Used them for 20 years. Service has gone downhill tremendously. I won t be coming here anymore. Supposed to fix the nocking noise. He replaced the water pump and it cost me $640.Noise wasn t fixed. Junior Tried to put the blame on me. I brought it in to fix the noise. They lied to me and said the noise was fixed. Picked it up, noise still there. I brought it back TWO more times.They ignored me about the noise. Kept my truck for a week. Never looked at it. I took my business to D and V Automotive. Lost $640!!!!!!! My parents used Jazz for 20 years. None of us will be using again.

Jazz Automotive is that auto shop I ve been looking for. They are reasonable, honest, and honest. I would give Jazz 10 stars if I could.

Junior and his team have consistently gone above and beyond over the years. They do great work . You might not get our car for awhile but that's fine with me because these guys do great work for a great price and as many cars getting worked on when you drop your car off you should be expecting to to get your car back late. Will never take my car to a different Auto repair shopI'm 32 and have been coming here since I was 16 and now my whole family goes here.GREAT PLACE! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!Maxx

Been coming to Jazz for years since 2006. Jr has always helped me and my family with our cars. He's always done a great job with repairs. They STAY busy, they may not answer the phone all the time and you may have to wait a while for your vehicle to be repaired if dropping it off, but nonetheless it's worth it for the price and service. Always ask for Jr!

I would not recommend you ever take a vehicle to this place. The customer service at Jazz Automotive Inc. is terrible. This man legit kept my truck 2 weeks the first time. 1 week the 2nd time and he isn t willing to give me a dime back even though he didn t fix the issue it was taken for. His only reconciliation is for me to take it back a third time. I had no confidence in him or his team so I took it else ware I found a mechanic that diagnosed and resolved the issue in 1 day..

Terrible experience twice in a row. I ve taken my car here twice over a year span and they ve kept it WAY longer than they originally quoted both times and haven t kept me updated either time. Terrible communication and didn t fix what I brought it in for the first time.

No matter how little or how big the issue of my car.. I have zero doubt that I will drive it out of here like new. Great honest pricing.. other shops want to add things to your repair that your car doesn t even need.. Jazz is always honest about selling you only what you need. I highly recommend!!!

Honest, friendly people. Used to take my horse trailer there every year to be checked out. Started using another place for my car because they gave me a ride home when I left my car for repairs over an hour. But they charged me $988 for a radiator with a $50 AAA discount. Jazz charges $480... Both use the same brand parts. I'll be switching and finding a ride home for long repairs.

Awesome shop with low rates and honesty. I resale cars and dealer wanted almost $200 just to unlock a radio on a Chevrolet. Not my cost! I said. Jazz gave me a great rate and was able to unlock it - Thx so much guys. Will be back for more biz.

Had my oil change done here and have had car repairs done here in the past. Always very reasonable prices and quality work done here. Never had a issue with these guys I even refer friends co workers to them that's how satisfied I am with their car care services.

Had a strange noise coming from my engine, stopped off at a couple of shops to get estimates and they were charging me 2-3 thousand dollars to replace my engine. My family told me about this shop so i stopped by. They told me the would make sure that it was the engine, BEFORE having to replace it. They gave me a call a couple days later to inform me that i DIDN'T have to replace my engine just get the heads fixed, They saved me a lot of money and my car works perfectly now. They do a good job and they are great on price.They don't try to charge you as much as they can get out of you. its a nice, reliable family owned shop. i will ALWAYS take my cars to this shop. Thanks guys!

Always get me right in!! Reliable, HONEST, efficient, and polite. Pricing is better than "the competitor's rate." I've relied on Jr for my Honda Odyssey as well as my son's VW Jetta... always better pricing and excellent customer service.... all important, especially from a female consumer!!!

I have been going to Jazz automotive for about 20 years they have always been great! They know exactly what they re talking about. I recommend if you got a problem with your vehicle take it there and speak with JR. Or JB.They will take care of you!

Went to Meineke for a quote on replacing a bent rear axel on my truck. They quoted me $1800 for parts and labor. Decided to get a second opinion at Jazz Auto, which did everything for a total of $980. The mechanic said Meineke was definitely doubling the price on us. We will now be using this location for all our family s auto needs.

I LOVE JAZZ AUTO!! Junior, his father and mechanics are Very Professional, Knowledgeable, Honest and Caring. I've taken all my cars to him. I now own a Jaguar and if Junior can't fix it he will definitely tell me. He will even ask me to call him to tell him the JAG's house diagnosis and prices. If there is something he can fix he will tell me. I AM NEVER LEAVING MY MECHANIC!! If Your looking for a Reliable Repair Shop who is versatile with many makes & models of Cars look No further JAZZ AUTO IS THE PLACE!!!! AWESOME...BEST REPAIR SHOP IN TOWN!!

I head nothing but good things about Jazz. The reason they seem slow is because they are always so busy. If my grandfather trusted them (you had to know him to understand why I said that), then they are good. I will use them every time my regular mechanic (Who still makes house calls btw) isn't available.

I have used them for some time. They do good work and stand behind their work. They are honest, reasonable and fair. The amount of clientele speaks for itself.
