I bought my Ford from Automax back in 2018. If you don't have an appointment and there's 3 cars waiting, you'll be waiting at least an hour just to have someone talk to you. Then another hour or two to have your car seen. If you do have an appointment, it will take 3 hours for a simple oil change (I only went there for an oil change because they sent me a deal via email). Either way, you're better off going literally anywhere else - even if it may cost a little more.

I brought my Ford in for a recall. I was informed there were a total of five recalls identified in the database. They said they needed to inspect the vehicle and keep it for 24-48 hours. After 48 hours, I called for an update. They essentially did nothing to clear the recalls saying they conducted a courtesy check, but would conduct a diagnostic check (for a cost) to assess any other issues. This is backwards from the recalls if they did any inspecting of the vehicle. Based on this experience I don't trust anything they say or do and encourage everyone to be cautious when using this business

I dropped my vehicle off for warranty work on a Friday, and my service advisor said she would text me every day with status updates. I didn't hear "ANYTHING" until Wednesday after I complained. I tried calling my service advisor every day but kept getting her voice-mail. Calling the service department did me no good because they kept pushing me off on someone else who would never call me back. On that following Wednesday, I called and complained, and then suddenly, my F-150 was ready. I will never take my vehicle there again.

DO NOT come here. I brought my Ford Fusion in because something is draining my car battery. Originally was told 3-4 days, which ended up being 3 weeks and $195. My advisor was dodgy the entire time and finally got fed up so I went and got my car turns out he was fired and I wasn t informed. Then they tried to charge me for having the loaner car at 3/4th tank instead of full when I received it at 3/4th full and signed the documents stating as such when I got it. The only decent person here is the guy who handled the paperwork when I got my car.

Excellent establishment.. awesome staff. They ll call you every single day with updates on your vehicle. Even when they re off. You can t ask for a better group of individuals

Do not buy from them.Will upscale the extended warranty with a sales point you'll get a loaner car if needed for repairs. Yes you will, for repairs only and only the time it should have taken.3 days just to evaluate your vehicle because essentially "people are late. So we've lost all ability to schedule so we can't tell you when to come back" doesn't count and if they don't work on the vehicle the day they were supposed to, you don't get reimbursed for a rental/loaner.

Had an appointment dropped it off I was told it could take up to 24 hrs. Called that evening for status they said they were still looking at it to figure out what's wrong. The problem is no one has looked at it since I dropped it of and today I was told they will let know as they are looking at it but my GPS and camera still say no one has looked at it. It has not moved from its parking spot and has not been turned on. HOLDING ON TO AN AUTOMOBILE AND LYING to the customer IS NOT GOOD

I have had to return my car twice for a check engine light. It took over a month both times to get my car back. They don't have loner cars and won't update you on the status of your vehicle. The point of contact would not call me back and dismissed me when I stopped by. I go to Johnson Brothers in Temple to get services. Killeen Ford is just terrible. Thanks for reading.

I just got my new car with Rosevelt! he was amazing! he was very up front and professional, made me want to buy the car without hassling me or pressuring, talked me into it and crunched the numbers! would definitely recommend

there was a little mix up with where I left my car over night to be serviced the next morning. Once I contacted Kayl� La Page, she worked diligently to get my car serviced in such a timely manner. I will definitely look forward to working with her on my next service date.

Don't go here unless you like throwing your money in the trash. Had repair work done here, just to have to go to another place to fix what they did plus solve the original problem. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Very slow service. Don t expect a 30 min or less oil change. Every time I go here it is at least 1.5 hrs all the way up to 2.5 hrs. This is just for a basic service. They do have a nice lounge and theater to watch movies. I was very disappointed that they did away with the free tacos in the morning. That was about the only thing that made waiting that long somewhat bearable..

Well, make sure that you have signed on the agreement consent for fix your vehicle, instead of go ahead fix it without your consent. It happened to me. Good thing my truck is in a very good condition.

Dropped my Car off Monday for a bad Fuel Pump. Turnaround time was FAST !!! They ordered the part Tuesday and had my Vehicle back to me Thursday !!

Very disappointed in service on 3/10/23.. with an appointment it took over 2 hours.. 2 technicians were horseplaying and picking up each other and on cell phones( i hope they weren t on the clock) i have pictures!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change
