Horrible service. This man is a crook. My daughter-in-law s air conditioner went out. This mechanic told her she needed another compressor. When we got the new compressor which it came with three pieces. He said he would put it in for ex amount of money. When he put in he told her that she did not need two of the parts that went with the compressor. He had the car for a day. When the car was finished. He told my daughter-in-law that he out the compressor in. He said he drives it the car gets cool but when he stops it goes hot again. When she picked up the car, the air ran hot again. She called GP, told him what was going on. He turned around and told her something else in which this time my husband heard the conversation, said he had lied. He told her that if had to reduce the compressor by taking the Freon out and putting it back in again. He was going to charge her extra amount of money again. First, of all she paid to have the service done and then you try to charge her again for the same problem he was supposed to fix in the first place. He is a crook and a scammer. Know that God does not like ugly. We will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to go there either. Disappointed

Unprofessional, if I can leave a 0, I would. I m going to be contacting the better business bureau on them. Kept promising the car would be done by the deadline they gave me but wasn t. Car was left in same spot for weeks before it was taken inside (I can see when I drove by). Once they fixed the vehicle, now something else that had no prior outage, breakdown or need for replacement needs to be fixed, which was more expensive than the reason I took it in to get fixed. The problem they created and still have yet to fix. Been car-less since spring and it s about to be October. Poor communication skills, poor time management and very unprofessional.

GP is honest, efficient and kind. He took care of me and my car in a crisis and I could not be thankful enough! He had me back on the road same day. His labor pricing is very reasonable. No complaints on my end took my car there for my rack and pinion and two other things that I can't quite remember at the moment. Plus the most recent was my power steering pump. I would recommend to others.

mechanics???? how about meCAN'Tics . This Mickey Mouse, D class auto won't repair shop will give bad quotes and weak time frames. at this point I dont even know what my car looks like anymore. they have hinder my unfortunate journey with misinformation and communication, all while not performing there duties as a professional. I have spent more time looking through furniture to pay these people for thier mistakes I have in my car at this point. hopefully you like ubers . because you sure will not be seeing your car anytime soon.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Gave us one price on the estimate. When Gerald called to say the car was ready the price was 100 more than quoted. When we asked why he lied saying that s the price he quoted. He finally admitted he lied saying the part cost more. When asked why did you not call and inform us of the price increase before doing the repairs he stated he did not know and tried to give excuses. Buyer beware we paid the extra price however he lost our business permanently.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Didnt get any work done from them, just bought a car they had. The guy was very helpful in helping me get the car on my trailer. They stayed late just to do that, appreciate it

Worst auto body shop in Killeen. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They should be shut down for their subpar work and lack of attention to detail. Please avoid this establishment at all cost.
