Upon my arrival at Auto Masters I met with an awesome guy by the name of Andrew I had a small issue with a blowout on my tire he tried in every way to get me the most accurate helping hand which he still did if you ever need a inspection engine or transmissions brakes electrical Diesel and fleet by any means this should be your first place you come check out they're very loving attention Fair quality of their work shows for itself again I implore you before you take that first option to go with someone else come over to Auto Masters and get love fair pricing and the most diligent work service known to the careerServices: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

Auto masters mechanic shop is all around wonderful with amazing mechanics . Mr Rickey and help fellow mechanics helped me and my family and fixed our vehicle in ways we couldn t imagine . It s running like brand new . I wouldn t go anywhere else in Killeen as they will get you up and running and very communicative . Thank you for helping me and my family with a more reliable vehicle and also being honest with me and what s wrong with the car . Thank you Mr Rickey and his fellow mechanics

The folks here at Auto Masters were amazing! Andrew was courteous, kind and honest about both the work needed to get me back on the road but also about how much time it would take. The car was finished earlier than expected! I ll gladly refer anyone I know to bring their car there. Truly impressed with the service and the way they care for both the customer and your car

Worst shop ever! Customer service was horrible and didn't get the problem fixed at all and was still highly overcharged! They lied about having the car fixed. They don't represent mechanics well. Stay as far away from this horrible shop and I recommend no one ever goes to this shop! If I could give them zero stars I would.

I jus walked up car had died asked to borrow jump box or if employee could cone around to my car n giv a jump no hesitation they help me out I walked up n drove off. Highly recommend them if you have cat troubles. Any place let an employee leave at busy time is good business

These guys are great, Andrew and Rance are professional and want to help. I had my truck towed there because it wouldn t start. Once the truck was there it started right up. So they kept a few days to see if the issue I experienced happened again, it didn t. They didn t make up a story and create a repair just to make money. That was my first encounter, very positive. Next I needed my headlights replaced which they did. A couple of weeks later I noticed the driver s side headlight was loose. I called Andrew, he said bring it in and they fixed it on the spot, no extra charge. I highly recommend Auto Masters. Andrew and Rance are my go-to guys at this amazing automotive shop! Very friendly and willing to help me diagnose issues with my vehicle even if I don't have the repair performed at their shop. They recently replaced a lower ball joint and CV axle on my Hyundai sonata and had it done the same day where other shops told me it would be at least a week. Pricing is fair for the quality of work that they do. Would definitely recommend to friends and will be using them from here on out.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went to Auto Masters for a full synthetic oil change. I have a 2021 Kia Seltos and I was tired of spending hours at the Kia dealership even with an appointment. The guys at Auto Masters had me in and out in less than an hour. It was my own fault for waiting to have an oil change lol, but they took care of me quickly and the service was excellent. My car is driving smooth and better than ever. I ll definitely be back!Service: Oil change

Let me start by saying, after contacting 8 different places, I gotta hand it to you guys for standing out from the rest. It's not every day you come across a garage shop that's not afraid to ask the right questions and show some genuine concern. While the others just turned me away with a simple 'sorry, no room,' you took the time to dig deeper.I want to extend my sincere gratitude for giving me the space and opportunity to have my car issues addressed. It's refreshing to deal with a team that actually cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to help them out. The guys here in the shop have great customer service! One of the only places I ll take my vehicle. I know they re fast and reliable. I ve never had any issues once I got my car back!! They ve always explained everything to me and as a woman I didn t have to worry about paying for things that weren t needed. Went in because I saw AC billboard on ft hood and they were going to do an AC recharge for me but determined I didn t need it. Andrew and CJ were super cool about telling me like it was and I appreciate it. Going into a mechanic shop as a woman, it s super easy to get screwed and they were unwilling to charge me for something I didn t need. Will definitely be back.

The church I pastor is right down the rode and we received an older bus as a gift. I took it here for maintenance and this place did a fantastic job! There was a lot of work to be done and they did it very well. Andrew was great with communication, explanation and expectations of time/cost. Life has been added to the bus and for that New Sunset Community Church is extremely thankful for this place!

Great group of people, will definitely be coming back for all my cars issues and will be recommending Auto Masters to all of my family and friends. I was telling my husband that not one person here at this shop tried to Take advantage of the fact that I was a woman as do not know much about my car or it s issues, they fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and didn t try and take me for a ride so for that I am very grateful. I was in a pickle when my car broke down on the road and needed a fast and affordable shop to get me running again. Rance was able to get me checked out even though they were full. I was nervous about the bill but when they told me the price, I was impressed by how reasonable it was. When I was told by other local shops that it would be 5-7 days before I would get my car back, they had it done the very next day! Rance, CJ, and Andrew are great assets to the shop. The Mechanics are informative and not trying to sell you unnecessary services. If you're looking for reliable, fast, friendly, and affordable repairs, Automasters is the place to go. Took my truck in for a brake issue I just couldn't figure out. Keep in mind, I typically work on my own stuff. Needless to say, Andrew was very nice and informative telling me the issue and they got it done super quick! I was expected to be down for a few days but I had it back about a day later. Super impressed. Great work guys.

Shoutout to Enzo and Andrew for taking care of me. I came in with my bumper halfway on due to an accident last year (that wasn t properly fixed in the first place) and immediately they were helpful. Replaced my AC compressor myself BUT didn t have a vacuum and system to charge my AC! Andrew picked up first ring, got me in within 10 minutes and charged me less than what everyone else quoted me (WITHOUT QUESTION). After the recent ice storm something was off with my car. Started at the dealer who gave me a long list that would cost a couple thousand dollars. A friend referred Auto Masters and these are great people. They quickly diagnosed the real issue and fixed it same day. I can t say enough how nice it is to find an honest auto repair shop here in Killeen. Had them replace my front steering assembly and all four tires on my 2018 dodge grand caravan they had it done in a day and for a good price.
