Rain was excellent. She was not pushy , honest and got me just what I wanted. I think I have a new dealer to go to whenever my need for a vehicle arises. The whole team made the buying process pleasant .

I made an appt for brakes and I told them when I dropped off the car to do the brakes. They didn t do what I asked. The service advisor Austin was not helpful at all and didn t offer to make it right. He simply said that there wasn t enough time to take care of it and to bring it back another time. I don t live in Killeen so I will not be driving an hr to come back. Don t go here if you want services completed. They don t care about inconveniencing you.

This is my second vehicle i purchased with them and always satisfied. They make sure they are with you from beginning to the end. They even flew me in to pickup my new vehicle. Couldn't ask for anything more they truly define excellent customer service.

TYLER!!!! He is in the service department and he has to be the sweetest thing ever. He got me in and out with no problem gave me some quotes and had a wonderful conversation. Amazing young man and great customer service. The type of service you'd expect from anyone anywhere.

Didn't appreciate the fact that my service representative lied about how much I was going to pay. And never answered the phone. And was not helpful at all. He told me that my vehicle would be ready on Friday, and it was not ready until Monday. This is the second time I used this repair shop and both time was a bad customer service experience.

Always get my oil changes here & employees are nice & respectful. My son enjoys the free snacks while I use the free wifi. I will continue to get my car serviced here.

Making an appointment by phone is easy. And they are prompt to check you in. Not real happy about the cost but you have to pay for everything these days. They do a thorough job and sometimes go an extra mile like adding windshield wipers at no cost. They have a shuttle that drop me off at home and picks me up when my car is ready. I recommend this over anything Ford does.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone. Informed service writer that I needed to get oil change and brake fluid flushed as part of the scheduled maintenance. I let them know I have my own oil and filter.I show up early for my appointment and the service manager walks out. Doesn't introduce himself, and after hearing my let the person know where the oil and filter were in the vehicle, tells me that due to warranty he can't use my filter. I used to work for Nissan so I know that that's not true. He then walks away.After the service is over and I pay for it I go home and look over the receipt and find that they charged me for the oil that I bought and filter and a tire rotation. I don't even know how they did the rotation because they never asked me for a key for my lug nuts. So I went back and they refunded the oil change and rotation charges.And I now have to go back again because according to another dealership the brake fluid looks as if it hasn't been flushed.So it's safe to say I won't be returning for any service or when I buy my next Nissan and a few months when my lease is up.

We go here for anything to do with our Armada. It's still under warranty so were keeping everything up to date. We do all the oil changes here too. It cost less than going to a quick change place, and they are just as fast. If you need any Nissan work I recommend here.

Horrible service, it took two hours to change the oil and do a computer update. Plis when we started driving home the vehicle started to vibrate. We got home and four of the five lug nuts on the left rear tire loose.

NOT AS GOOD SEVICE, THIS TIME, CAR ON RECALL, DIDN'T CLEAN IT, CHECK THE BREAKS. DO THE TRANSMISSION, POWERTRAIN, OR TIP OFF/CHANGE THE TRANSMISSION FLUID.I MIGHT HAVE TO REPORT IT, IDK,DID THE INSPECTION AND CAME UP SHORT
