This Valvoline has the friendliest people ever. I come here for every oil change and state inspection. The prices are very clear and they never add hidden fees or try to sell you anything that you don t need. PSA, they always have coupons on their website! You can just have them scan your phone. They re the best!

Incredible after take 5 gave me terrible service i went here and they gave me a complete breakdown on what i needed for my car free of charge and its cheaper than most of the other places

Honest place of business. My lights kept coming on telling me to change oil soon. When they checked I was told I didn't need oil change. The previous people forgot to reset computer. I had 38687 miles dont need a change until 43000 still had 85 % new oil. They didn't have to tell me that but I was truly thankful to all 3 of the clerks. Great service!

Jos� and his crew did a wonderful and quick job in changing my oil, checking my fluids, and etc. They were all courteous and friendly. I Highly recommend this place to go for oil change. Don t worry about the price, just know that they are going to give you and your car great service.

Unfortunately had a defective oil filter placed on my vehicle. However, the team at this location was quick to respond and to replace the oil filter free of charge, while also helping to cover the cost of an undercarriage cleaning and to help with reimbursing the cost of the tow/oil/oil filter. I understand that stuff like this happens and was happy they confronted the issue quickly and in a friendly manner. Will still choose to come back here for a team that insists I come back as soon as possible so they can resolve the issue. Thank you for the service :)Service: Oil change

Whenever I come here. (For oil changes and Inspections) Always quick and no issues. Staff is friendly and professional. I pass by multiple places to come here. The service makes it worth it

The employees were polite and the oil change service was quick. They did not have the cabin filter or air filter for my car in stock though. And finally, the reason I came to leave this review.. they didn't bolt the skid plate back up underneath the car! They probably just hooked it onto the plastic clips and forgot the bolts because it only lasted maybe 15 miles before coming off.

Omg whoever came up with the drive-thru oil change concept is a genius. They were friendly, fast and efficient. I went during my lunch break, was able to see everything they were doing, they explained as they went along and had me out of there within 15 minutes. Crew was polite, on task and priced reasonable. As a retired shop manager of 30 years. It was good to see such professionals and customer service. It don't look appealing, but I would recommend this shop, highly. ON POINT!

The staff was nice. I've been to other valvolines and this one doesn't rotate tires or have the differential fluid for my car which is a pretty common car. I was in and out and the price wasn't bad. Just wished it was able to perform all the services I needed like other locations.

Don't waste your time or money with these people. I asked if they could top my tires off to 70psi (all were at 65), and was spoken down to "oh, you don't want 70 in your tires." Yes, yes I do. My tires are 10 ply and DESIGNED to handle a higher PSI. (Update- after driving around, I realized my RR tire is sitting at 70psi, RF at 69, LR down 2 pounds to 63, and RF still at 65. How can someone screw up something as simple as filling air in a tire!? It's his "job," after all.) My inspection was 7$, so I gave 12$ wanting 5$ in change. I was told they "can't make change like that," and then told I was "being hostile" when asked if they can't count back the change or just simply didn't have a 5$ bill. Patch-faced kid was rude, belligerent, and had exceptionally POOR customer service. I recommend he finds a new place of employment, one where he doesn't need to speak to customers.

So, last Saturday, I took my Mommy Van to get inspected and an oil change. I got there early and there was only one car ahead of me. The attendant was so nice. He let me know that my headlamp was cracked. He gave me his recommendation of the proper oil I needed, he also told me how to order a new light. I contacted Auto Zone while I waited for him to finish the oil change. It only took a few minutes. He was just a really swell guy. Fast forward , to this evening, I returned after having installed my headlamp (myself). I called ahead to see what time they stopped performing inspections. I got there right before cutoff. I was met with smiles and such professional courtesy that I was almost nervous. I thought they would be surly and curt with me because it was near closing time. This tall angel-in-uniform came up to my van and I felt like I was in heaven (if heaven had automobiles that needed oil changes). I chatted with the coolest attendant with the coolest hair color. She was an absolute doll! The other attendant with the sexy beard assisted me with the remainder of the inspection. He explained everything thoroughly and was so nice despite me being a ball of nerves. Just the entire crew... just a bunch of supertastic humans wrapped in awesomeness! Best experience getting an inspection ever! I am now a forever customer.Service: Oil change

After Firestone couldn't accommodate my appointment for an oil change I decided to try Valvoline. Service was quick.....in and out in less than 20 minutes!!! Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Will return here for all of our future oil changes. Thank you!

Quick and good service.Update. I've moved and where I'm at now every oil change place rates 3's with so many horrible reviews. I miss you guys and I hope your most recent review was a fluke with a customer not being satisfied with your customer service because I've never had any problems there and I was going to start coming back to the area to visit and only get my oil changes when I'm there since I've been coming to you for years even before you changed to Valvoline.

I ve gotten my oil changed here for the last 7 years. Employees are professional, courteous and efficient. Went in today for an oil change early because of a high amount of idling and was given an honest answer that my oil was still clean and didn t need it. They didn t just push the oil change on me for profit. Love this place and will continue to come here as long as I m local

I use their services for the first time this week. I was just expecting an oil change, but I got a full service. Their service was quick and the price was reasonable. They let me take a look at my engine and was flexible to work around me and polite to let me know if I was in their way. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid and coolant reservoir, but they never opened my power steering fluid or break fluid. See that both were full and they normal don't drop in level often. Plus, you could make out the level on the side of the vegly transparent plastic. Being a UH-60 Blackhawk maintainer, that would be considered bad practice. So, they loose a star. They also check my tire pressure.
