Every time I visit Valvoline, the guys are always super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The oil change literally takes less than 10 minutes every time! Also, they always have coupons on the website which I love. They check tire levels, wipers, filters, blinkers and lights. Valvoline is where I always come to change my oil I have been going here for the past 3 years and will continue to in the future.

James was my service tech and he was very polite and helpful. I went for a full synthetic oil change (was surprised they are only $70.99 as most charge much more). I have a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and I was glad they knew how to reset the vehicle notification as I ve been to several oil changing locations that do not know how to do this. They DONT take corporate coupons, however if you look on their site and click the 3 lines in top right corner you can normally find some coupons there to help save some money.

I went in today to get a good ol oil change as I pulled up james waves me in the other two gentlemen tom and luis thoroughly work to change my oil. James took out my air filter out which was quite dirty and ask me. Did I want to change it? I said yes he changed my old filter. After they were all finished james showed me how to reset my truck and he gave me a paper stating what else I needed to get done since we reach a 150,000 miles. These three guy's did a fantastic job. It took maybe 10 to 15 minutes in-and-out and I was done. Thank you guys for taking care of me Service: Oil change

Rude! I drive up to bay two cars in one car has a cone behind it so I wait behind the car with out the cone then btw the 2 workers never acknowledge me so then a truck pulls up behind the car with the cone then that car drives away and yep the guy moves the cone and truck drives in to receive service the other car is still in front of me I left and went to another place in and out less than 10 minutes. No I will not be going back there and I have been doing business with them at least 3 years all I can say besides being rude it's Monday

they took advantage of my daughter she went in for oil change and windshield wipers and was told she needed air filters and she was charged $178.00 and to top it off they didn't even reset her oil light that lets you know its time for oil changeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I love this whole franchise. I usually use the Harker Heights location, but found myself on this side of town. Valvoline costs a bit more than the competition, but their service is beyond reproach. Excellent customer service and great attention to detail.

They returned my call, gave me a price, never had to step out of my car, had a line & STILL had me out in less than 15 minutes. I'll definitely be back. SHOUT OUT Luis for being an amazing worker! Have a good weekend!

Stop for oil change, and they left the oil filter loose, almost cost me the engine. Won't stop there ever again.

I went to this location recently because I thought it would be quick and easy. The day before my husband went to the Harker Heights location and used the $34.99 online coupon. When I walked in I noticed 3 employees sitting in the customer chairs reading the newspaper . I told them I needed my oil change and I would be using the online discount . Immediately one of the employees told me he would not honor the discount unless it was printed off. I asked if I could forward to their office printer and he flat out said, "NO", I asked if he would honor the 34.99 price and he also refused. I still drove my car into the bay and waited. The employee came back and told me it would be 62.00. So I told him I would just go to the other location where they honor the coupon. He seemed fine with that and I felt he was actually glad . To the owners of this facility , I would recommend encouraging your employees on the value of customers. It seemed kicking back and reading the paper had more value than helping the customer.

When I arrived there was only one other customer ahead of me so I had no wait time to get the car in a bay. The mechanic checked my oil and showed me that I did not need an oil change. They also pointed out to me that the oil pan plug had been stripped during the previous oil change and showed me a picture of it so I could see that the strip marks were fresh. They recommended that I could wait until the next oil change to get the new plug as there was no oil leakage from the bad one. I was impressed that they were honest about it even though it meant one less sale for the day.

All I wanted was a state inspection, when does raising my hood become part of it? The young guy was upset and popping off at the mouth, trying to fail my inspection.

Got my oil changed there. Got there early when they opened. In and out in less than 10 min. Will definitely be going back.

Pulled in to 2 different Valvolines. The first in twin Creek said they "couldn't get the cap off". They recommended me to a private company up the block. Discouraged, I visited the location but never returned. Weeks later, I went to this Valvoline and the guy lifted the hood and said, "we can't touch this car". (I have a vw Touareg) As if it had cooties or something. I informed them that the other Valvoline didn't say that. He retort? "They should've". Ugh. Ended up going to Walmart and got the best customer service and oil change for TWENTY DOLLARS. Save the headache, go to Walmart first. (Called ahead of time and was told to just bring my own oil and filter which I already purchased thank goodness)

Been going here over 3 yrs.. And its such a blessing great service .. Fast .. Clean facility.. Coffee .. Pop.."soda"... Water ... Tv .. Great personality great communication service ... Spanish speaking too... God Bless all them employees

State inspection on two vehicles. Quick in and out in under 10 minutes. Stayed in the vehicle and they even replaced third brake light bulb.

These people need to learn TX. Law regarding state inspections. They cannot ask you to wait behind 3 oil changes when there's no one getting their cars inspected in front of you. I will be filing a complaint with the DPS against this company's location and behavior.No one wants to be treated like a redheaded stepchild.

this is truly the place to go to get your oil change and flush engine and your inspection sticker done at one low price with no hassle you don't even have to get out the truck for the inspection or your vehicle just make sure you got good tires LOL but this is the place to go

I paid for and passed a state inspection. These dummies transposed the digits on my VIN. Yeah, they corrected it, just a hassle. A tad more attention to detail would avoid these inconveniences. Sloppy work area, sloppy workers, equals sloppy work done by less than attentive workers.
