Yeah, they are friendly when they want your money but unethical when it comes to owning up to damaging my tires and seeing it with my own two eyes. They are crooked people that will show their true colors. Literally, it will curse you out with profane and disrespect language. Yes, the agreement was intense, but at no time, I disrespected them calling them prphane names. So let me air out some things concerning my experience, so one day I had a leak on one of my rims and to my surprise they fixed it without charge so I was very appreciative of that and told Kyle I would be back to do business. Well, I did go back and had them remove good tires on my old rims that had no damage to them, only to have chunks of rubber missing from my sidewalls. After paying 2k on new rims. I literally stood in the back outside shop and watched them switch my good tires to new rims, well in the process, they gouged my good tires and try to say it was already there which it was not. I further stated, "WHY WOULD I BUY NEW RIMS AND PUT BAD TIRES ON THEM?" COME ON, MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I also questions if that was true. Why didn't the professional who was doing the work not informed me of damage prior to removing tires from old rims? It's because it was nothing wrong with them. I would have never put bad tires on rims I just paid 2k for. So there was a disagreement, and they literally cursed me out using all kind of profane languages. My advice to anyone going to RNR tires which, I would not recommend, you need to watch them closely on the services they perform take pictures and do whatever you can to have proof I got proof that they damaged good tires. Yes, my previous rims had curve damage scratches, but there was nothing wrong with tires they were 3 yrs old with only about 12k miles on 30k miles tires. These people are unethical and will not take ownership of damaging my tires. I thought this was a stand-up business, but that all went to the left. When the literally calling me a lie basically. Now I have to spend another 600 dollars on tires and did not have to. In the pics below, you will see indication marks on tires where it shows how the clamps of some sort used are where the damage occurred. You can see every place it contacted my tires and damaged them. I will do whatever is necessary to inform and make known to people what happened . I might just protest and show potential customers at the business. So I saw the response, the chunks of rubber was thrown away by the person that was installing my tires. I saw him with my own eyes. If my tires were damaged, it was up to the professional installer to point it out before removing tires from original rims. The reason he did not was because there was no damage.

Everybody working there when I came in was extremely kind and respectful. Especially Dom, he searched all over the place to find wheels I liked, that also fit within my budget. I appreciate all of you guys for taking care of me. Thank y all for hooking me up with a really solid fitment. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a new set of wheels and tires for their car. Thank you guys for the work you put into my car!

I am a frequent customer with RNR and I can say that they always have greeted me with great customer service. Kyle has got me what I need everytime and always in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for better service. Never have had any complaints. Everyone stays proactive in some way at this shop.

Kyle was great. Nic was great too. They really went above and beyond and got us in some great tires for my Chevy Silverado and we were their first customers for their blowout sale. So not only did we get great tires and rims but we got a hellavua deal! Thanks Kyle and Nic

I needed air in tires on my truck. The first place I went to noticed I have green caps on the tires. I was told that means the tires take nitrogen and I should probably go to a place that has nitrogen for tires. I came to RnR because it stated they could air up nitrogen tires. I was immediately taken into a back bay and my tires aired at NO CHARGE! Such a friendly awesome place! Will definitely do business here again.

Had to visit RNR Tire Express to get a nail hole repaired on my 2023 Kia Sportage and a bolt removed/repaired on my wife's 2023 Tahoe.Dom was quick to assess both issues immediately, gave me a great price and got both repaired good as new.I appreciate the excellent customer service and for treating my vehicles like their own.I'll definitely be back for future tire/wheel service needs in the future.Thanks again Dom!5 STARS!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone if you are needing a new set of tires or rims. Customer service was superb && Bri made sure I was taken care of right away. She made sure I had everything I needed before I left and was very clear on everything that came with me purchasing my new tires. & I love that they provide ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE for up to a year after purchase. If you are looking to get rolling with some new tires or rims don t hesitate to stop by RNR & let them get you hooked up. THANK YOU RNR:)

I came here September of 2023 and got 2 new tires. I didn t pay full price up front - instead, I put a down payment of half the price of the tires and decided to pay the other half through a payment plan. This is where I should ve really payed attention to what was happening. The original contract was that I pay the remainder half of the balance left by January 31 with a monthly payment of $147.30 - if not paid by January 31, the price of the 2 tires ($428.67) goes up to nearly $800!!! Because I didn t want that to happen, I authorized an automatic payment to be deducted from my debit card to pay the required monthly balance. The guy at the shop informed me that if I pay the minimum monthly balance of $147.39, I should be able to get the tires for the cash price of the tires ($428.67). Since I had enrolled in an automatic payment plan to automatically deduct my monthly payment from my account, I would have thought that they would automatically deduct the full funds of $147.39 EVERY MONTH (I MEAN THAT MAKES LOGICAL SENSE RIGHT?). Well, apparently not. The shop decided to automatically deduct around $120 each month, instead of the full 147.39, which resulted in me now owing $800 instead of the $428.67 for the tires. SHADY. Tell me why you wouldn t deduct my full funds every month and skimp around $15 - SO THAT ILL HAVE TO PAY $800 INSTEAD OF $400?!!??? Now, I ll take some responsibility since I didn t think to check how much funds were being deducted from my debit card each month, but the last thing I expected was for this company to do something so shady. If you re trying to pay for your tires through a payment plan, don t use this tire company. Bunch of thieves - I honestly feel robbed.

