My first time here and I am SO impressed. This is a great repair shop for Range Rovers. They are so knowledgeable and transparent about costs. This is my new go to shop! Love!

Wether you own a European made vehicle that needs Bentley service, Mercedes Benz service, BMW Service, Porsche Service of Ferrari Service and repair you would have come to the right place. Also some Japanese vehicles for Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda service and repair and some domestic made too. Flat rate per hour labor which makes it easy to manage cost. Diagnostics, Oil changes, regular maintenance, Oil changes, Engine Service, Transmission Service, Electrical diagnostics, Engine swap, Performance upgrades and light modification and more. Europe Services Auto Repair have been my go to repair shop for several of my vehicles Mercedes AMG modern and classics and BMW s including classics and have exceeded expectations, diagnostic ability and execution of install and finish. Top technicians and mechanics Luis and Johnny not only carry experience from owning their own shops prior or Technical Electrical Engineering certificates respectively. Front office staff of Service Advisors Tania and Sky usher you in with expert customer service and care plus a good knowledge of getting you an understanding of next steps for repair, processed, serviced scheduled. I collect cars , sells them as a hobby and a business and their efficient output outperforms larger shops in Austin I have experienced. The owner Chad has an Engineering back ground and understands importance of SOP (Standard Operating Process, PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) and customer feedback loop. Fortunate to have this level of shop knowledge in Central Texas Killeen, Waco and Georgetown cross area. Highly Recommended!!

I had a wonderful experience with Europe services in Killeen, Texas. I scheduled an appointment for today and was pleasantly greeted by Kaykay as soon as I walked in. She efficiently verified my appointment and my vehicle was taken for service immediately. While I was waiting, Mrs. Tanya, another service representative, engaged me with her excellent customer service skills. Both Kaykay and Mrs. Tanya created a welcoming customer service atmosphere.The technicians were highly efficient with my service and demonstrated a commitment to providing effective service for my vehicle. As a first-time customer, I was impressed by their mechanical skills and the surprisingly quick service. Overall, my experience with Europe services in Killeen was exceptional, and I appreciate their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Hi everyone, my name is Andrei and I have x5 2012 3.5d. Been to this service already 2 times and my experience so far is beyond excellent! Vehicle drives like new, changed front suspension and brakes (few other things to). Prices are not the cheapest in the area but you get a warranty and great Quality. Highly recommend this place.

$1500 dollars later and my car still has the exact same misfire as when I took it in. Mechanics misdiagnosed my car but I paid for it. I'll take my car to a professional place from now on. A place that actually puts it on a computer and is capable of figuring out the problem.

Great repair shop. If you want accurate diagnostic and repair, these guys are the only option for euro besides dealer. The technicians are highly equipped and know what they are doing. If you're looking to avoid a tow to temple or Austin, give these guys a shot.

Just want to send this team much love and appreciation for how wonderful this establishment has been in helping me return my Mini Cooper back to its former glory. Even though I was in Houston they kept me up to date with my insuranc company and how best to solve my vehicles problems and though it was a long process I am so grateful for how attentive they were and never felt like they were rushing to fix the car to get it over and done with but they wanted to make sure every part and wiring was working to its full potential and I am so happy with their professionalism

What an awesome place! Headed back to Dallas and had car trouble. Stopped in here hoping to get fixed up and back on the road. Not only were they able to fix the problem for a VERY reasonable price, they also noticed I needed an oil change and tire rotation, and did that for me as well for next to nothing. Super friendly and helpful folks, very welcoming. Car stuff intimidates me, but they explained everything so I could understand it. Highly recommend this place for your next service!!

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which the owner failed to respond to when they attempted to contact him and are currently attempting to contact him a second time before closing the complaint. Afterward I will have to file in small claims court for action. I brought my car in for an oil leak, I believed it to be an oil pan leak, but it was a leak with the valve cover. I authorized the work. I picked up the car after the work was completed and on the drive home, I realized there was a loud squealing noise from my car. I tried calling and drove back over, but they had closed for the weekend. On Monday morning I dropped off the car first thing, they said there was oil on the belt, and they had changed the belt out at no cost (my car had never squealed in the four years I have owned it). The squealing noise came back but would only happen in the first few minutes of driving, I brought it back in and they said that I needed the pulleys changed out because oil had gotten in them, but it would not be covered by warranty because they had already changed the belt for free. I told them the problem came after the repair and that it wasn t making the noise so the contamination must have happened during the repair and shouldn t the cleaning of an oil leak be expected during an oil leak repair. I was told that they could not be expected to clean up all the oil spill (they had to take off the whole front end for the job). They also stated that the pulleys needing to be replaced are sometimes required after a job like this, which I responded shouldn t that have been included in the original quote and done. They replied with, honestly yeah it should have been. The mechanic also replaced the oil pan gasket ($1,800 Dollar Repair) which was not necessary because he misread the paperwork. Upon picking up the vehicle they told me he did and that I would not be charged but if I wanted the warranty for that work also, I would have to pay the $1,800 to cover the work. I do not understand how a problem that occurred because of the repair somehow does not fall under the warranty, but this establishment does. As I deal with this matter and once the BBB concludes my open claim and I move to small claims court I also realize my vehicle is going through coolant weekly. Highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for major work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amazing service! I recently brought in my BMW for an oil change and front brake replacement. They completed the oil change, but weren't able to get to my brakes in the same day. Since I work during the week, they offered to pick up my vehicle for me and bring it back when it was done to avoid missing any more time from my job. Engine check light .and rear hub bearing. double charges I refused the repair. 8 hours to replace one hub bearing.Tried to charge over $1100.00 $770.00 from warranty and $420.00 from my pocket. Took it to Euro Tech. Both rear hub and both bearing covered under warranty. I paid $179.89 out of pocket. And only two days in shop. Thanks Euro Tech. Don't use Europe Services, they're a rip off .I used their repairpal estimate certified shop web site which they're rated and certified with states $557 to 734.00. Taxes diagnoses and services fees not included. That's why they have two names CHAMPION auto and Europe Service . Be very aware !!!! .

