Eurotech Car Care exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service on my BMW. Kenny and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I dropped off my car to the final inspection, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. I couldn t be happier with the results. The guy that I talked too was just awesome. He was very professional and polite. I called him for service and he told me to just bring the car in without an appointment and the work was finished in more than a timely manner. I don't trust my 2019 Mercedes with any shop. They did a great job and this is where I'll be getting it serviced.Thanks Mr. Kenny I think that is your name.

SOLDIERS PLEASE stay away!!My experience with EuroTech defines the star rating. The quality of the parts was good (as I learned what OEM parts mean)( Original Equipment Manufacturer ), for the service I previously had done.The important take away was not the parts and performance of the mechanics of the shop. The disarray came the way the shop supervisor at the Desk Mr. Kyle conducts business for the shop.The shop operates how it operates and I believe it is a shop that our Soldiers of Ft Cavazos (Hood) should stand clear from if they are driving a vehicle to be considered foreign or parts are manufactured outside of USA.The shop conducted shady tactics while dealing with my vehicle and insurance claim! THEY DO NOT WORK WITH IN THE LIMITS OF most insurance companies like a collision shop!(READ YOUR POLICIES)This is very important on why you stand clear of this shop and why you probably won t find this particular shop on the recommended list for insurance companies.Mr. Kyle stated the shop will only use OEM parts on your vehicle (this comes after parts where ordered and put on the vehicle four days earlier than quoted to the insurance company, as I believe they knew there tactic wouldn t be discovered until I went to go pick up vehicle, and the numbers were doubled from what the insurance company originally quoted and adding an additional $2400-$2500 onto the invoice that s were we learned about OEM ; even if they speak with insurance company and insurance company gives them return quote with after market prices they moved forward with OEM, and between dialogue between the adjuster and shop both insurance company and shop both displayed to me untruthfulness and lack of full professionalism as the shops job is to make money for the shop word directly out of Mr. Kyle s mouth as he made other statements, in to which I found him be dishonest.After I had to go fight with insurance company for 2 weeks in order to not eat the doctored new invoice with OEM pricing on a full exhaust system that was fully intact when I dropped vehicle off, yet Infiniti supposedly sent them back a picture of a cut exhaust system that they couldn t get credit back for. But what does that have to do with me?!. We just paid for a brand new system OEM at that.The team went as far as to create fake email traffic to justify them charging me $250 extra on top of the new invoice for a return core credit that they tried to receive from Infiniti (according to them) and then Mr Kyle was very adamant that that was that and I couldn t get my car unless it was paid and that was coming from The owner himself (Kenny Ware) in which I requested to speak with , that s when I finally got on the phone with someone stating that they were Kenny but did not elect to take my offer to come see him day of with the paperwork and my concerns. And so that I could ensure I was talking to the owner Kenny who picture is displayed on the websites.Instead he (Kenny Ware) tried to justify he was the one that received the call from Infiniti about some core! And sent me some made up invoice for the core, with no other justification.Mr. Kyle stated we don t absorb core charges, talking in circles in attempt to insult my intelligence, especially if you not the subject matter expert in the mechanical department, so you put your faith that a shop will be fair and impartial. Yet we just paid for a brand new exhaust system that would include all brand new prices cause you just got us for OEM where I had to go fight with insurance company because OEM was not even mentioned prior to going forward. It is imperative that we ensure this shop does not service our SoldiersAs a Soldier myself (Retired) to see that kinda display in the military town knowing that a lot of our young troopers wouldn t be able to articulate and stand firm through the ordeal and just be taking advantage of, I rather give them the guidance to stand clear of operations like this.Brief summary: still working issues, too much to continue.#accountability

Took my BMW X5 for break service and was very pleased. Kyle was exceptionally professional, kind, and welcoming. I felt at ease right away and the facility was very clean and well maintained. Furthermore, when my ride fell through, Kyle put me in a courtesy car, an Audi A4 at no charge. From the phone call, to when I step through the front door, to picking up my car. Eurotech went above and beyond with their extra attention to detail and care for customers. I also love the intuitive inspection report with real time photos of your vehicle well being and issues. It s one thing to have a shop suggest your lower struts arms need replacing, when they actually show proof and pictures. This really help build the trust with an auto shop. Highly Recommend!

