Awesome customer service right out the gate that's a big plus. Brought my car in to replace my brake pads and rotors and they did a great job. I will definitely be back for all my car needs.

Brandon and his team showed my vehicle excellent care. Their multipoint inspection pointed out some things I needed to take care of soon and there was no pressure to buy anything. They even found a leak and happily took care of it There's not too many places that give great customer service and McLeod is one of those places I can count on to get what I need.

Kenny was a great help. He kept me updated on everything that was going on with my vehicle. Offered a lot of hospitality and care. Even as they were short staffed he showed eagerness to tend to all my needs. It was a very quick service and I ll definitely be here again for my next oil change.

Service dept was a very big help! They got my in with no problem and got me back to my car in less time than I expected. Kenneth is most definitely the guy to talk to , reasonable & very understanding & helpful! Always called and updated me about my vehicle & answered any questions that I had .

Hey, my name is Mr. Walter Ray White Sr. whWhen my SUV broke down, the only shop in Killeen that was available for me was Mcleod auto sales on rancier Avenue. All other service shops was booked up. They took me in the same day. If not for them, I would not have been able to take my Daughter to school and pick her up from school. I have lived in Killeen, Texas for 34 long, hard years. I'm also retired US Army and retired from KISDI strongly recommend anyone to please take your vehicle to them you won't be dissatisfied. I put my word on this. I am a man of honor.

I've been having issues with my purge valve on my vehicle. I brought it in to have a diagnosis and could not afford the labor. I called back a few weeks later with the same issue. Low funds, Car still needs to be fixed. Chris helped me come up with a solution of using Acima to pay for my labor. I brought it in the next day and met with Kenneth. He made the process so simple and stress free coming in and out. My car was also ready in just a few hours.

I went to get a simple oil change today and Kenny made the whole experience just that. Simple. He gives off such a trusting energy I didn t mind handing over my keys. I was in and out in no time. He even offered refreshments. I can t picture ever going anywhere else .

Juan took great care of my car at the last minute! I was lucky enough that they had had a cancellation earlier in the day so I was able to squeeze in - it's worth it to make an appointment here! The fix was expensive but not overpriced, it was legit parts like if I bought from AutoZone myself and then labor which was not ridiculous.Juan called me a few times throughout the day to let me know what they were doing and finding and what the solution and pickup time would look like. There's so many places that leave you feeling robbed around here... I think I've found where I'm going to go any time we need help while we're here.

Five stars for this auto shop! I recently brought in my yellow 2014 Chevy Camaro for service and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Mckenzie provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. From start to finish, the quality of work was top-notch. Highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle in today for an engine light issue. Kenny Was a out standing Rep in the parts and maintenance department got my vehicle in for service in a timely manner and also caught recognized and fixed a billing issue ensuring I received great maintenance and was charged correctly! Get own down and get your vehicle serviced with Kenny !

Had a chance to work with Kenny today. I had a problem with my third brake light. Called and spoke with Kenny and he was able to get us right in. Even stayed a little late to handle other minor issues. The hanks buddy for the hard work. Have a great night

Never have I EVER felt more trusting of a car dealer & servicer than I do with McLeod. From my first online inquiry, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I felt like I was the only customer in the world when I had my purchase experience with David. Others came in to help me walk out on the same day with the vehicle.You know how when you buy a car, that can be the end of the razzle dazzle? NOT WITH MCLEOD!! The Service experience is even better. Service Advisor McKenzie will make it happen, OK? I keep telling them they'll have my business forever, and I mean it. Y'all are the BEST.*** Update ***IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER FOLKS. When I say these people got me? They got me - got me. I don't know what else to tell ya. McKenzie moved on from this location, but Mr. Kenny picked up with the continued excellent support. Had a battery issue. Vehicle would not start. Called McLeod, showed up, got with Kenny and he got me squared away right away. New Battery in my vehicle. Great job Kenny