Had my 2011 328i worked on by these guys and they did a magnificent job! Tanya&Johnny we re excellent. She was nice and made you feel at home. Johnny let me go out in the shop to ask him some questions while he was working. Highly recommend! I don't usually post reviews but I may be doing an injustice to those looking to do business with an ethical company if I didn't share my experience. I was told that my car needed a water pump, which would be an $1800 repair job. I took it to another auto shop and they said that the part needing replacement only costed $6. Apparently, it wasn't the water pump, it was the coolant hose which was covered under my warranty. The other auto shop also confirmed that the service recommended by Europe Services was not the issue at all. Very disappointing because we trust those who have knowledge in areas that we don't (in this case cars) to give us a fair analysis. Nonetheless, my car was repaired with no out of pocket expenses to me thanks to Dr. EuroMaster in Austin, Texas. I really hope you all stop deceiving people and stop your deceptive business practices. Not a good experience for me. Good luck to all

AMAZING AND SO NICE! my benz means the world to me so when she has problems it s hard to find people you can trust. I came there with one coolant leak and they found more fixed me right up! i was able to pick up my car the next day. on the way home my car was shaking so i called and them and IMMEDIATELY got me in. They brought me into the garage and showed me exactly what was wrong and how they replaced it, even gave me the spark plug for free! I highly recommend going here and i will def be back.Service: Engine repair

I always visit Europe Services to get my Mercedes serviced. They did an awesome job and did not take long at all to finish. They offered reasonable prices and great service! Here's my situation...- my family & I had just finished driving 20 hours from Utah to TX.- once reaching our destination (Salado/1200 miles later), the car started spewing heavy white smoke and shaking like a dryer filled up with steel-toed boots. I thought for sure we had a major repair on our hands, possibly even a new engine required based on other mechanics assessments.My wife found Europe Services online and we called beforehand to lay out our situation (and need to get back to Utah with our 3 kids by the end of the week.) When other mechanics heard we had a "deadline" they basically laughed at us and hung up since it was 2 days before Thanksgiving (which I understand, lol).Europe Services heard our situation, cracked their knuckles, and went to work.If I lived in TX, Joe at ES would be my mechanic. He educated me, sent me with spare parts (just in case), explained what went wrong in the first place and assured me I'd make it back to Utah safely with my Family. The whole crew were all around professionals from start to finish, and I feel like I owe them a lot more than the discounted bill they gave me.Joe and the rest of the Europe Services crew saved our Thanksgiving and got us home in one piece.HANDS DOWN the best mechanic experience I've ever had

I chose this place because I was pleased with the reviews I saw prior to my visit. When I got there, it took them less than 10 minutes to lift my vehicle and show me what was wrong. Haven t had that happen often so I let them repair the issue. The service was done quick, and my vehicle rides like butter again. The staff was nice every visit and on every call. I ll be using them for any issue I have with my vehicle, you should too.Service: Transmission

They were too busy to really check my car. The guy told me to take it to the dealership because he didn't know how much oil I needed. He didn't even look under the hood. First time I've had a problem with them. I think I'll go somewhere else from now on.

I do most all my own work on my bmw. But I have come here to inquire about a few things while modifying my car. Everyone I ve encountered there is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If there s something they can t do in shop, they ll refer you to a place or person they trust. With that being said from the experiences I ve had with this shop I trust them and in the future I ll definitely bring my car in. Some jobs are just to big for me in my garage.

I would give this auto shop 0 stars if I could. My husband and I brought our vehicle in for its scheduled maintenance and had that completed at this shop. After the service we received an error on startup "transmission fault select park before engine stop". We were notified that this particular fault requires a battery replacement, which according to them would cost at the very least $517 with the most expensive option being $543. Upon closer inspection and evaluation by Eurotech we discovered that it was simply the auxiliary battery that needed replacing at a cost of $20. When the battery was being replaced, it was noticed that one of the leads for the battery had been disconnected. Upon reconnection, the fault went away and the battery after being tested, tested good. I would not recommend this shop to anyone if you'd like honest work done to your vehicle.

If you want security, quality and honesty you need to visit this place. This place has had a change of administration that has more than 25 years of experience in European cars to improve all possible services. I recommend this place100%.Unfortunately, many people make comments on the networks without having the knowledge of reality. The employees of this workshop are all new. The longest time they have is a year and a half and it is a new administration and I can guarantee that we have the necessary experience.
