I recently got into a car accident, busted my radiator amongst other things and I am so happy I took my vehicle to lonestar to be repaired. The customer service from Jason and his team was unmatched. They communicated throughout the entire process, got everything done so quickly, and took a huge weight off my shoulders during such a stressful event. Not to mention my car looks and runs brand new again. I highly recommend to anybody these services.

After taking a huge slap in the face by a body shop business (see photo)we decided to talk to Carlos and take my wife s car to him to get it fixed. Carlos saw our vehicle and gave us an estimate completely normal, now what sets Carlos and his team apart is that they are completely bold with you, they explain in detail what they have to do and what they can do for you without wasting your time. Another great quality about them is that they know you work hard for your money so they work around discounts, bundles and others to help you save the most, and on top of that if they tell you that you will have your vehicle in a week believe me when I say you will have your vehicle fix in a week. He offers life time warranty for his job performed on any discrepancies that may occur in your vehicle. Hands down Carlos and his team work diligently and efficiently to give you the best of the best.

I wouldn t even trust this shop to change my head light. They took like 9 months to fix my car. Got in it, steering wheel still crooked, dash lit up like a Christmas tree shortly after leaving. After closer inspection wiring harnesses are just cut and left hanging, windshield washer reservoir just dumps water, cracked bushings on parts that should ve been replaced. Stevie Wonder would ve done a better job fixing my car. I can t express my disappointment enough. I gave them the slightest leeway on the standards for fixing my car and they took it as cut every corner and charge enough that you ll have to sell a kidney . Oh and I made them aware of my issues and they lost the original quote they gave me.

It was not easy looking for a body shop that is trustworthy. Believe me, I have had a couple incidents (twice back in Hawaii, and once here in Killeen).Lone Star Collision made my baby look brand new after sliding in a ditch and messing up the front end. The other shop I took my baby to a year or two ago for a different accident, didn t even put the front bumper back correctly. Lone Star Collision fixed that too. And they took less time than I thought they would. Overall, I had a great experience with Lone Star.

Fantastic customer service from top to bottom. They worked with us on being able to use our vehicle as they ordered parts, instead of it sitting in their parking lot. Carlos, was the main contact there, he eased all our concerns and made the process painless. I will be recommending these fine folks to everyone.

I highly recommend lone star collision. I went in to see how much it would cost to fix this damage. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they got me in fairly quickly! They gave me an estimate on the timing and it fell right in the time. My car looks like new! If you have any body work that needs done. This is your place!

Only place I will take my vehicles to. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They even delt with the rude lady from Famers Insurance on my claim so I didn t have to. They were very quick to get me my car back and the work looks great! 10/10 recommend LoneStar Collision in Killeen.

They did a great job repainting my hyundai elantras bad paint. It hurt so much to see a car I take care of very well to suddenly have all its paint coming off and I just got it back today and it looks brand new.

If I can give this place 100 stars I wouldYall from the very beginning this place has worked with me and had the most patience with me. Daphanie for one is an amazing communicater, she's always on time and stands on her word. Carlos did and amazing job ,the turn around time was right on time. Every time I called I got an response immediately and if no one answered I got a txt right away .this place has been such a blessing to me and my car situation. I HIGHLY recommend. Great customer service literally the best ! Thank youuu I couldn't thank yall enough

Two days before Thanksgiving I was T-bones in a parking lot of an H-E-B. Every shop I called in Austin to all the way to Kaline said they couldn t get my car in till the end of January or beginning of February but when I called LONESTAR COLLISION they told me they could get it in that week. Super nice guys. Shout out to Jason and Carlos and then when my car was ready and PROGRESSIVE , the other drivers insurance had refused to pay for two extra days of the rental car. LONESTAR COLLISION took enterprise a check to settle the balance without me, having to pay anything out-of-pocket.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The whole staff was so phenomenal, professional and friendly! Carlos took the time to explain the whole process for me as i was getting major repairs for the first time. I was given updates and got my car fixed much faster than expected. Definitely recommend this shop! Thank you so much!

Great people, excellent service. Lone Star Collision is a blessing for Killeen, TX. Carlos has always helped me with every issue. The shop was able to begin repairing my vehicle quickly after an accident and even took care of it while I was deployed overseas. I look forward to seeing this awesome business grow. I contacted Jason at Lone Star after a mishap dodging a dog in the road. He was very responsive through the entire process and definitely made me feel like my needs were of utmost importance. They did an amazing job on my vehicle and had it done in a timely manner. The checkout and pickup process was smooth thanks to the shop manager Carlos. It s one of those things that I hope to not have to use them again, but in the event I ever need a body shop, I know EXACTLY where I m taking my vehicle. I m so thankful we found this place ! Both of the vehicles we owned had paint and damage repair , my husbands truck had a busted head light . Carlos help us out with some free quotes .
