I recommended this place 10/10 the staffing is very helpful and nice. They got my car completely repaired in a very fashionable time and kept me updated everyday about what was going on. So if your looking for a collision repair place look no further as you found the right one!!!

We came here because we wanted a second opinion for the estimate of repair cost. The technician carefully explained what had to be done and what the exact cost would be. My wife and are very happy with them and wish we had sought a second opinion from them with another vehicle, which a different collision shop estimate had "totalled out".

This review is overdo but it s time for me to share my awesome experience. COVID-19 had beaten up a lot of us but when I say the customer service that Kayla provided is priceless. She listened to my concerns about money I did not have to do my repair to my undercarriage. Even though I could not afford the repairs it was done within 72 hours. The noise my truck was making was terrible. I recommend this collision and glass center they are a team who want to be a part of the solution. Thank you so much for getting me back in the road timely.

This is my first time visiting a Gerber Collision and I was blown by the next level customer service I was given. From day one I could feel the difference in energy between this specific Gerber and the one in Nolanville which was where I made my appointment first. Ainsley was prompt with getting me an appointment. The entire experience from this location was amazing. Kat was so professional and courteous. Emm thanks again you ROCK!!!!! They really hooked me up. Kept me updated the entire time, helped with my rental, pickup drop off. Had a whole bummer replaced in a day. Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

My car was st this location for almost three months and did not get repaired because it is a hybrid. It took a month just to get an estimate on the car then they told me Killeen Hyundai could repair my car. After waiting almost two months for Killeen Hyundai to tell me that they couldn t repair my either. I have been inconvenienced all this time not having a car and making payments on a car that I can t drive. They didn t even know they my car was still on their lot for they told me the car was towed to Killeen Hyundai which was a lie. My car never left their lot to get repaired at Killeen Hyundai. Three months is ridiculous.

Nothing is more frustrating then having your suv damaged in an accident. Although my insurance is making things go really smooth this shop isn't! They have canceled my appointment twice! I did my research on this place and I really had high hopes. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

I had a dent through my back hatch and onto my bumper. The back window glass was also shattered in the accident. I used the at fault owners insurance (State Farm) to request repairs. I had a very tight window (2 weeks) to get the parts ordered and put on the vehicle. I paid nothing out of pocket and the estimator Victor even suggested I replace my bumper even though I did not see the damage on it. (There was damage) His whole team kept me updated thoroughly through the whole process and even got everything done by the specific time I needed it. I can t thank them enough for how professional they are and how good my car now looks! I will forever be thankful for the job they did!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

My initial repair was quoted at a few days, took a few weeks due to issues with receiving the wrong bumper, twice. They offered no rental car or discount to make up for this.Then they put the wrong bulb in my brake light, causing me to have to return 3 times after the repair before they finally pinpointed the issue. The final time, the manager did it himself, but in the process broke my tail light. He swore he would order a new one and replace it free of charge, and I believed him. Up to this point, I had been very kind and understanding despite the numerous issues. A month after his promise I had still heard nothing, so I called and asked about it. The manager told me it was taking longer than expected due to supply issues. Another month and a half later I had still heard nothing and unfortunately had to move across the country due to military PCS. I guess I ll never get that tail light from them. Next time I ll be sure to get it in writing, it was dumb of me to simply trust them.

Went in this morning for an estimate and was extremely impressed with this shop. It was super clean, the entire transaction from start to finish was super easy, the receptionist was top notch, and the actual estimate was smooth as silk. Felipe came out, was warm and friendly, explained the process, talked us through what he was doing and why, asked questions, welcomed and answered all of our questions, was careful to not overlook any [visible] damage, and then delivered the estimate to my email inbox before I even got home. I couldn't be happier with my experience.Service: Body & Trim

After getting into a minor accident my insurance set me up with this store and they did an amazing job. The receptionist, Kayla was extremely friendly and helpful, and Felipe made me feel comfortable by calling and keeping me updated on the progress. My mother was helped right away even though there was no appointment and we were just coming in to ask questions we were helped quickly with every question we had and the man helping us even went the extra mile to make sure we got through to our insurance company! So kind!!!!

Had scheduled an appointment a week in advance. In order to make this appointment I had to miss work and have my wife miss work she was my ride back . Upon arriving at the specified time I was turned away and told that they had to change my drop off date to the following week. Meaning i would have to miss more work ect. I understand things change but a simple phone call or some kind of communication would have prevented me from wasting so much time and money. Due to the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy I will not be going back. Can t trust them to keep an appointment how can you trust them to fix your vehicle?Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent communication during the whole process with repairing our truck after we had hit a deer on the road to Killeen. They were extremely professional and really cared about our well being and getting our vehicle back to us as quickly as possible. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The quality of work was so well done, that we would definitely come back (even though we don't live close) to get repair work done.

Drunk driver hit me. I choose this Gerber destination due to the good reviews, and I can say they were very promising. Though I had to wait two days after my original due date, it was well worth it. Bill who runs that portion, even drove my car and put gas in it. My car was super clean on the I side and it looked like I was never in a accident. I recommend this specific Gerber Collision & Glass if you want your business handled professionally!!!!Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

Reliable, professional, and miracle making collision center. After being hit by a hit and run driver in my Range Rover, Gerber Collision went to work to restore my vehicle to German perfection in under 20 days. The manager of the collision took it upon himself to contact and update me on my vehicle after some unforeseen setbacks. I want to sincerely thank this team their exceptional work and communication. Picked up my GMC Terrain this afternoon after being at Gerber for a month to get repaired. I have to say Felipe and Kayla were on top of things. I would get a call from Felipe to update me on my car. Kayla the receptionist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I highly recommend Gerber Collision!! My car looks good again!!

