I ve done business with TK for years. He s taken great care of all my foreign cars and does a phenomenal job! Love his work ethics, does great work, great at communicating, and very professional. Fast and reliable service. Honest diagnostic results. I Initially took my car to the dealership and of course they found so many things wrong and wanted crazy amounts for everything. I then had my car towed to Fastlane and they replaced/repaired what was actually needed. No trying to find other problems just for the money! 10/10 will recommend to friends and family.It s very hard to find mechanics you can trust. Great service and communication! Brought my truck in for potential tie rod needing to be replaced and ending up being just a loose sway bar link. Very honest mechanic and great/ fair pricing. Definitely don t charge crazy mechanic fees. I would highly recommend this shop. I will definitely be back.

I took my car in for overheating problems. Kenny was honest and told me that it was a simple fix and didn t charge me anything like the dealer would. Very honest business owner! Will definitely recommend to friends and family! God bless!

Kenny has an amazing personality and the customer service is awesome, I can tell he cares for his clients. However, my review is based on the facts and the fact is I went to him he did the diagnostics explained the risks and thousands of dollars down the drain no results. When i pay I pay for results and i did not get the desired result so i personally did not feel satisfied.

Very Honest man, 3 times I have taken my car to Kenny ( Bossman ) and told him Bossman my car was making noise I think something wrong left the car and couple of hours later he will call me and said George come get your car there is nothing wrong with it without charging my a cent.I have being with Fastlanepro for 13 years and he is very good guy. Kenny has done work on my Honda before at the former Arlington location. The new location is a bit further for me, but its well worth it! The new location is family-friendly and is quite an upgrade from the previous location . I spoke to Kenny about what I needed over the phone and he was able to get us in on the same day (and I was totally ok with dropping the car off, as he has proven to be trustworthy).When we arrived, Miguel (one of Kenny's employees) was very thoughtful and professional! We needed a passenger side rear view mirror replaced for my old 2006 Honda Pilot, we brought him what we thought we needed, turned out that we needed to replace the entire window with the motor. Well Miguel sent us to Honda Heaven (just down the street), where we were able to get the part for $50 bucks! I had never had the junkyard experience before, but I am surely grateful, as it saved me $300!High-fives and fist bumps to FastLane! Oh, and we were able to get an inspection done on the same day!

We will never go any place else. Kenny and his crew are THE BEST. We take our Escalade, BMW and all of our driving school cars (Nissan & VW) to Kenny. He is the most honest person and will always do what is best for the customer and vehicle not his pocketbook. The owner at Fastlane Pro (Kenny)is very professional! I have used them for the majority of vehicles needs! Kenny has been taking care of all my cars (X5/525i/325i/ 335i) and my es350 for the last 5 years it s always quality work no corners cut and he s never tried to get over on me if anything he tries to save me money! I recommend him to anyone looking for a good shop that will fix your car right the first and not just try to take your money

I already spent $400 trying to get a repair done on my brakes. the place that I took it to initially did not fix it and it still was broken. I took it to fastLane and they fixed the problem for $180 with parts and labor and my truck works perfectly.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car here myto have powersteering repaired it wasnt fixed right and they broke my radiator cap and refused to fix it. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I'm out thousands behind this shop

The guys honest, quick, and does a great job. Gave quote up front and that's what I paid. Have a diesel car which most people cant work on but he does.