I honestly don't recommend themToo expensiveYes I tired fixing my car myself to save moneyI am not a mechanic and I have noticedA few other 1 star reviews detailing the same thingYou guys are just expensiveI should have read the reviews before taking my car hereI will not make that mistake againI came this place to get one of my spark plugs removed and that is all I wanted doneI left the air intake manifold and spark plug coil plug loose so they can find out which spark plug I was having trouble withThey charged me for 119 dollars for OEM coils a piece and I later found them for 79 dollars a piece.Almost every 1 star review says you guys overchargeI will not conduct my business here ever again

I always have a great experience with Eurotech and every employee is so nice and personable. They give me a detailed report and what needs to be done after inspecting and completing my service on my car, this is the number one spot for me!

Initially I had an appointment scheduled with Audi North in Austin to fix my issue I was having with my RS 5, but date was too far out and didn t want to wait that long, so I went back to Eurotech and they slotted me for an appointment right away. Best part was that they were able to troubleshoot and fix the issue very quickly, and saved me a one hour trip to the dealership. This is my third Audi and it s been Eurotech that has serviced every one of them. The techs they have there are very skilled so taking your European vehicle to a dealership isn t really necessary. My wife is even considering getting her next service on her Q7 done at Eurotech. I highly recommend! Thanks Kenny & Team!

I recently purchased a used 2013 BMW 650i from a private seller. It was in very good condition and ran very well but the alignment was off and a message saying "Last Service was in 2019" flashed in the dash at startup.I found Eurotech on a Google search and read many of the positive reviews, I checked out their website and read the personal profiles of the Owner and Team and decided to bring my vehicle there, and I was not disappointed at all. Kyle welcomed me when I entered the office and introduced Craig as a fellow Service Advisor.Kyle listened to my evaluation of the vehicle and how well it ran and said "... Chris we're not gonna sell you services that you don't need. Our guys will do a thorough inspection and if it needs anything, we'll document it in a report and you decide what happens from there." And sure enough that's what they did. They fixed my alignment issue and confirmed all else was good and reset the service message.I picked up my vehicle that same morning, all fixed and ready for a long road trip, and me a happy customer. Thanks Eurotech Team. I'll be back (hopefully not in a long time!)Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

Well, I took my car in for engine issues. After the diagnostic they told me the turbo went bad and there were a couple other leaks. They ended up charging me 3700 to fix it and made it under the impression that they were going to fix the leaks as well. And now I find out they only replaced the turbo and they want another 1200 to replace an engine oil pain gasket( not worth near that much). Another thing, they said the part was 2018$. You can get a turbo from anywhere between 600-800$. Honestly ridiculous

I bring my vehicles here more then I like, but who really likes bringing in their vehicles in for repairs. I will say they have always been professional and courteous. I never had a bad interaction with anyone here. The front desk and shuttle drivers are the best. I went in for a diagnostic and would not let me wait in their empty waiting room because they want to make 1 problem into 10 problems and scam more money out of me. They will go out of business soon due to Mobile Mechanics and Amazon/EBay Auto Parts. Good luck in bankruptcy and in the unemployment line EuroTech. Why do you have a waiting room and nobody can wait for their car??

The customer service is so amazing. No matter how many times I called for questions or understanding. The customer car was great. They weren t annoyed or agitated. They gave us a diagnostic and topped off our G-Wagon coolant.Thanks guy from JOKIA & Ben!

I had just purchased a pampered and very well taken care of 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 Wagon from a Mercedes Benz dealer and drove it back from Ohio. I wanted to just have it checked out, but really I was looking for a local mechanic since I had recently relocated from Cedar Park. Well the guys at Eurotech could fine nothing wrong, but changed some fluids and filters and charged me over $800! They must have felt that they found a sucker, but all they really did was loose a long term client.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I would not use anyone else. They are prompt, friendly, and very helpful. I know the work has been done and done well! Ford dealership wanted two days to even look at my car while Euro Tech had us in and out in 1.5 days! You will be happy with thier work! I went here to get my AC motor fix after having it replaced from a previous mechanic from out of state. After returning to Eurotech to pick up my car I still heard the same noise, I was hearing before. Long story short after being a little upset after paying twice for the same issue Eurotech was so professional and found the issue with my car. I was so happy because, that noise my car was making was very irritating to me . By the way my car is a 535i BMW! So I recommend Eurotech! Very professional and Eurotech didn t try to get over on me. Plus my motor came with a two year warranty! This is just my review/opinion.Service: Auto A/C replacement

These people are scummy. They did a diagnostic on my car which was $300 and then they wanted to charge $4k to fix my vacuum leaks cause there were a few and I said I wasn't doing that. They have been texting me nonstop about how my appointment was. Then they took it upon themselves to schedule me an appointment I didn't want. Terrible place. I didn't even get my car fixed.

