Today I went into All American and Kirsten Dalzell was great! She was very welcoming and kept me well informed down to minor details which I was extremely grateful for. She made sure I was aware of the work being done and was very down to earth. The entire team was amazing and kept me updated every step of the way. I really appreciate them and I am definitely a customer for life. The technician is equally as awesome and Amanda as well. Thank you all for making a trying situation a breeze. They get a 10 from me. My breaks decided they wanted to go out and the team was like nope, we got it, and took care of me. They pulled my truck straight back and got to it. I would recommend this crew to anyone. I had a great experience with my car being service and the necessary repairs that was needed. The Chevrolet service department is exceptional. They really made me feel comfortable with their professionalism and courtesy. The technician listened to what I had to say concerning my car. While traveling out of town I was kept updated on everything concerning my car. My car is in excellent condition. All problems resolved. The customer This is why I keep purchasing from Chevrolet because they are excellent at what they do.

I like this dealership, I can't say that about others in the least. I have only dealt with the service area so far but when I do sell my Blazer and get a new one I want to go back to this dealership. If the sales people are anything like the service people who didn't make me feel like I was beneath them. I would be happy to give them my business always.

Came in a little early for scheduled 3:20pm service. Was greeted professionally and my vehicle was taken in early. The service and tire rotation was completed quickly and i was out of there. I always appreciate not having to waste an entire day waiting to get my vehicle serviced. Been using All American for years and will continue to give them my business.

The customer service team is very friendly and welcoming. They take care of your vehicle and keep you informed on the progress. They give you a wide berth of time for the work to be done but try their most to cut that timeframe down immensely. Can t ever give a top rating because it gives the team something to continue to strive for.

Great customer service everytime I come to this establishment. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and wait is usually not bad . If you don t want to wait you have the option of getting a ride from their shuttle home , which is also a plus . I go here for all my truck maintenance and couldn t be more satisfied with services I receive I truly appreciate the staff here !

This was my first service on my 2022 Silverado, and since I only had a little over 2,000 miles, the service adviser wrote a comment on his record that I have a free tire rotation at 7,000 (later date).

Called on Tuesday. Got an appointment at 0700 Friday morning for airbag recall. Received a promotional coupon for an oil change while there. Service was completed in a timely manner. Employees had a good sense of humor and were courteous. Great customer service.

I've been to All American Chevy twice and I've been overly impressed each time. Justin has been amazing with his personal contact, amazing, customer service, and honesty with what's needed to be done to repair my Yukon. I would recommend You were dealership 100%! Thank you for being a car dealership that I can trust. It's so difficult to find.

All American Chevrolet was pleasant working with. The Services Manager was very professional in his pre -check of my vehicle and explaining what have to happen. Kirsten was just awesome in keeping me informed of each step of the repairs. Her attentiveness and professional service is worth gold! Thank you for the service your department provided.

Great customer service. I called the dealership and was able to get an appointment without delay. I dropped off my vehicle and assumed it would be a long wait to get the maintenance complete. Within no time at all my vehicle is ready. The attendant at the counter was very friendly andmade me feel like a valued customer.

Oil change was pretty quick. But the mechanic who drivers the car in and out needs to use some kind of protection paper and seat cover to keep greasy shoes and pants from leaving stains on a white interior. I cleaned it off. Other than that it was all good. Just have respect for the customer.

Service desk was very courteous and professional. The individual that I received help with in parts was knowledgeable but hard to read and left me with not the greatest of impressions/experiences. As expected, cost of parts and labor was hard to digest even though they did give me a break on the labor by reducing the amount of hours charged - 2.5 hours instead of the whole 4. In my opinion they could afford to do this cause with the proper tools and manuals, this job could have easily only taken an hour.

As always, we had a great experience at All American Chevrolet of Killeen Service Center. Not only was our vehicle order and purchase a breeze, but so far our use of the service department has equally been smooth and affordable. Just make sure you call in directly to schedule service and not use the app because sometimes they won't get the appointment information- they will work you in however, and perform work rather quickly even in that circumstance. Super friendly and professional team.

I came for an oil change and tire rotation on February14 and since then my car has been shaking when speed is over 60mph. I returned my vehicle today February 19 to have them take a look at it. Was told that now my tire has ware and tear and I need an alignment that s gonna cost me $150 more. I wasn t told this when I took my car in for a rotation. So now they just realize I need this after I complained that my car is shaking? My car ran smoothly before taking it to the service center

I have used All American Chevrolet service department on several occasions for two of my Silverado trucks and have been very impressed with the level of professionalism and the communication. My service advisor Hayley is the best in the business. She communicates throughout the process. The work done by the mechanics has always been first class.

They were very busy at the time of my appointment, the wait time wasn t that bad. The guy that checked me in was very nice and kept me updated on the progress of my truck. He also helped me to get my walker in the truck as well as me. Very professional.

Service department is outstanding and work hard for the customer. Amanda ,Hayley and technician Robert got me back on the road with confidence. I highly recommend All American Chevrolet of Killeen, Tx to family and friends. Hayley worked with my warranty company tirelessly to ensure my needs were met. Robert identified other problems that I had with my vehicle during inspection. Save me from breakdown on the road ahead. Best service in Central Texas.
