I had lowering springs put on my car here. Excellent work, and I was very pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend calling them for your vehicle maintenance needs. See my before and after pictures.Update from my second visit: excellent work, the team was very thorough with my car and I really appreciate all the work they do. I was also able to get an appointment for maintenace without waiting too long. I will be returning when I need anything else done to my car!

I took my car here after doing research on auto shops nearby. I needed to get an oil change and have it checked for any potential issues that I didn't know about before going on an upcoming road trip.They let me know that my car had a few issues (this was to be expected), and showed me pictures. They explained to me what needed to be done to rectify the issues. They were able to get my car in really fast! On top of that, they fixed my car up in a timely manner!If you're looking for peace of mind that your car is going to be in good hands, I'd definitely recommend coming here.

Coming into a new environment and not necessarily knowing where your car will be serviced is a big deal. Is it the highest priority Probably not, but when your car starts to malfunction it definitely holds weight on that list. Auto Euphoria never let that happen to me. They were always available when I needed them and always took great care of my car. Mario and Adam, at the front desk, also took care of me as an individual. They offered amazing car and worldly advice. They made my experience in Killeen, TX that much better. If you want an auto shop to truly care about you and your vehicle please go to Auto Euphoria!

Auto Euphoria has set the bar extremely high, and I would be hard pressed to ever take my vehicle(s) anywhere else ever again. The establishment is extremely clean and inviting.About 1-2 weeks ago I came in and expressed concerns regarding some potential electrical issues, in addition to some weird jerkiness from the engine, and overall sloppy feelings I was getting from driving a 20th Anniversary GTI I am trying to bring back to its former glory. Immediately Mario let me know that he wants to get me taken care of but due to some ongoing projects the AE team was working on, it would be best to try the following week: Already a great sign that they didn't hold my vehicle hostage in the interest of trying to make sure I spent my money there.The following week, I came in and Mario remembered exactly who I was, my vehicle and the issues I (very) briefly explained to him over a week ago. He got me hooked up, and laid down the step-by-step process for costs, what will be done, what constitutes more diagnostic time, and that no work will be done without my approval. The biggest thing that other shops don't do that AE does was the online web portal that showed pictures, and detailed descriptions of what was being looked at, and what they found. I have this problem where I want to make sure the work is done correctly, but I don't always have the space, or expertise to do that :-) - This process was AMAZING, and it kept me in the loop without having to bother the AE team.After diagnostics were complete, Mario very carefully and expertly explained all findings I had initial concerns with, IN ADDITION to the findings for issues I mentioned that as well were not the primary concern. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase these other services, and it was very obvious from the get-go that they truly were looking out for my safety and other valid concerns I have while trying to restore a 20+ year old car. Turnaround time was absolutely insane with how quick this occurred. I dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday, and it was ready by Monday MORNING!I am absolutely floored by the professionalism I experienced when using AE, and I don't think I've ever received any vehicle I've owned back in BETTER SHAPE than when I dropped it off!Mario, my service advisor, and Joseph, the technician that worked on my vehicle are absolutely phenomenal at their jobs, and if it were up to me, they would get a free week off from work. Keep up the great work, and I will be bringing all of my VWs down to AE from this point on - The 40 min drive is worth every penny.Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

I just had my 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 AWD serviced and they did a fantastic job. It was a 42k major service, replacing the spark plugs along with other routine maintenace. They also replaced the brake rotors and pads. The car drives like it was brand new, just off the showroom floor. My compliments to Adam at the front desk and Allen who did the service work. My thanks and they earned a new regular customer. I'll be back.

Great people. I dropped my 2016 GLI to get a lot of work done and they did it amazingly. They would email or message me giving me details and asking for input on what they thought would be a better option. They emailed me a long list of everything they did and what they would recommend. I will be bringing my Tiguan to them to do work on it. I appreciate everything they did. My GLI runs awesome and it is really really fun to drive now and makes it feel like a race car even though it s still a slow jetta.

I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Very honest and professional, shop area is super clean. Repairs are guaranteed for 3 years or 36000 miles. They only replace parts with OEM parts, no aftermarket parts. I've been taking my Audi S5 there for a little over a year now. I usually work with a gentleman named Walt and he has excellent customer service skills and ensures that the job gets done right at a competitive price. I have had my vehicle service there and it's much more convenient than driving all the way to Austin for a service.I recently was working with the gentleman named Adamwhich helped me to get a stage 1 APR tune for my vehicle. The technician that was responsible for making the magic happen name is Joseph. I requested an appointment online. Adam called me the next morning and tried to get me in that day, as I requested, but could not leave my car. Got me in the day I requested with no problem. The place is very clean and I was addressed as soon as I worked in, even though he was on the phone. I loved!! I view that as very professional. Took care of me as soon as he was done. Very friendly and helpful. I took my BMW in for an oil change. They had it done quickly. Called me. When I picked up the car. They had put plastic over my seat to protect and paper on the floor. I was very impressed. They had checked everything for me and let me know I needed an alignment and 40K service done. How much it would be; broke it down for me. Sent it to me in a text link. Very easy to click and use. I made an appointment for the alignment and decided to wait on the 40K service rn. Great service with that just like the oil change. My baby drives very happy right now! Called to set an appointment to get an alignment. Mario picked up and we talked through what needed to be done and when I could bring the car in. Very nice facility and the crew there were great. Very knowledgeable and looking to support your needs without pushing unnecessary extra parts or labor for on you. Job well done.

I have been getting my cars repaired or serviced here since I arrived to TX. Mario and Adam are great service advisors and the text approvals help expedite repairs. Joe is a great technician and has always has my cars in top notch condition. Also a great place to get your euro cars taken to the next level in the Perfomance department as well. Man there just isnt enough too say about the team at AE Their professionalism and expertise that they have is unbeatable!!! One thing i can definitely say is they got my car in and out in the most effecient time as possible they did a whole engine replacement and bigger turbo installation and did it smooth and easily. HUGEEE SHOUTOUT TOO JOE BROWN, MARIO CASELLE,STEVE SOSINKI, for absolutely helping me out with any question on my and not letting me take my car until is was road tested and 100% able too be put back into my possession. My experience with Auto Euphoria was very unpleasant first visit they took my BMW and moved it to back with the other junk cars when I didn't take their over price quote, second visit they give me a quote of $925.00 for replacing a side mirror on my porsche, the part cost less then $40.00 u don't have to be a genius to realize it was rip off.Beware!

The best place I town so far! I've been to at least 4 different car repair places and this place seems the most honest, forthcoming and timely. They didn't just fix my car expediently, they also educated me on what to do and not to do to help my car last.