Everyone was so friendly and kind. The mechanics and body technicians were very thorough and ensured everything was good with vehicle.They didn't just scan vehicle, they dissected it If I just looked as though I didn't know where something was(such as ladies facility, etc) an employee would direct me. I didn't even see them at times but they noticed me and cared. Makes a difference when treated as though you matter. I highly recommend this shop.

I loved my experience with Paceline from start to finish! They provide fast, high quality work, and I couldn t be happier with my repairs. But their employees really set them apart. Thank you to Natalija and Ashley for making me feel like family when I walked through the door! I will always choose Paceline because of you two!

Customer service at this establishment is hands down TOP NOTCH! I received notifications on the status of my repairs and even picked up my vehicle sooner than expected. I would love to share my experience at Dependable paint & body Paceline .Ashley Gibson awesome she had the rental car ready all the paper work waiting for me. I felt like I mattered to the whole staff not a number on a insurance form. Ms Natalija Wiles the office manager one would never know that she was excellent made me feel that my car was in the best of hands.She was right when the call came in my baby was ready great job my grandson said your car is beautiful . AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE just a great experience I hope not to need a repair shop again if I do ill be back at Ms Natalija & Ashleys shop.

I can t say enough good things about this place. Ashely and Natalia helped my husband and me and they were AMAZING. They were so friendly and sweet! I couldn t have dreamed of better customer service. They took care of absolutely everything, including some hiccups from our insurance company. I even got my car way earlier than expected and they even went above and beyond and painted in some chips on the hood from the highway with the extra paint they had left over. I love this place and I d recommend them to anyone. Thank yall so much!!!

Geico recommended this auto collision company for my wife to get her car fixed after she was reared by a lifted Ram. She got the car back in a week while I was at work. When I came home, I noticed the trunk wasn t aligned properly. It wasn t fully closed so the trunk light was on and the battery died. When we jumped started her car, her reverse camera wasn t working. She drove my daughter to her dentist appointment that Saturday and the battery died again. She called them but it was Saturday and they was closed. We called Geico and they basically told us to wait until Monday since the car was warrantied by that shop. Monday we had it towed since the battery was dead and couldn t be jumped started. They received the car and wouldn t give her a rental car. Geico said they were suppose to. Every time we called, the general manager was out and we had to wait on him/her to come back to the office. For a whole week me and wife had to share my vehicle and that s a pain because I m a active soldier and she worked in Belton at a moving company. We finally got the car back on that Friday in working order. Will I recommend this company to a friend? The answer is hell no! I wouldn t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Possibly the worst auto body collision shop in the Killeen greater area!!!

Gerber did an excellent job on restoring my STI back to perfection. When they said more parts needed to be ordered because it wasn't feeling right, I understood that they don't like to cut corners and prefer quality. I would recommend them...

Excellent customer experience, I can tell you I was a little bit concerned about leaving my jaguar, they reassured me that I had nothing to worry about, when I came back to get my car , I was more than satisfied with the work, just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone, who made me a believer and putting a smile on our face, so fast. My wife's truck was damaged from bumper to bumper on the driver's side. Gerber made it look like new and we haven't had any problems with it. They kept us updated on how the repairs were going and were always curtious and professional. Great job Gerber! Thanks!

Buyers be "ware"My wife had an accident while trying to park my truck in a parking lot.As she is pulling in the parking space she scrapped the driver side rear bumper of an SUV. The scrapped only caused damaged to the paint.My wife left her name and cell phone number so the suv owner could contact us and take care of the damages without involving the insurancecompany. She eventually did.She took her suv to Paceline for repairs. Before I agreed to pay for anything I requested to see a detailed estimate. To my surprise, I thoughtthe estimate was to high for a paint job. The estimate also includeda new left rear wheel plus all wheel alignment at the tune of an extra $217.45 of what why I thought was fair.Keep in mind that this was an accident that happened while pulling in a parking space. Very low "speed". I call Paceline and told them I wasn't going to pay for any work that I did not feel was necessary. I also had pictures of the damaged that my wife caused and none of the picture revealed any damage to the rear wheel.I turn over the case to the insurance who ended up paying $351 for the repair as opposed to $755 that Paceline Quoted plus several days of car rental that I would have to pay out of pocket.

I absolutely will recommend Dependable Paint & Body; AKA: Paceline Collision Centers! :)Everyone was very professional, kind, and very thorough, throughout my entire experience; 1 month.I know for a fact that Paceline Collision Centers are the "best" in Killeen, and Copperas Cove, due to the fact, that every time my family has needed to receive auto body repairs; 5 total repairs, Paceline has always done an excellent job! :)The one time I had decided to go somewhere other than Paceline, I quickly learned my lesson not to do that again, the other shop had to go back and fix additional problems that should have been included the first time I had the vehicle in the shop. Due to the other shop being unthorough, the first time they had my vehicle in the shop, resulted in me not having my own vehicle for nearly 2 months!I could continue, to go on about how much I appreciate the quality and experience from Paceline. But believe me, you will -not- be disappointed in your experience, nor the quality of work you receive from Paceline!
