My experience with pineco tracker and equipment was one of the smoothest transactions that I have ever made. Heather is one of the most knowledgeable salesperson that I have ever dealt with . She was right on point with the price points and made me a offer that I couldn't refuse. We made the deal over the phone within 45 minutes. Delivery was immediate. Delivery was on point with excellent customer service. I could talk all day about how good this went. I have purchased a lot of machines in the last 30 years from many different dealers, this by far has been the best of all. Once again thank you Heather!! You will be hearing from me again.

Very pleased with the staff at Pineco Equipment and with my new Bad Boy mower. They worked with me to get the exact package I was looking for. Pricing was right and communication was excellent. If you need a mower, tractor or trailer give Heather Burton a call.

This review is regarding Service department only. We bought a tractor and side by side from Pineco in 2019; every time we need something serviced/repaired it is such a hassle. They want you to drop equipment and there reply is always the same - we will get to it when we can which is always weeks or months out; but they won t let you schedule an appointment. Will buy from a better staffed, local company next time.

Glad we were referred here by our neighbor :) We received a great price for a new mower. They even delivered it to our property. Dwayne was instrumental in showing us how to properly operate to maintaining our new mower. Thank you so much Dwayne for all your awesome assistance!! Also, the staff is friendly :)

Chad Hammer and Pineco are the best around! Super friendly and informative. For a first time tractor user, they could not have been more helpful. If your in the market for a tractor, I would suggest checking them out. You won t be disappointed. Thanks again guys!

My husband Otha and I were assisted by Colby today at the Kerens location. My husband was interested in the Bad Boy mowers and Colby was very knowledgeable of all the mowers in the Bad Boy lineup. I would like to say what a great place to do business! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with anything we needed. Chad was our salesman and he was wonderful!!! He made us feel appreciated. We left knowing we purchased a machine of great quality and value! And at a great price!!! We have found a home to do our future business with!!! Best experience you could ever have when buying equipment! Coy was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase of a golf cart and a utility trailer. They made trading in our Ranger a fast and easy process for us. Would recommend to anyone!

Chad Hammer was very quick to respond and work with our finance company, we called spoke with Chad and within an hour we were able to pickup our new mower. We were very satisfied they were very friendly and knowledgeable and we will return for all of our future services and purchases. Thank you guys for being on the ball!!

My wife and I went to Pineco Tractor and Equipment knowing what wanted but we still had questions about other brands. We were introduced to Chad, the guy in charge. (found out that he was owner) Chad answered all our questions and even offered information we hadn't thought of asking. In the end, we made our decision and bought our first tractor and have been very pleased with our decision. Chad made this the best buying experience that I've ever had.

The guys at pineco got my tractor taken care of when I had a warranty issue and it was easy for me. When I needed a service done they did it for less than I expected, quicker than I expected. I'm glad to be a customer of theirs

There is no substitute for integrity or great customer service. I purchased a Mahindra tractor and a Bad Boy zero turn mower from Pineco in Kerens. Chad, his father, family and service staff are truly a 5-Star team. Their prices are great but that alone doesn't earn my ranking, it is the service after the sale for years now that is so incredible and why I recommend you buy from them.I thought I was about to have to spend several thousand dollars to buy a new mower or wait weeks to get mine repaired but Chad gave me a free tip over the phone on something to check and guess what.. once again Pineco came through for me! Now all I need is to put on my sombrero and sunglasses and get back to mowing.

I had an amazing sales experience at Pineco Tractor in Kerens. My salesman was Chad Hammer, he was so friendly and courteous. He was very knowledge about the products and was so helpful in finding me the right tractor for my needs. I would definitely recommend Pineco Tractor to my friends and family. Pineco tractor and equipment is hands down the best company to buy anything from. The Owner Chad Hammer is great sales person and treats everyone who walks into his business as if they were family. He is always so helpful and attentive to the needs of his customers. I highly recommend you go see Chad and he will get you set up in whatever you may want or need.

The store was very clean. Extremely friendly, even allowed us to bring our Doberman in.Chad was great, he walked us through some great options. Colby Perez is a consummate professional! Very attentive and a straight shooter. On the two occasions I visited Pineco he was quick to greet me and give me an overview of thieir tractors and mowers! Today I purchased a Bad Boy Avenger 60 because of my first interaction with him. I had been searching for over three weeks the culture at Pineco and Colby s exceptional customer service won me over! Anytime I need some equipment for my ranch Pineco will be my first stop and I ll ask for Colby Perez!

I've bought equipment in the past, but let me tell you something;this has genuinely been the best experience I've ever had buying anything. I called about 2 months ago and talked to the sales associate named Colby.. I asked questions about the bad boy series mowers and got a "well enough" answer, unsure if its really what i was in the market for (and I told him that) I said I'd think about it and said goodbye. I shopped all other places and brands. But availability seemed to be a issue. So I though I'd call back and no kidding, right off the bat he remembered our conversation from months ago.I'm now the proud owner of a "Bad Boy" ZT Elite Residential mower and the major selling point of Pineco Tractor & Equipment Company isn't the availability of product (they have equipment that many places are sold out of) if they do not have it they will order anything for you. It isn't the price point which was more than a fair deal. It was the people that went out of their way to make sure I could operate the machine, understood the limitations of the capacity with the equipment, and maintenance information thats included in the pamplet. Never have I ever had service like this! The attention to detail and questions they had to place me on a piece of equipment that fully fit my needs really makes me feel that they have my best interest at heart. After a 5 point inspection Colby, another man and myself get the mower loaded and I make the 45 minute trek home and I get it unloaded. I make a few passes and its getting dark so I decide to park it. What a day! The next morning about 09:00 I recieve a call and its Colby checking to see if I got it unloaded ok and if I had used it yet! I don't know if it's company policy or if I just have the best associate in the world but honestly they make me feel like family. The follow through of this sales associate is unparalleled. If your tired of big box stores and don't want to be treated like a number anymore, this is where home is.

Colby was very friendly and helpful in getting us the Bad Boy mower we were looking for. Great place to get a tractor too. Chad helped me with a Mahindra 4540 last year. Very happy with both purchases.

Pineco Tractor is the greatest!! They are very professional and courteous! Chad is excellent! He'll hook you up with a good deal.. The only place to buy a lawnmower or tractor and all the necessities! They have my business for as long as they're open!!

First off I would like to say Chad Hammer in Kerens has to be the best sales person I've ever dealt with hands down, I'm a customer for life! Second he stayed late to help me out on the mower. He sold me a Renegade Diesel and OH MY GOSH it's a beast! I could not be happier!!! Yes I would recommend to everyone!

Excellent Service and they appreciate you as a customer. Since this is the time of the year for service needs, it may take extra time for any needed repairs. They are also a Cub Cadet Warranty Service Center and I recommend them for your tractor and equipment needs as a family owned business.

Not good. Waited a week for the part and drove there and it was the wrong one. Couldn't guarantee that they could find the grease fitting for our 2017 Mahindra.
