Had my brakes done at another location, ruining one of my calipers and brake master cylinder. I called big ricks and explained what happened, his team took care of reviewing everything and replacing the parts necessary. Overall, amazing work! Would recommend this place to anyone who needs trusted mechanical work done. Again, thank you! 10/10.

Great experience with Big Rick's Auto Care. They are very professional and stand by their word. The price is very reasonable and the work is excellent. I highly recommend this mechanical shop over others that I have been to previously in the Killeen area.

Took my vehicle there to have my valve cover gasket repair and my check engine light was on. $3,500 later and 4 days after I dropped off. I picked it up and my check engine light comes right back on one hour after I picked it up. So I took it back to mechanic shop only for them to tell me that my timing is going closest I just spent getting my valve cover valve cover gasket two front struts and my rack-and-pinion. Not only that the very next dad took it to another mechanic shop and they tell me that that I was charged for was never done. So I highly suggest going anywhere else but hereService: General repairs & maintenance

Took our car in to have because our AC went out. They ordered the part, which only took a couple of days. Then had our car done in a couple of hours. Jason was great! I visited this shop for the first time 5 months ago and decided to have our brakes done there, and had a vehicle check up because we had just driven the car across the country. During the service they found a disconnected hose and they repaired it at no charge. Because of such I can tell you they are honest, and their service is impeccable! This week we had an oil change, and they took us in quickly, and completed the service quickly.What I love is that they text us at intervals to follow up on our vehicle. I have never had a mechanic's shop care about how our vehicle is running. Usually after someone gets your money the service is complete. Not these guys... they care, and they follow up on their performed service. For that alone, we are very appreciative. We can always count on excellent and trust worthy service. Our pride and joy daughter (attending Baylor) is driving that car in Texas while we reside in Seattle, Wa... We know the vehicle is in good hands with this shop, and we have them on speed dial because we can trust them to take care of whatever the issue!

Big Rick came highlyrecommended. He quoted me 1/3 of what I was about to pay to replace wheel bearings. It was easy to book an appointment and he had the work done within hours of dropping the car off. He personally sent a text the next day to make sure I was pleased with the work and everything was alright. Though I live in Georgetown, I will definitely be using his services again and I do recommend anyone in the surrounding area to please give him your business.

Had a check engine light that came on my Honda Accord (I am extremely picky about my auto maintenance, and I had always gone to the dealership and had kept every single maintenance receipt on file) As a Referal by a co worker, I visited Rick s auto shop Saturday October 16, 2021 at 10:00. Rick has over 30 plus years of experience in the automotive maintenance field, I was provided with an honest assessment, (this gentleman is not trying to rip off customers seriously) his mechanics troubleshoot everything and at the end, the mechanic road tested my vehicle to ensure everything was done fine. My co worker had two trucks engines swapped, and they were well done jobs with zero problems. Big Rick s provides all services in one stop shop, oil change, tire rotation, balance and alignment just to mention a few and has very competitive prices. You can bring your OEM brake pads, oil, and Rick and his team will do the profesional labor. I am satisfied and will take my business to this shop as needed.

Had a great experience there! Was recommended to us by a friend, their prices seem more than fair. They were friendly and descriptive about everything (for people who don t know much about cars aka me) even printed us a nice receipt/estimation for the future work that needs to be done. We will definitely be going back for all car maintenance.

Big Rick's is possibly the best and most honest repair shop in Killeen, at least from my experience. Been going to Rick's for a few years, ever since my dad recommended the place. Great for all sorts of repairs. Recently had a bolt come loose in my engine and he was able to fix the problem in an hour!Highly recommend Rick's if you need an honest opinion on your vehicle

This was my 1st and only experience with this shop. My truck runs like professional grade again. If you want high quality mechanics that you can trust. This is the place of professionals that make you happy to pay top dollar for high quality work they take pride in. Would not do mechanical business at any other place. There work is like, "WOW!"

First time coming to Big Ricks to get work done on my car. Very, very honest people; they look out for your best Interest and make sure you are taken care of very well. Rick and his staff know their stuff. He will go out of his way to make sure your car is safe on the road. Even open on saturdays!

They (Rick)charged me $29 to look at my truck for 10 minutes and still didn't tell me what was wrong with it. The check engine light was on and he didn't even run a diagnosis on it so he could at least show me the codes. I immediately took it to Firestone and they charged me $10 for an inspection and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Big Rick's is a typical shop that tries to figure out ways to get the most money out of people. These other reviews must be friends and family!

Great place and not your typical mechanic shop they actually try to suggest better options to save you money and most important...time. Always flexible as I would change what I wanted done to my vehicle. I don't post any but I was truly satisfied with customer service and outcome that this was a must. Great place!

Nothing but good things to say about these folks. Had a whole bunch going on with my car and being a young female I was stressed about not only where to go but whether I could afford what needed to be fixed and whether people would try to get over on me. They fixed my car same day, called me at work with updates, and was patient with me getting back to them in time to get my car. I even received a text from the owner asking if everything with my car was still okay. I have more to get done to my car and will for sure go back to see Rick and his crew!

Great care and concern fixing my sons truck after he took it to several places spending a lot of money to be told there was nothing wrong with it, and in fact there were a couple of things wrong with it. Rick and his team took their time found the problems and fixed them at a reasonable cost...My son says his truck is like a brand new truck now Thank You Rick, and team.

They didn't correctly diagnose my cars issue with the break switch or fix the issue. I picked up my car and had the same problem as before after they replaced a part that didnt need replacing and ignored the original issue. Then later come to find out they installed a faulty break line which popped off while i was out driving .

Ricks great, been going there since I had my first car that was a total lemon, a few years ago, and he guided and worked with me to get it going again. Will keep bringing my vehicles there when I need it worked on :)
