Excellent repair shop. Replaced my tailgate on my Nissan Titan and it looks like it came from the factory. Repaired on time as promised and office personnel kept me informed of the repair progress. Would definitely recommend them if you need body work done on your vehicle.

Great costumer service and workmanship, Christine is awesome! friendly, knowledgeable and caring, she kept me updated on the repairs of my car, she went above and beyond on costumer service, I was given a ride home, drivers door was hit pretty bad but it looks brand new now and my car was returned to me washed and detailed, all done in a timely and professional manner. technicians did Excellent quality work with great attention to detail, I'm beyond satisfied best body shop in the area thank you Christine!

I dropped off my car and was worried the dent and paint would be too difficult to repair and match.Much to my surprise Lenny and his staff did a phenomenal job and was reasonably priced! He was very thorough with explaining the repair process and friendly as well. Interior was kept clean too. It's as if it never happened!I can't say thank you enough and will definitely recommend family and friends to International Collision Center!

Updated 12/19/2018Had them paint my new grill and it a spot on match for this is the only place I take my truckHad my camper shell paint to match my truck. Dropped of Monday and pick up on Friday. Very fast and the paint job looks amazing.

I dropped my car off on 08/03/23 for collision repair. I did not get my car back until 09/08/23. They would say it would be ready one day or the next, then the car was kept another whole week until I finally went off. Which I also apologized for because I tried to be more understanding to their side. Each week I was told the company who was ordering the tire was sending the wrong tire. Come to find out it was Discount Tire. When I advised that I did not believe they were sending the wrong tire because I had used Discount Tire( I am in the system all they have to do is enter my VIN) the whole three years I have had my car, then it became a different part and another week and then another week. The pic included is the reason my car had to go back to them when they told me the car was fixed. After having my car over a month, the car was making a noise from the engine that was not there prior to the repair, the sensor light for the tire was blinking, and the new bumper they put in was popping off at the clamps. I dropped the car BACK OFF AT INTERNATIONAL ON 9/11/23 and picked it up on 09/14/23. When I get the car back THE SECOND TIME, the sensor light is still blinking and the whirring noise is still there. So far, the bumper is still attached but that s what it s supposed to be. I only gave a star because I had to in order to leave a review. I refuse to take the car back nor deal with them ever again!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

The timeliness and prices are unbeatable compared to what I was getting from other places in town. My car was fixed so fast and was left much cleaner than when I dropped it off! Customer service was great too.

Highly highly highly recommend! PDR and body repairs. Honest, fair and excellent in their crafts! My car came out damn near looking showroom.*** see VanHooks reviewHad some insurance pdr hail damage done and body repairs on my 2020 Challenger. They did a great job! My car looks beautiful! They worked with me on an oops on the estimate. I was especially happy to be able to work with such a prestigious company. I wanted the best and when I picked up my car I was not disappointed! I highly recommend. They are transparent, honest, and damn good in their fields.*Side note- (but, most important fact) THEY HAVE DAUCHIE PUPPIES!!!!

I had an accident and needed repaired rear door and a new quarter panel. The outside finished job was good but my door doesn t open/close smoothly, for whatever reason they took apart my middle seatbelt and didn t put it back, and my gas cap was either replaced or took completely off and not put back how it originally was so now when i pump my gas the entire cap comes off. I feel like they were working on my car using youtube and a prayer. They did fix my drivers door (they for whatever reason took it apart and messed up the locking), they fixed my driver s seatbelt ( again for whatever reason they took it apart and didn t put it back correctly) and they paid to replace my tint on my rear door because they scratched it up.

So, I was in a collision in February. Happens to everyone. I was trying to get everything done the same day. The only place that would take a tow in was International Collision Center. They understood I was distraught, so the people helped me so very much. They gave me a ride back to my place and even picked me up when my car was done. Remembered who I was and even remembered I was getting married. They helped me feel calm and they were so understanding. Looking at my car and seeing everything they did, I'm empress with the care they took. They went over everything with a fine tooth comb. The paint is perfect. They fixed everything. It's like it never even happened. Took pictures of everything and gave me an itemized list of everything they replaced and how many hours it took. I am so happy that they were so hard working and able to take me in verses anyone else. And they fixed it so much sooner than I expected. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Excellent quality work with great attention to details, like exact color matching. My vehicle was returned, cleaned and ready to go, 2.5 days earlier than promised. I just picked up my son's car. It looks so much better than we had imagined.My husband and I are beyond satisfied. Lenny was very helpful and reasonable. The turnaround time and customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended!

They got the part I needed for my car but it took longer than expected to get it because it was never processed by the original car company. Luckily I called back to check on my part then they contacted the original car company back to have my part processed. The people seem to be very nice

Amazing work! They were fast and my car looked like nothing happened to it .The parts needed was restored nicely. They kept me updated on everything with my car through the process and they took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect and the way we wanted it before we left the shop. This shop will definitely be my go to here in Killeen. Also the paint job was perfect. I can t tell the difference.

What an excellent job they did on our Malibu from a rear end collision. They also noticed that I had hail damage over entire body, so we put in a claim. The car looks brand new and it's 5 yrs old. I am very happy that I chose International Collision Center to fix my side door that was dented accidentally. After getting estimates at other places - Lenny (Owner) inspectioned my car and explained how he can fix it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He worked with the insurance company and just made this experience so easy and smooth. I dropped off my car off late on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday and was extremely happy. Even the office manager Mina was very nice, efficient and very friendly. I will definitely refer my friends and family to International Collision Center because they are the best at what they do.

They are so warm and friendly. They helped me out because I only had liability. With others around town I had 6k in damages, but with them it was almost half. They really care about the customer. I have already recommended my friends. They have over 40 years experience in doing body work. And it is like family run.

They did an awesome job on my SUV! They were on top of keeping info updated into the system for my insurance company to see. It may not sound like a big deal, but when you don't have to pay an extra day for your rental out of pocket...to me that's a big deal.

You won t regret it! My insurance gave me a hard time throughout the whole process so I went with international collision. They Kept me up to date with the process and even when the insurance gave me a hard time about releasing the funds Ana went and called them and they took the check to her!Amazing service and car looks brand new!Thank you guys for everything you do!

Very professional service after I was hit by another driver. I went there after Gerber collision said the repair was not able to be completed with their skillset.ICC said they could fix it, worked with the insurance company who was paying for it, and kept me updated throughout the process.Very good service and the car looks great!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

My husband just took his care in for a dent repair. Nick was friendly and did an awesome job. We will definitely be taking our vehicles there for any repairs. Great Service