Late in the day, within the last hour of closing; they helped me last minute with my flat. I went to many other places seeking help but they all said to come the next day. I wasn't turned away here and the staff was accommodating. I will be back for some wheels later

Excellent staff and fast service. I called beforehand and was taken care of immediately after arriving. I had a tire that needed to be patched and got it done within 30 min. Will be my go to location for everything tire related.

Everytime I come here they have always been helpful. From helping me with the purchase of new tires for my Ford explorer to balancing and alignment of the tires and removal of wheel locks after I lost the key. Can't thank them enough for having a great customer service.

Don t walk, RUN!! To rnr tire. These guys are amazing. Not only did I need tires but I needed an alignment. Bri and Kyle were amazing. They got me in and out no issue. Their prices are amazing just like their customer service. thanks guys. I will definitely be back.

Visiting our son in Kileen, Texas, our rental caught a nail in the rear tire. RNR got the job done in about 20 minutes. Nice comfortable waiting roomFriendly reception all smiles and great attitude! Even if you are a resident and not visiting, you need service stop in and leave satisfied with a job well done. Lu at the front desk was top notch!

WOW. I am totally blown away by the most awesome service I received here!! The most kind, polite, cheerful and welcoming crew! I was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday at my daughter's home and found that I had a nail in my tire. I called and they were very polite and courtesy and said it might be an hour, I received a call in less than an hour that my car was ready. I wish I was closer so that I could bring my car to them on a regular basis. Thank you Dominic and your awesome team, y'all made us feel welcomed and like family!!!! My son in law was expressed when I got back and told him of the hospitality and care we received. He will definitely be by there when he needs his suv taken care of!!!

I walked in without any appointments set on a Friday afternoon, and was greeted with friendly customer service that set me up with one of the most easy to pay plans for a set of 4 new tires. Wasn't expecting to walk out with anything, but they set me up with a plan, installed the tires, and they laid everything out up front with me no surprises. All of this took an hour approximately. Would definitely recommend them for anyone whether you're stuck in a pinch and need some help or you just wanna browse tires or rims. My car's riding smoother than it did with my factory tires and I don't have to worry anymore on the road!

I came in today and got squared away in less than 2 hours. The representative was very knowledgeable about the questions I had about my tires, and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. This has officially become my #1 Go to spot for tires

Super professional staff I called them and ordered a tire. The tire came in 1 day after I ordered it, and they installed it with no issues and even put air in spare definitely will return if I need tires.

Came in on a Saturday, no appointment. Filled out all the paperwork, got new tires and was out of there in just over an hour. I've done business with them before and they did not disappoint. Nice clean waiting area and friendly staff make the wait tolerable. Arty was very thorough.

Overall great experience with this shop!The crew is experienced, great customer service, they love to joke around but always keep it professional.Kyle Mathis, the general manager and Arty their sales rep were fun to interact with.If I need something done this shop can always get it done!

If you haven't been here, you are missing out. The customer service is amazing. They were not trying to upsale me, and gave me all the information, and the quotes were exactly what i paid. I had one tire replaced and they honored my warranty with no questions. They also topped all the other tires and rotated them so that the new tire was up front. If i ever need tires again, this is my first stop. Stop in and ask all the questions and the staff is very knowledgeable and wont just try to get you to spend your hard earned money.Thank you for great service. I will definitely be back for any tires I will need in the future!

I couldn t ask for better service. Kyle and the guys at RNR were extremely accommodating even though they couldn t repair the tire I was having an issue with. When I get ready for my next set of tires or have any further tire issues, they will definitely have my business.

Drove all over killeen to fix a flat tire , everywhere I went was 2-4 hour wait time. Stopped at R&R tire express and they got me in quick and out quicker. Best service I have had here in kileen 10 Stars

Kyle was absolutely amazing and very courteous. I brought my van in thinking it was one problem, but it turned out to be something else entirely. Kyle explained everything smd even showed me the tire in question. He worked with me on getting a replacement so that I could keep safe while driving on the road.

I had purchased tires from them in mid October of 2023 I drive my car one day out of the week and the wire is showing in both tires I got from them and both tires are bald My first experience with them was alot better than my second experience there shouldn't be any reason why my tires look like this. I Don't even drive to work as I work from home
