Scratched one of my brand new 24 s using crowbars. And trying to offer to put some touch up paint on it. I don t have $2500 to pay for wheels to be gashed up like this basically I paid you to F up my wheels. I even paid them for a tool they said they broke during the process

Went for a patch ...one day later had to go back made a big deal say if I was sure I has got service there when I was show the bank statement ... dove off with still 23 on my tier and my rims all scratched up now my service tier light won't come off and they left my tier with out the cap worse place ever

This tire shop is complete trash.I seen my customer getting his tire replaced here, Shortly after we met at his house for a diagnostic for repairs needed on his vehicle.As he pulled up I noticed his tire was low, as i inspected it I noticed a crack on the wall of it.The shop was going to warranty him on it, but they decided not to.This tire was old and brittle.Y'all be careful the main guy is shady and complete trash.

One of the best experiences I have had buying a tire when in a bind. Initially I came in only looking to replace one tire and expecting to spend quite a bit. Roberto showed me how he could help and I ended up getting four new brand tires. Hands down was the best amount in town. Come see this man

I highly recommend this place as they were fast efficient and very professional!! I called and spoke with a gentleman named Roberto and quoted me a very fair priced and once upon arrival only had one of the 2 tires I was needing but told me he would get the other in stock for me and had to would drive to pick k up and immediately told him to grab 3 so in total aspect he went way above and beyond his duties!! All staff was very professional and very respectful and attentive to my needs and answered all questions I had and needed!!!

I didn't get tires from here although while walking past one day I was highly disrespected by an employee. I don't know what he was saying exactly or if he was hitting on me although I do know that he was light skinned a bit buff and just seemed lazy and very lo-class with the way he wanted to treat me that day. I think said something about me getting a job while it appeared to be that he wasn't even doing his by being so worried of my money while he is on shift. It really brings down the appearance of the corporation to even hire people like this.

Be very weary if you like your car. They are low priced and use guys that are not ase certified. This alone would not be an issue... if the guys paid attention and took care of folks cars. The guy did not know where the jack points on a Hyundai was, so he simply slide the jack under without looking and the car slipped off the jack. This bent/tore the pinch weld and popped the rocker panel out slightly as the car landed on the rocker. Now if I wasn't paying attention I'd never notice this and I would have given them 5 stars. I'll just post the pics and let you see.

Roberto was so hopefully and so knowledgeable! He was quick and efficient.The tires he gave me were used like new. They looked amazing for used. Roberto saved me so much time and money. He was very kind and got me in and out. The shop was fully stocked and had my exact tires and also had the tires for my other vehicle. So I will be back. The service I received from Roberto will guarantee my return to Big Zack s.

Don't go to this piss poor tire shop. The guy by the name of Roberto, expects you to pay first for the service and then work on your tire. He thinks that you are going to leave without paying. Also customer service is horrible, they dont acknowledge you. Worst customer service i have had. If i could give 0 rating i would!!!

Had these guys change a tire for us and it came off while driving. Body shop report says the tire was improperly installed. They refuse to take responsibility. $6000 worth of damage and was told by the police officer that showed up that we were lucky to be alive. If you love living dangerously then use these guys. Lawsuit pending.

Got the best deal I coulda Got in Texas for 4 brand new 35in tires, from the beginning it was red flags. Paid for the tires and was told in 2 days they would be at the shop, 2 days passed they still weren t there. When They finally put the tires on day 3 I drove off and had my truck back for 12 days and decided it was time to go to Dallas. On my way back at HIGHWAY SPEEDS, my truck tire snapped off the lugs from not being torqued to specs. You want a good deal and to pay for it in the end go on ahead to Big Wacks Tire Shack.

Big Zack's Tire Shack is the best place to go for any of your tire issues. Roberto especially, help me on a bind where Discount Tire can't... Ordered my tires and came in the next day, I came to the shop and not even 5 minutes, my truck was off the ground, and tires ready to get replace. I highy recommend this place!! Friendly services and knowledgeable.

I called and asked if they had my tire size, he told me he would check then said yes they have 6 of the tires I need I left my house and went straight there I only live about 10 minutes from the shop, I got there and he tells me he has 0 tires in the size I need but he can make this size tire fit . Don t trust this shop

I've purchased several used tires from this place. When i first moved to killeen 4 yrs ago this is the only tire company i used. I ended up having to buy a new used tire every couple of months. At first i assumed it was the roads in killeen and the wear and tear from me doing food deliveries... Until i ended up buying a used tire from another company and noticed that i didn't have to replace those tires a few months later. In fact, i never replaced them again while i had the vehicle.Fast forward a year or so later and a different car... I had to have a tire replaced recently... And although i knew that previously i wasn't getting good tires from here... I went anyway because of the fast service. Fast forward a month later... I regret it. Im doing uber on the highway and the tire blows out. Not to mention... I bought a new used tire because i didn't want to keep putting air in the old one... But days later i was back to putting air into that same tire. Then the owner had the nerve to have an attitude when i called about my issue... But didn't have an attitude when i spent my money.Im not sure about the other services they offer... But this is not the place for a single woman to purchase a used tire. The owner will take advantage and then be cocky about it. Im sure he doesn't speak to men that way lol.

Gave me incorrect tire size to my vehicle. My suv required standardly 235/60/R17. They gave me 225/60/R17. Had to go to NTB to get proper tires size, since no one else in town had my tire size and had to be ordered. And the tires were used without asking me if I wanted new or used, when I came for new tires.

Not to happy with the service at this time. I bought a full set of 24in tires brand new and there were issues with mounting that caused a bubble and major damage to the new tire. Will be contacting them for reimbursement. These pics where taken at a different business that showed me what was done wrong....

Went to get used tires, the guy that attended to me said $75, i asked if it s negotiable and he said do i want to pay $25 instead. He was very rude and its even sad he said he is the manager of the place. Go to people that appreciate customers, this place does not

Great environment. But probably the most expensive place you ll go to to get a simple tire swap. Almost $30 bucks and they not even jacking the car up or keeping the spare tire. When u can get the same service literally across the street for half of the price. If someone in staff would reach out to me and tell me that that s not the price then one of you guys owe me money. And really need to start paying attention

Yeah, absolutely not. Rolled up today on the Fourth of July seeing that the bay door was opened two individuals were just sitting on their phones looking bored out of their minds. I asked if I could get air topped off and was told 10 bucks. I m looking right at the hose laying in front of the bay and a air compressor. As soon as I pulled up in front of the building, the French Montana lookin brotha started salivating. Told them I was good and went on my way. Maybe I m tripping. Maybe it was the way that lil homie said it. Idk I m a local and all I needed were the tires topped off, they weren t flat. Shouldn t prey on the community like that. If that s how they treat the need of air it speaks volumes for the rest of their available services.
