email. I should of did my research better before hiring this company. Quick to tell you what you want to hear just to take your business. Is expensive and they do half fast job.

Highly responsive, extremely polite and standby their work. Professionally, I've worked with many mechanics over the last half decade in my commercial business- the sad truth is that they will try to do less and charge more 10 times out of 10. Allen, Richard, Troy and Bobby never miss a phone call and always meet our deadlines. Wish it was easier to find mechanics with this level of service.

I took a large box truck to this company for liftgate repair. The repair itself should have taken maybe 1/2 hour to complete, but they charged me for FOUR hours of labor. The part was also higher priced than I was quoted, ($76 vs $50). They charged me for shipping on the part ($18, which should have been included in their price), plus an Amex credit card fee of 2% to boot!! I ended up paying $450 for something that, reasonably, should have taken much less time and money to fix. Granted, I chose to take it to a "professional" for the repairs, but I did not expect to be taken advantage of quite so egregiously. Never again!

Place is horrible. Dishonest , crooks would be soft approach to describe this shop. My Hub broke on the freeway of i-10. I came to them with hoping to get in and out. They tell me " we about to close" ... its 4pm!!.they close at 6. Richard the manager says " we cant get parts till monday " , i tell the guy i really gotta be home anything we can do ? No help from them i get on phone , I dropped my trailer flew 70-80 mph to next town over. Found the hub assembly and flew as fast as i could to make it back before 6. Hub assembly takes 20 min to grease and put back on for any experienced trailer or truck shop. He wanted $180 labor $+31 for shop supplies ( greese) + tax. I argued with him asking hey look be fair its a 20 min fix , ill pay you one hour shop time. He said " nope after 6 its time and half . Plus i want $45 for looking at it and taking cap off when you left for parts. " i mean really ? Give a honest days wage for a honest pay. It took you two seconds to take cap off , your were too lazy to even call look for parts i did that myself. When i agreed to pay $180 shop time. I told him ok when you finish with hub in 20 min i want you to spend the full hour doing something else on my trailer. He declined. Said pay me $45 for 30 mins of BS and have somebody else fix it. no problem took trailer to Loves truck stop. A kind older man helped me. Gave me greese for free. Lent me some tools. Told me what to do and i fixed it myself. Easy job. God bless people like that. What goes around comes around. He seen i was desperate and low on cash. How do you jusitfy charging 45 even for taking 2 min ? You shoulda spent 28 more min checking my pressure and greese in other wheels or something. Lazy ____ks. Rip off! Drive to Loves they will treat ya fair.

Took my truck & trailer in repairs at the same time. Both misdiagnosed, almost $700 later same issues with truck and trailer. Spoke to owner, about issue but seem to interested in helping. I ended up fixing myself. Now gotta find someone to fix my trailer still. Good Luck.

My truck would not shut off. Took truck to AR&W on a Thursday they kept the truck til the next Wednesday $2100.00 later The truck is ready . They removed a AIR VALVE off the back of my truck & put it on another( COSTUMERS ) who paid for a NEW one. Broke my water line , said well you had a small leak. Got as hat a North Austin and lost 7 gallons of anti-freeze. Remember the truck didn't shut off. The NEW air valve they replaced was installed wrong it leaked so bad , I could not move my trailer. You can't make this stuff up. Never use AR& W . I think they should be out of Bussiness . My rate for them is LESS than a star but don't have that option..( DO NOT USE AR&W )

Needed service on the side of loop 130 in Austin. Good Sam put me in contact with A R&W. Who dispatched Troy who put his personal plans on hold to assist me. He was curtious and knowledgeable. Had us on the road in no time.

Uhaul has them as an available rental option to pick up trucks. I called the place to ask about how pick up works if I select a time that is after they are closed. The guy hung up on me, he never answered my question, and from the beginning it sounded like he was on a cell phone driving not in an office.

Do not use this place they are a ripoff! They came out to check my truck for 1 hour, and charged all types of hidden fees.

bad service, I left my truck one day and part of the second day and people did not find the problem, they only told me that the computer did not appear, I decided to pick it up from there only lost time and how badly they charged me without fixing anything, I did not I recommend very bad service

This place is rip off don't go here they will take your money and do nothing. Not a credited shop. Not all there technicians are ASE certified.