I have been a customer with this company for many years. They take care of my vehicle so well! They do great work on Mini Coopers! I really appreciate their care and commitment to the maintenance of the cars they work with. Customer service used to be great. Just like many businesses as they grow money becomes more important than the customer. This was my go-to shop and I thought I could trust them. Get your service done elsewhere. You'll save money and most likely not need what they say is wrong. They also bribe you to give them a good review. You get 10 off your oil change for a good review. Reviews should be earned not bribed. I was also told that I needed to replace something and if I didn't my car would blow up. I went to get a second and third opinion and both said they were lying and trying to put fear into someone to buy something is just bad business. I'm disappointed. I learned to never trust anyone because their intention will always come before yours.

Brought my 2011 Audi a3 in for an oil leak at the rear main seal and the timing cover, and we had the timing chains replaced also. The guys at Eurotech were thorough, professional, and fairly priced! Craig was so helpful in explaining everything we needed, and even the things we didn t need! Long story short. Took my car to a specialized mechanic for my car, after 300$+ they return it with more problems and broken parts from another vehicle and took my good one. At Eurotech Their mechanic Lwigberto, Francisco, and Yamil explained to me in detail the test they will do, reason for it, and kept me up to date on test results. After a couple of test they were easily and professionally able to identify the issue and change the part, something that the other place couldn't do in 3 days they were just swapping parts from another car already in service to test it. When they gave me the old one is when I realized it wasn't my part cause it was dirty for years, and I recently cleaned not even 1 week ago. The mechanics at Eurotech have great integrity, and they are proud of their work. Thank you so much for the great quality and service you all provide

The Worst I Repeat the Worst place to Bring your European cars too.. I needed a valve cover Gasket and oxygen sensors and 3 spark plugs. I had multiple codes but most or all of them were from the same issue 02 sensors and misfires. This place said they couldn t replace just the gasket that it needed but wanted to charge me for replacing the whole valve cover. Reminder my car has no suspension issues but these guys wanted to replace all of my tires,all control arms,bushings for absolutely no reason. $1,900 for a valve cover and then said that s just to start the trouble shooting process .? You would think when you bring your vehicle to a shop that they will know exactly what s wrong with the car,not this place they like to fish and have you spending a lot of cash for no reason at all. While I was picking my car up, a guy was having his BMW truck Towed from this shop to take to another shop,his car still wasn t running,and they charged him over $600 for and AGM battery. This Place is Trash. Why would I pay $147.00 to drive my car here and get told what I already know about my vehicle. My car still runs and drives so how would it cost me over 3k to keep it running? Please save your self a headache and go to a professional car repair shop that just want to replace things that s irrelevant to your car running.*****Terrible Place******

Went for a diagnostic test. Gave me a piece of paper with a $10000 estimate for a battery pack replacement for a Toyota. I didn't understand that for $150 I couldn't get the code for another problem they say the computer detected.. I'm going to let it be. However. Could have done better with Customer service.

One of my neighbors, Kyle Nigel, works at Euro Car and drives my cars to work and back when services are needed. They explain what services are needed/recommended. I am a widow and am not very mechanical! At first I thought this place was great. I took my vehicle in for a check engine light warning. They were very kind overall. The issue I have is when I picked my vehicle up they told me that there was no issue and the check engine light came one due to store settings but there was nothing recommend to be done, although I did needed front breaks and was quoted $1,200. I paid the $138 for the diagnostic service and left. I had been in my car for less than 30 minutes when the check engine light came on again. I called them and told them the light came on again and would like to know what the codes were when the diagnostic was done. The technician told me what they were but said they may not be the same codes as he saw even though I had just left their establishment. The issue I have is that they told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. What they found may not have been detrimental at the time, but over time this could have caused an issue. I took it to another auto shop and had to pay another diagnostic fee. They found what the issue was, plus found some other maintenance things that needed to be done. As well they quoted me $650 for front brakes and rotors. Euro tech should provide better service as seems they are not completely honest and price gouge. Beware before choosing this shop.
